This Restaurant is great! I'm a vegetarian so it's not my favorite restaurant but their food is great! I had the coconut shrimp and salad and it was delicious! They have a big selection of choice on the menu... The service is very friendly and the decor reminds me Australia!

Went for lunch on Sunday. Very disappointing. The steak was tough, potato overdone and the vegetables were floating in butter. Served on a plate so small, that you can barely cut the meat. This used to be a good place for a steak. Not any more! I won't go back.

The service was a complete disaster tonight, beginning with seating. After being seated we waited for 10 minutes before a waitress approached our table. 3 separate times servers mistakenly tried to bring other people's food to our table and when our food showed up the order was wrong. I had ordered a 14 oz steak and they brought me salmon. The manager stopped over and said the replacement is on the way. 10 minutes later I was brought a tiny 8 oz. sirloin. The ONLY reason I even attempt chain restaurants is that their consistently in service and food, not tonight.

I sat at the bar. First off they had no stoli orange; but they said we have another orange vodka. Ok give me a tiny taste cause I'm so frikin finiky. They poke around "oh! Were out! Strike one. I ordered the Porterhouse medium rare and got a rare steak. Oh well better rare than over cooked. The steak was unevenly cooked. Beautiful on one side and browned on the undercooked side. Sigh! The flavors were very nice but a bit salty. The bar staff was too busy with the service bar even tho there were only a couple and I at the bar. I had to keep asking for service. Oh well I have been in a few outbacks and always have been dissapointed with the food. Lesson learned.

Typical chain. Cold efficient service so much so the customer has been trained to order in a "list" of sides and accompaniments Ordered blooming onion for table arrived in 45 sec even before drinks got to table. It was as tasty as a deep-fried smothered in sauce could be but service is about one thing.... In and out Food clearly is mediocre. Given my own choice... Meaning no other family influence I would never eat here again as these restaurant(s) has no soul

Last time at Outback on OREGON PIKE in Pennsylvania. I have given them so many chances to prepare an outgoing meal in a proper manner. If you eat inside, your meal is entirely different, better, larger, prepared well...... if you order a take out meal, its very diappointing. I hope more than one person reads this and follows my suite. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I have to say they did a fantastic job. We went there with 28 ppl from a volleyball team we had a reservation. When we got there they said they only had it for 5 ppl. We were very upset we asked for a manager. Matt was the manager on duty that night and he did a spectacular job of accommodating all of us. Big shout out to him. Thanks again

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! We made a reservation for 6:30 for 18 people to prepare them and so that we didn't have to wait an hour or so. When we got there we STILL had to wait 45 minutes for a damn table..... The manager decided to split us up into two different tables instead of one that she was originally going to put us in just because she changed her mind.... She was extremely annoying as well. After complaining instead of making sure we were okay or asking if we needed anything she was talking to us about where she goes in New York (we're from Brooklyn) and asking where we go when we are here in Lancaster. Then we waited AN HOUR for food that was all screwed up. Out of 18 people maybe 5 of our plates WEREN'T sent back. All of the others were disgusting and inedible. The ones who asked for well done burgers/steaks were served rare, and the ones who wanted medium burgers/steaks were served well done or burnt. We didn't get any bread and butter like everyone else did when they were seated. We were promised free appetizers yet for 18 people we got TWO SMALL plates of appetizers instead of the regular size that they give. When everyone who sent back their food got their second plate they were all rare!!!!! All of them!!! What kind of shit is that?! Most of us literally left hungry because they refused to eat anything. I have never seen meat so pink or bloody in my life.... I was lucky that mine actually was normal. I have never been so disgusted with service in a restaurant! I've been to plenty of restaurants in New York where the servers could be nasty and I have never been so frustrated and annoyed. My family and I have been coming to Lancaster for years, but now we know to never go there ever again!!!! PS the only reason this place is getting a star is because I cannot post without one.

Came here for a holiday dinner party. The place was busy when I came in. Service: 1. Took a while for the servers to give everyone utensils and plates at the beginning. 2. Server did not bring out bread for all the tables so we had to ask for more. Food: 1. Rasberry ice tea was great. 2. Mango ice tea was not good. No mango taste at all. 3. Bread was fresh and hot. I love bread in general. 4. Blooming onion was greasy. Not a fan. 5. Spinach dip was hot and cheesy. Loved it but need more chips. 6. Fried Shrimp app was small and not many pieces. 7. 16 oz bone in ribeye. The bomb. Cooked med rare, just to my liking. Such a big steak and juicy. 8. Sides included french fries and potato soup. They are okay. Nothing special. 9. 9 oz filet mignon. Cooked med rare which is good but the texture was hard to chew. The ribeye is better. Overall, the dinner was great but a bit pricey. I would continue to look around for cheaper places to get steak.

Our waiter, Matt, was the absolute worst waiter I have ever had. Not only did he squat down like we were preschoolers, I ordered a glass of water with lemon and had to tell him three times that I would like some lemon. When he took our order first, he told me the margharita that I ordered did not come frozen - the drink menu said it did, then we had to repeat our order twice because he got stuck on "filet", then told me I had to pay for my salad - that the menu stated was included. Then about ten minutes after ordering in the almost empty restaurant, I heard someone in the kitchen - yes they put us by the kitchen when the place clearly had empty tables all over, say that they were out of the 6 oz filet. It took him another ten minutes to come back and tell me that they were out of filet. By now, our food should have already arrived. He told me they only have 9 oz so I couldn't have what I ordered. I told him to have 3 ounces cut off a 9 oz filet. He then told me he would have to go get the manager. In the meantime, the manager arrived at the table next to us - yes he was their waiter two, and the young couple there expressed their disappointment. It took another 5 minutes for the manager to show up at our table and she told me she put a 9 oz on for me - did not ask me if I wanted something different, just that they put on a 9 oz and that she would replace our waiter. When the bill came I saw they upcharged me for the 9 oz filet! We will never return to this restaurant!

Did not have a great experience tonight. Our waiter was friendly and polite, but a little scattered. He took our orders (party of 8, 4 couples) and had to come back a few times to ask what we had ordered. Once the food came out my order was skipped--No big deal, he picked up on me not having anything and asked what I ordered. He brought my dessert out a few minutes after (cheesecake with raspberry sauce) and it was nearly frozen. When I let him know it was frozen he took it off the check and offered an opportunity to order another dessert--I assumed he meant it would be on the house, which it was not. With exception to the frozen cheesecake, the food was fairly good. My wife's Ahi Tuna appetizer was tasty, and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals (except for a slightly burnt quesadilla). I don't think the experience will keep us from *ever* going back, but we'll take a break from Outback for a while, and certainly will lower our expectations for the next time.

This place is the pits. We will not be going there again. The lemons in our water looked old and brown. I ordered a Victoria's filet medium rare and it was thin like a steak and cooked brown all the way through. My husband got a steak with endless shrimp. The steak was chewy and the shrimp were dried out and tasted like they were over fried in old oil. The manager was visiting three different tables while we were there, apologizing for problems with orders. Never again!!

Well, must say the Outback @ Lancaster has been doing a fine job of turning things around for the good of all. We were pleasantly surprised about 6 weeks ago & have returned once a week since then. Service is much improved & food quality has been consistently great! Good job to all concerned! Don't forget, the customer is your reason for existing. Burn us & we don't easily forget. We just go elsewhere. Take care of us & we take care to keep you around! Thank you.

Ordered curbside pickup at 5:30 pm and were told it would be ready in 1 hour. When my husband showed up at 6:30 pm, he was told food wouldn't be ready until 7:15-7:45 pm and there was nothing they could do to expedite. He wasn't going to come home and go all the way back, so sat in his truck until they finally brought out food. Very disappointed in this service, its not like they didn't know he was coming at 6:30, and they asked for a phone number when we ordered, so the least they could have done would be to call and say the food wasn't going to be ready.

Excuse me, why was yet ANOTHER of my reviews filtered out??? I'm an honest customer with freedom of speech and you are taking that freedom away, Because why? You disagree with me? I don't understand what the point of this site is if I have to be politically correct in all of my posts. I'm not a business, nor am I someone paid to "badmouth" a business. I just want my voice to be heard and will continue posting my experiences in the hopes that I am not treated like an outcast.
