Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Went on New Years eve it was kind of busy but the service was very slow. Our waitress wasn't really into being there and really let show. We had a party of six ordered three pizza's apps and wine. Hate to say it but had to be the worst pizza we had in a long time. I will try again at some point and hoping it was just too busy for them to handel the crowd. Two hundred with tip i would expect a little more

Although my husband and I had a reservation on a Friday night, we were not seated until 25 minutes after our reservation time. They did not give us any indication that they were running late, and we did not receive any apology for having to wait. Our meals were fine, but my side dishes were extremely over-salted. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and the gelato bar is fun, but I would not return because of the lousy service we received when we first arrived.

We've been eating here regularly since the restaurant opened and in 2 years we've gotten only one bad meal on an off night, the rest have been outstanding. I've had some specials here that rival any meal in any major city in the world. The brothers who own the place and their employees really go out of their way to make each customer feel special. They also make their own gelato...yummmm!
(4)Becky G.
The food was ok. The hostess was really rude. No thanks! Will never come back.

My wife and I ate at lunch the other day and it was fantastic. Steak sandwich tasted great and the Caesar salad was delicious. Great menu.

My sister works near here and insists on going. When are Americans going to learn to pronounce Italian? It is CHEER not SEAR. OK my pizza with spinach was near perfect. Crust could be a lot thinner and it could be hotter. But great taste. My sister's was soggy but that is because she ordered one where everything clumps at the middle. The waiter admitted they had a new cook and offered to give her a new one for free. You can't do more than that.\ I lived in Italy and was impressed with some of the things on the menu. But I wonder how authentic they are when the staff cannot even pronounce 'provolone'. Like all Italian words, the final 'e' is pronounced. I thought it was a bit pricey for what it is and that put me off trying some of the more ambitious items. I also got the impression that they thought they were better than they are. Maybe that is not correct.

Nice italian restaurant. For us it will soon replace fiorentino where we have been very disappointed. For today we had only antipasto, so we will have to come back to try thw entrees before giving it a 5 stars. There is an osso bucco that is calling for me! Very good food, and service too. Tasty gelato for desert. Perfect italian meal on a terrace outside. The indoor room looks dark and noisy. Definitely recommand the terrace.
(4)Ellen C.
Great place. It was my first visit today with my sister. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was good. Loved it planning on going again soon!
(5)Suzy S.
As authentic as American-Italian cuisine gets. And once you finish your meal don't forget to visit the cute gelato bar. Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Can't wait to return.

I have been a few times and it is always busy. Make a reservation. The food has always been good, but not great. Service has always good. I think the twin brothers are the owners. They always look mad and like they are miserable. They have never said hello or been friendly. The old lady at the door will get right in your face to see if you have a reservation and comes off as pushy.
(3)Gabrielle P.
Had the same experience with the older lady. It was our first time there and she was a little rude and pushed us out of the way to make room for others too, which I thought could of been handled more friendly since we didn't know where to go. Wish the waitress would of asked if we wanted separate checks, and she acted annoyed when we tried to pay part cash/part card. The food was great, if we wouldn't of gotten attitude we would rate it 5 stars!
(3)Max S.
Food was good. Service average, but there are lamp shades which need serious attention hanging directly over your plate. Would you like some jumbo dust bunnies with your ground pepper?

We have gone here quite and bit and love it. Local to the Lancaster area, I would say this is the best italian restaurant around. The dinner plates are great, but personally - I always go for a pasta dishes with a caesar to start - so, so good! If you save room for dessert, the gelato bar is fun (especially if you have kids along) and it's pretty good. I'd even go so far to say it's comparable to the little gelato bars in Italy. I noticed some negative reviews about not holding to reservations and the host staff and they aren't all untrue. A couple things I have observed in my fairly regular visits: - There is an older woman that greets you when you come in (I think she is the owner's mother). I also think she might be hard of hearing and while I've seen her be quite sweet, at first she comes off somewhat rude because she can't hear what you say and gives you funny looks. There are typically one or two other young ladies at the host stand managing the computer. I have found the best way to handle the older woman is greet her with a big smile and then turn to the other girls (or whoever is manning the computer) to finish my conversation. The older woman may not like it, but even when I have talked to her - the others always end up helping me. - Reservations - yup, sometimes they really suck at it and other times, they are spot on. While it doesn't excuse people waiting 20-30 minutes after their reservation, I have watched people sit and chat FOREVER. I have also noticed they are getting better with the reservation times. Personally, we like to go a little later, after that Lancaster county dinner rush of 5:30-6:30. We go around 7 or 8 on a Friday, grab a drink at the bar, wait it out for a table (sometimes we call ahead for the wait list) or grab a seat at the bar. The bartenders are really friendly and actually help make the experience all the more enjoyable. If you go, enjoy!!
(4)Alexandria G.
First off, we went here at 8:45 because yelp and their website said they closed at 10. Not true, they closed at 9. The hostess sat us anyway and we promptly ordered. My boss ordered this Italian sausage soup which had obviously been sitting around all day and the veal piccata. He felt it was bland. I had the Caesar salad which was better than your average Caesar and the veal Marsala. The Marsala had okay flavor, but lacked salt. We opted out of dessert, but overheard the owner saying he made the cannolis in-house. Would try again.
(3)Mike P.
Stay home and rehydrate your own box of pasta and save yourself the time and money. Food was terrible and service bad. Initially charged for someone else's meal and then overcharged for our own meal. Great gelato, though.
(1)Ashley E.
This was our first time at Ciro's Italian Bistro. My fiance and I have been on the search for a good Italian restaurant in the area and have been coming up short, until we ate here. We went with a group of 8 people and were able to sit outside on the patio on a Friday night. It was a great atmosphere with fresh bread and oil on the tables. Don't skip the bread...totally worth the carbs. At the time, the bar was not stocked with Moscato, but the Riesling they serve is amazing! Nice and sweet, definitely not a dry type. Our server was extremely attentive and kept track of all of our orders so she could split the check at the end of the night. We were not required to keep track of our own meals which helped us feel pampered on our night out. I ordered the grilled romaine salad which is served with a Gorgonzola cheese dressing. The lettuce was grilled to perfection and the dressing was creamy and to die for. Though I ordered a half size it was plenty to share with someone else. Make sure to watch the portion sizes on the dishes. For a special that weekend they were running a caprese risotto with shrimp. Because I am a scallop lover the kitchen was able to sub scallops on the risotto for me at market price. This was so worth the upgrade to me! The risotto was cooked to perfection as were the scallops. They scallops were seared on the outside, but melted in my mouth as I ate them. The risotto has fresh basil and tomatoes along with mozzarella cheese. This was a mouthwatering dish. Though the dish was amazing, the portion size was a little insane as you will see in the picture. You definitely get your moneys worth when ordering entrees here. For dessert we finished off with gelato! I would not skip this detail at Ciro's! The bar is full of flavors worth trying! From a person who has been to Italy and had real gelato...this is not far off. They allow you to try each flavor and mix and match in your bowl. Definitely worth saving room for!
(5)Mia B.
We just got done eating here. I posted 4 pics so everybody can see the portion size. We ate here twice before. First time was great, 2nd time okay that's why it took so long for us to come back. I have been hearing and reading only good reviews so we decided we'll try it again, I am glad we did the food was GREAT!! Calamari, I can't remember the last time I had calamari that lightly breaded and tender. It takes a good chef to not mess it up. Veal Parmiasn 4 stars you should not have to tenderize veal if it's good veal. Lasagne was very good, I would have liked a little more meat in it..but it was very good. The red gravy delicious, very smooth. Staff very pleasant. Price of food (2 appetizers, 2 entres) equal to quality of food. We both were pleased. We will come back for more!
(5)Mac S.
One of the better Italian places in Lancaster. Good selections. My steak Gorgonzola was good but the steak was chewy. Either tough or over cooked. Gelato is worth trying.
(4)Sara S.
My pasta was full of pancetta and pea tortellini goodness. My husband's classic sausage and peppers pizza was spot on. Our waitress was lovely, but the hostess was kind of a jerk and the A.C. was out on a hot and humid day.
(3)Emily H.
This place has become a go-to spot when my husband and I come up from the D.C. area to visit his parents. The food is always good and prices very reasonable. The menu is a more modern Italian menu, with favorites like veal/chicken parmesan, but also seared scallops over a cheesy risotto. I also love their fruit de mar and eggplant appetizer. Their gelato and almond torte are also fantastic and worth the indulgence. Where the restaurant gets the final star for me though is their service. We have had both smaller dinners and larger family gathering at Ciros. They are always very accommodating to us. With food allergies and young children moving around, the servers do not flinch. They still do their best to give all of us a great experience. We will certainly be coming back.
(5)Scott F.
Had dinner with my wife tonight. I had their tomato basil soup and a Ciro pizza (fresh mozzarella and prosciutto). My wife had white bean and kale soup and a NY strip steak with mushrooms and potatoes. The food was great. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the conversation with the bartenders.
(5)Shawn H.
Everything we had was delicious. Gotta try the gelato.
(4)JESSE S.
DATE: 04/15/2012 ATMOSPHERE: Warm and lively, traditional Italian with a very visible kitchen and service area. Nice bar, always full of people who are enjoying themselves. They also have a nice, rather private outdoor patio area. PROS: Absolutely delicious, authentic Italian food that tastes like homemade because it is. Recommend the arugula salad and fettuccine alfredo with mushrooms. Friends who eat meat also rave about the chicken marsala. Service is almost always spot-on, even when they are really busy. Full gelato bar for dessert! CONS: Very few. A few fixtures in the dining room are dusty and need a good cleaning, other that that it's a pretty flawless place to eat. WILL I GO BACK: Most definitely.
(4)K M.
We are locals that frequent this place. A little pricey, but it's worth it. I have had several different things on the menu, from panninis to lasagna to veal to pastas to pizza. Never have I been dissatisfied.
(5)Camille H.
After buying our weight in chocolate from Wilbur's, we stopped here for some lunch. We started with the shrimp appetizer (shrimp on tomatoes). I didn't try it but those who did found it to be yuck (a 7 year old) to just OK (Ada G). We also ordered the mussels and Caesar salad, both delicious. I think one of the best parts was the tasty bread that came with our meals and soaked up all the delicious mussel "juice". I ordered the spaghetti bolognese for my entree was was too stuffed to eat more than a few bites. Everyone raved about the gelato but I was too full for that too. Overall the service was a little slow but the food good. I think we'll be back if we're ever in this area again.

I was back in Lancaster visiting family over Labor Day weekend, and a group of us met here for dinner on Sunday night. We were seated on the spacious back patio, and they had no problem seating our large group quickly and without a reservation. I can't deny my love for bread, so I was glad when we were presented with warm bread and seasoned olive oil for dipping. The bread was very fresh and soft but with a good, firm crust. After taking in some carbs, I was ready to make my entree decision. I was craving pizza, and there were quite a few on the menu that sounded great. I settled on the Pizza Rustica, which came topped with sweet Italian sausage, roasted peppers and onions, mozzarella, and a zesty sauce. I really enjoyed it; my only regret is that I forgot my leftovers in my parents' fridge, and by the time I realized it I was already half way back to Pittsburgh! The gelato bar was a really nice touch. We sampled some flavors, and I eventually settled on the mocha (coffee and chocolate, one of my favorite combinations!) and enjoyed every last spoonful. I thought this was a pretty unique feature and I liked that it is a little more interactive than simply ordering dessert from a list. All in all, we had a really nice evening at Ciro's and I look forward to visiting again when I'm back in town.

Read good reviews about this place, so we decided to try it. Got there at 5:00pm. Was asked if we had reservations. I said no. Hostess rolled eyes and said that the only table available (which mind you, we got there at 5:00 and there were tons of tables open) would be one where the people who DID reserve the table would be coming in at 6:00. She then asked if we could be done eating by then. I thought "wow, that's rude..but ok, we'll try to eat fast." Sat down at a table that was really close to the people next to us. Ordered a VIRGIN Bloody Mary, since I'm highly allergic to alcohol. Heard the specials. Asked if the pork special was gluten free, since I have Celiac's disease. Waitress stated she'll check, but never did. Got my Bloody Mary...took 2 sips of it...and tasted vodka! Ummm... I asked for a virgin one for a reason! Had waitress take it back and make sure that it's virgin. Received a second virgin Bloody Mary, and this time there was no alcohol. But at this point I was already having a reaction to the first Bloody Mary. Ordered gluten free sausage rustics pizza. Got the pizza...looked good..tasted gross. The Pizza wasn't sliced, and the middle of the pizza was soft and squishy. Could only stomach a couple of pieces. Paid the bill while having an allergic reaction to alcohol, packed up my soggy gluten free pizza, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be back to this restaurant. ***On the positive.... We did finish the meal in an hour so the people who DiD reserve the table could sit down and eat......
(2)Beverly J.
Service was amazing host sat us right away we did have reservations the food was excellent as always
(5)Faith J.
Worst experience ever at a restaurant. Not sure if hostess was having a bad day, but she was extremely rude and snapped at us for asking her to repeat herself (it was noisy so couldn't hear what she said). Would never come back.
(1)Aaron D.
Was there with a group of 11. Sat outside on a nice, but cool evening. Renee was out server and was very attentive. Not an overly extensive beer/wine list, but acceptable. Wife had the lasagna and I had the salmon with artichokes. Food was very good. Nice presentation and the cool was correct. There menu is traditional Italian with a strong showing of mid-Italy. While it is not a stunner of food porn I have never been disappointed. The table next to us walked out after having there server disappear. Will return knowing that the food will be good. However, if you are looking for a cutting edge, envelope expanding culinary experience there would be other choices.
(4)John F.
Parking is difficult. Nice selection of lower priced Italian wines. Caesar salad was light, with a flavor mirroring the real thing. Veal piccata had good flavor, with generous slices of tough meat. Very competent service.
(3)Chris B.
The food here is delicious, it's very fresh and authentic Italian food. The service, is ok, not spectacular. There is an old woman near the door that seems to think she runs the place, and literally pushed the person I was with out of the way to make room for customers leaving. A very rude start to the night. A simple "excuse me" or something would have done the trick, but to have someone push a guest who is ARRIVING to eat at your restaurant out of the way is a problem for me. We were seated shortly after we arrived, having reservations. The big problem was that it took an HOUR AND 20 Minutes to get our food from the time we ordered it. There just simply didn't seem to be any food coming out of the kitchen, or they were severely understaffed. The owner was walking about talking to people he seemed to know, however he seemed to have cared less about us sitting there with blank stares while waiting for some food to arrive. After the food finally arrived, it was excellent, but again this restaurant needs some tuning in the front of the house, and the back of the house.
(2)Michael S.
I guess coming from New York means I'm a little spoiled when it comes to quality Italian food. We went at about 4, before the dinner rush, and we were the only people in the restaurant besides the workers. My family seemed to enjoy their meals and gelato, but I wasn't really happy with the chicken marsala and the gelato was sickly sweet. The sushi place down the road looked pretty good, try there instead.
(2)Kristin F.
It only takes one word to describe Ciro's - DELICIOUS! A coworker and I are in Lancaster for business and searched for a local restaurant to try out; I'm so happy we found this one! I got the Artichoke Bruschetta Salmon, which was to die for. It was a lot of food (I should have exercised some self discipline and stopped eating it way sooner than I did because I'm stuffed now. But I couldn't help myself!) and so wonderfully prepared. My salmon came on a bed of rich and creamy risotto, and topped with a lot of artichoke hearts, capers, and roasted peppers. The fish had a great natural crust from being pan seared. It was piping hot and seasoned to perfection! My coworker got the lasagna. A pretty basic choice, but he said it was the best he's ever had. It was a generous square, and very thick with many layers and lots of gooey cheese. What more can you ask for? I'd highly recommend! We saw a group in a room that is a little more private and set off the main dining room, so I think it would be a great place to take a small group (10-12) as well. I will definitely be returning here on future visits; Lancaster is lucky to have this restaurant!!
(5)Andrew W.
Excellent local spot. Owned by two brothers from Sicily. Romantic spot for a date. Gelato bar at the back of the restaurant. Grab some Gelato and walk around the beautiful shops outside.
(4)Glenn M.
We live close to Ciro's and have plenty of opportunities to eat lunch and dinner here. The food is always good. Anything that is even slightly amiss is addressed quickly by the staff. Only once was our food not quite right (my wife's seafood plate was over salted) and they were gracious about taking care of it for her. Plus they told us our dessert was on the house, which is key, because dessert at Ciro's can be the Gelato bar! We are not overly picky about much, but the expense of eating out is high these days, so we pick our restaurants carefully. The fact that we return to Ciro's frequently is testament to how good it is. The owner is always engaged in the daily activity and cares about the reputation of the restaurant. You see him roaming among patrons, behind the bar, in the kitchen, always moving, always checking everything. That's rare too, these days. Anyway, it's a great place to eat with awesome atmosphere, great staff and consistent quality. You won't go wrong here.
(4)Paul M.
Our family had a terrible experience here. We made a reservation but didn't get seated until 20 minutes after our scheduled time. Then we waited over an hour to get our food. The noodles in my Alfredo was overcooked. The scallops were sandy. The dishes were not very big for the price and were not good. Then the gelato seemed to have freezer burn. Thought it was going to be a good dinner from what we heard but it turned out a terrible experience. We did have a nice waiter though who was checking up on us and gave us good service. Overall though, I was not happy with this place.
(1)Jonnothan C.
The service was decent, as a 6 hour in advance reservation led to a 40 minute wait for a table. The server was polite yet not very friendly or interactive. The app 9calamari) was perfect. It had the ideal amount of breading and seasoning, with a excellent tangy marinara sauce and a cheesy aioli. My entree, a sausage and pepper "rustica" pasta, was pretty good, although there wasn't any variety in the dish, or any different flavors, just one giant bowl of pasta. Desert, a tiramisu gelato, was perfectly sized and very flavorful. The complimentary rosemary bread was very good, with a delightful crispy yet flexible crust and a doughy, thick interior. Now some may say that all water tastes the same, but I feel like I can taste the difference. Some restaurants have plasticky tasting or a "dirty tasting" flavor, but the water here was very good and served at the perfect temperature. All in all, I would strongly recommend this restaurant with the only caveat being disappointing service.
(4)Kyle B.
Great service, great food, and a nice atmosphere. We had a pizza and a sandwich and loved it.
(4)Adrienne M.
My parents live right by this place... so half the times I go to visit.. I come here. It's just too convenient not to... not to mention I'm a huge fan of the food. I get the same thing every time - the chicken caesar salad and the tomato bisque. Ugh. Just so good. The chicken is topped with a balsamic glaze and their homemade dressing is quite good. And they give you a large amount - dinner sized portion plus some. The first time I came here I ordered he fruta di mare - scallops, shrimp mussels and calamari... however I know it comes in a tomato sauce now... but I remember mine being in a cream sauce... maybe I asked for that... I can't remember. Whatever it was that I had it was delicious. It was very rich and my stomach suffered for it later, but good in the moment. To this day the best cocktail I ever had was their raspberry belini. YES! Champagne topped with a scoop of their homemade raspberry gelato. HEAVEN. Great outdoor patio too. Yes it's just a view of the parking lot, but it's pleasant out there and you get to sit next to all the herbs they grow.
(4)Mike And Nita B.
Nice! Excellent Veal Marsala.
(5)Eric F.
This place opened a while ago, but I wasn't there until recently. I thought it was good food and a nice atmosphere dining in the patio area. I had the salmon, which was very good as was the risotto. Definitely will plan to return!
(4)Mikel K.
Even though it can be a bit pricey, the food is consistently good at Ciro's. Their pasta and pizza are fantastic and their salads are big enough for a meal. You can get a half salad and a smaller portion of pasta, just ask your server (which is a good idea, since they don't have a lunch menu). Save room for dessert - in the rear of the restaurant they have a case of house-made gelato, and it's a must-eat. Wait staff is always attentive, nice and ready with recommendations. Sometimes the hostess/host stand people can be a bit standoffish, especially if you decide to come in on a weekend without reservations. Prepare to wait a LONG time on Saturday nights if you don't make one. Outdoor patio seating is available in the summer, and it's wonderful to have a place in Lancaster that's open late!

WOW! Finally a restaurant I crave when I travel to Lancaster! I enjoyed my lunch here immensely! A good feel when you first walk in as the restaurant is beautifully decorated with a modern and cozy atmosphere. I even like that it is in a modern strip shopping center with cute stores to walk in after lunch! The service was excellent. Never had to ask for our water glass to be refilled, brought everything we asked and in a very timely manner. Lunch was priced well for the quality and portions. I even took half my sandwich home as it was too much food with the complimentary delicious fresh bread and olive oil! (my weakness). I ordered the chicken panini and substitued a salad for the side. (I was charged a little extra). My sister ordered the salad with grilled chicken. Everything was delicious! Loved the champagne mustard dressing on the salad. I saw pizzas and sandwiches being brought out to other tables and was picking my meal for my next visit to Lancaster and this restaurant...but the Panini was sooo good I am already in a struggle!

Went last night for my wife's birthday with some friends. Thought the place was great. Good food, good atmosphere, good selection. Definitely recommend.
(4)Paul G.
Are you kidding me?! On a scale from 1 to 10, this place gets a CIRO. the bartender, who we complained about many times, is still there trolling around. he is rude, slow to serve and is the exact opposite of what a person outside of lancaster would expect as a bartender. food is great, unfortunately. Service sucks - Mow my Lan. Paul G
(1)Vincent C.
Food is not bad - some dishes are much better than others. Service is not that good and the management is horrible. In comparison to other nearby restaurants, it is a decent place, but that is not saying much.
(2)Thomas S.
OMG awesome food service and priced reasonable. It dont get much better than this for authentic Italian food and speciality dishes. The entire staff was really super. The atmosphere is very nice too. The drinks from the bar were a bit weak but other than that it was more than we ever expected. Tell all your friends as we do as often as we can.
(5)Ian C.
First time I went the spaghetti dish wasn't that great. I tried to give it a second chance last night and was even more dissappointed. Don't waste your time at this place.
(1)A F.
Good food, nice wine list. Love the gelato bar. Give it a try. Nice waitron.
(4)Brian D.
We've almost never had anything less than excellent here. Great service, food, and their gelato is always worth grabbing for dessert.
(5)Melanie M.
We had reservations for 15 on a fri. Night. The server was great, the food came quickly and everything was hot and fresh. The calamari and romaine salads were delish. They made our kids feel welcome and we would recommend it to anyone.
(5)Joan G.
First time for us to dine here. Food, atmosphere & servers were great! We ordered all types of entrees & all were delicious. Only drawback was price. Special fish entree was $29. Would still return again.
(4)John M.
Lancaster has an extreme shortage of quality Italian restaurants. Thank God for Ciro's. We eat there pretty much once a month. Their seafood specials with risotto are always outstanding as is the traditional Italian fare. I love the veal saltimbocca. I would say that out of the 30+ times we've eaten here we had one night where the service was slow. Great for a date or take the kids. One of the owners is usually roaming around and I had a nice conversation with him about what ingredients were in a dish my daughter and I were enjoying.
(5)Patrick M.
The only thing positive I can say about this place is the decor is nice. Thats it. Ordered their pepperoni rustico pizza, Server first brought a mushroom pizza, then a sausage. The 3rd try they brought the right thing, By that time my wife had long finished her pizza (they did get her order right!) The pizza itself was mediocre at best. You would be better off picking up a Digiornios at the grocery store then spending 10 bucks on one of their personal pizzas. I was hoping they would at least comp one of my beverages for the hassel of screwing up my order not once but twice! No such luck. No Kids Menu either.
(1)Jonathan A.
First impressions are everything. We love the food here and the servers have all been generally good the numerous times we have eaten here. Ciros is consistently bad at the front of the restaurant. The people answering the phone are immature and generally rude. Initially told, when calling to make a reservation, that anytime after 715p would be fine. I then proceeded to ask for a 745p reservation for a party of 6 and was then told "in that case, you'll have to wait until 845p." In the past we have also experienced having to wait upwards of 20-30 minutes past our reservation time. It's time for management to focus on getting first impressions fixed.
