I've eaten here twice and had take out once. Each time I was very pleased with the service and the food. There is not a BWW close to my house so this is always a treat. I love the variety of sauces and I think that the limited time special sauces are fun. Ha. Special sauce. It is always busy but each time I was sat immediately. The take out on a busy Saturday night did not take too long and the counter girl was very helpful with my large order. It was 30 minutes tops in and out. For a Saturday in Lancaster that's impressive. Everything was labeled clearly and was hot. She even gave me a water while I waited. I don't understand all of the bad reviews. The place is clean, family friendly and full of TVs. You can't expect fine dining from a wing joint/ sports bar. As far as corporate chains go this place is solid.

Not bad for a new place! Service can be a little slow, but that's to be expected with a new restaurant! Have been a few times and the food was always hot, and correct! Hopefully time will make this place as good as the York location.

I've been here about a half-dozen times since they opened. Each time, I wonder why I ever bothered to go back. I guess I hope it will get better, but it never does. The good: Plenty of TV screens, so you can always see the game. And, uh, that's about it. The meh: Food. Average at best, nothing special. It's basically just bar food, which shouldn't be too difficult to make. Wings are wildly (see what I did there?) overpriced and not particularly large for the price you pay. The bad: Service. Oh, the service. It's horrible. Some of the waitstaff seems to be genuinely trying to do a good job, but for the most part, they're clueless. Always 3-4 employees loitering around the host station, but the waiters always seem rushed. Eternal waits for drinks. Staff never checks in when you're eating to see how things are (so if your glass is empty, you might be waiting a while). Some do not write down your order, which leads to errors and on one occasion, the waitress having to come to our table and ask us how many beers we had so she could charge us appropriately. Other thoughts: Last time I was there, two in our party of four found hair in our food. They also run out of their decent beer far too often. I requested a particular IPA during one visit, and the waitress returned with a wheat beer, informing me that they were out of the IPA so she decided to bring me something different instead, rather than coming back and asking me to choose something else. They were out of four different beers that night, and also potato wedges. How does a sports bar run out of fried potatoes? C'mon now.

Everyone always makes a huge deal about this place, and since one opened in Lancaster my parents and I decided to stop in while I was home visiting for the weekend. We actually left before even ordering or looking at the menu. Sports bars are generally loud--I get it. But the volume here was downright obnoxious, and the acoustics were so poor that you couldn't even make out what the sportscaster was saying (let alone hear anybody at your table). Nope. Not into that. No way. Maybe the wings are good, but not worth the (literal) headache. (As a note, I suppose it may have been the section or even specific table we were sitting at. The front part of the restaurant seemed reasonable. But this was just my experience.)

Loud, lousy food, total waste of time and money. The wings were okay, nothing to brag about. We also had the nachos - don't bother, the "queso" cheese was straight out of a jar, as was the salsa. I had better food in my college cafeteria than this place served. As soon as we walked out the door, both my husband and I said, "never again". I would give the place a quarter of a star if I could.

I've eaten here a couple of times but I've done takeout more, so I wouldn't experience the awful service. Unfortunately, I still get pretty bad service even with takeout. The wings should be done in "10-15 minutes", I come back in 15 minutes and the person working at the take out says it would be another 2 minutes. Another 15 minutes later, the person who took my order walks around, talking to the other hosts. I'm sitting nearby the takeout area and he does not have the courtesy to check up on me or at least the order; until some other worker magically appears and asks if I ordered something. I finally get my order, I bring it home to find some wings under sauced, chips with no seasoning and 15 wings with twice the salt. The only thing they did to make this seem better was offer a free drink and even then I said no to just get my food to leave. This isn't the first time they messed up my takeout order either (ex. No seasoning on wings, less wings than ordered, wet instead of dry seasoning and etc). I only hope they can have better service (which it seems like it isn't); otherwise, I will for sure be visiting this place less and less.

This place sucks. Bad service and over priced food. The beer was warm and the wings are tiny for $11. The fries are nothing special jus loaded with a scoop of cheese. At least they had lots of sports on tv. Thats only reason for the star.

I heard so many great things about this place and could not wait to go AND that all changed as soon as I did. Starting with the ever so confusing menu to the overpriced, well, everything. It's just not good. My expectations were left unfulfilled. The wait staff is disconnected and slow. The food was mediocre and the TVs are all in horrible neck bending locations. It'll be interesting once football season rolls around to see if this place can step up to the potential it possess, but I'm figuring it won't.

Our favorite place to go, especially during football season. Wait staff is always helpful and professional. Wings a little pricey but worth it in my opinion. Get there early during football season because it can get crowded.

Don't waste your time unless you like very loud places, paper thin burgers and slow service. It was maybe half capacity when my wife and I got there, we were seated right away but waited 5 to 6 minutes before anyone came to the table. Ordered mild wings which turned out to be to hot for me to eat. Manager said that their mild sauce is actually hot but they call it mild, great answer. They did comp the wings and from the looks of it she was quite busy with unhappy patrons. Extremely loud place, if you want to watch sports this would be a good place. Definitely will never go back.

Wow! This place needs help. Great location, nice facility and the BWW menu. Why did the waitress ask me 15 times if I wanted to order while I was still drinking my first beer? Maybe because the food takes so long to arrive. Please someone train this team. If not you will lose your locals. Good luck making only with visitors to Lancaster.

I'm mostly just writing to review for the Ghost Pepper sauce. It was a total disappointment. It's hard to find spicy food in Lancaster so I thought advertising "Ghost Pepper sauce" would be hopeful. I'm sorry but I've had a Ghost Pepper before. This sauce wasn't even as hot as a habanero. Other sauces like the Thai Curry were pretty tasty though. Otherwise it was ok. It was certainly way too loud. And they carded my 60 year old mother for a beer which I though was super weird. It's a chain restaurant. That's my opinion of it.

I went with some friends at midnight after work. There were very few people in there and it took FOREVER to get our food, plus my glass went empty for 20 minutes. The wings are fine, lots of flavors, but REALLY bad service

Very loud. Food is good but obnoxiously over priced. Expect to pay 15 smackers for a dozen wings. Not big wings either. They are small. You can go to any bar in town & get the same for a lot less. The rest of the menu is priced appropriately but I just can't get past the wings. They do have the best sauce selection I'll give them that.

I've been to many BDubs across the country and have never had any issues until I visited this location for the second time. I ordered a beer which the waitress came back to tell me they where out of. I commented about being in a few weeks ago and they didn't have it. She then told me they had it yesterday. I ordered a different beer and dinner. She then returned and said they where out of the dish I ordered. So I ordered something different. A manager then came over to check on us and said that beer has been on back order for months. Funny the waitress claimed she had served some yesterday! He offered to discount the meals and offered free wing sauses. A second manager came over and told us how that dish has been unavailable for weeks do to a distributor issue. The first manager then returned and told us that they had the dish if we would like to change our orders. For starters the food is average at best if it wasn't for being able to watch games that are not locally available I wouldn't have gone in the first place. Second they could have given me my whole order for free and it wouldn't change the fact that they just fed me all kinds of bs about things being on back order. The beer I know for a fact is on back order all over so that waitress 100% did not serve any the day before. The dish they didn't have after they explained hasn't been available for weeks all of a sudden shows up and to top it off the person dining with me did get that dish and has been sick ever since! I'll watch the games online from now on!

If wish there was a zero star option. I had the worst possible experience here. Our waitress was ungodly rude. After waiting 45 minutes to get our food and watching multiple people including the person next to us that our waitress was flirting with get there food. I asked another waitress for our food. She proceeded to ask me when we ordered our food and I said a LONG time ago. She then went back to see where our food was and comes out with it. It wasn't even hot it was just sorta warm. They also forgot part of our order. When I asked the waitress where the other part of our order was she bluntly told me that she was sorry and just walked away. Didn't even offer to get us them. On a side not it didn't even taste that great. Considering that I live about 5 minutes away from here I can honestly say I will NEVER go back. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

Went after work on a Friday w a bunch of coworkers for happy hour. The place was fairly empty when we arrived. The beers were reasonably priced. Ordered the fries w cheese which was good n hot when iy came out, sliders (tiny) fried pickles n cheese curds which were good. Got the 20 wings which came out nice and crispy hot. We got the sweet bbq (baby sauce), honey bbq (tiny kick, good flavor), carribean jerk (great flavor/kick) n the mango Habanero(not for the weak ). overall nice looking place to hang n watch sports. Wings were pricey, service little slow.

Terrible service and food isn't that great at all. The nachos were kind of gross. Low quality chicken , chili and fake cheese. The wings were extremely over-priced. Too much sauce on them, you can get much better wings from a local bar at half the price. The worst part is there was hair in my celery and when I asked the server to take it off my bill she just said "oh it's included". I meant the wings ...lost my appetite. Won't be going back here, just nothing at all that I liked about this new place in town that was so crowded for the longest time.

We thought it would one of those places we could find lots of tv for the world cup match of USA vs Belgium in Lancaster. It turned out everyone in the town probably thought the same. It was in the afternoon the whole place was packed there was a line of people waiting for a table. We decided to head to the bar for a Stella Artois however it was not served in the Stella chalis. My husband was probably the only Belgian in the bar it made just a bit more significant being at a restaurant full of Americans in their USA jerseys. However it was all in good fun! It actually made it even more fun. We waited for 2 hours and there was not a table in sight and decided to just order some boneless chicken at our spot. The boneless chicken with the BBQ sauce really hit the spot since I was really starving. We left when the game went into overtime and as soon as we got in the car we heard that Belgium scored a goal! Phew! We were glad we left!

If I wanted the Shits, I could have payed way less and gone somewhere else.
Update- its been 4 days and we have not heard anything in regards to money back. Ive already contacted my bank, but beware if you go here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ate here with 10 friends. They have a ridiculous rule about 4 beers per person. Was told its corporate policy. My friend talked to manager and he said ok to drink more but if you see we're not drunk, why 4 beers? Its a stupid rule for a bar. Then they charged my card a higher amount then my tab. I took my receipt back the next day for refund and first they denied overcharging, but when I should them the charge then the operations manager told me he needs to have to contact corporate to get refund. What? Its illegal to charge my card a different amount and you cant refund my money automatically? Thats shady. I will never go here again. What a terrible way to treat a customer. Mistakes get made but its how you handle it that really show what type of company you are

want to watch a game on 100 televisions? that's the only reason to step foot in this place. here's two reasons not to 1)food is awful. probably find better food at a midnight frat house basement. 2) asked server if there were any other beers on tap besides the ones on the printed menu and she firmly said no. then I looked over at the tap handles and saw 3 from victory and great lakes.

First review ever and I am a regular yelper both in this area (Lancaster PA) as well as plenty of other areas in which I work or travel to. I've never had a worse restaurant experience than I have at buffalo wild wings. That being said, what a great time I had there! In fact it was so horrible, we laughed and laughed as the experience got worse and worse. First of all, there are 97 employees working the floor of the restaurant. They all wear these ridiculous looking generic jerseys. It's like they were designed by some nerdy corporate d bag who thought somehow that wouldn't look over the top tacky. Can't you even spring the extra 10 bucks or so and put the servers names on the back or something? Why is every one number 82? We came up with a few quick one liners about where the 82 came from..."is that the number of unsatisfied customers at any given time in here" or "that's the number of.minutes since we placed an order for some 15 wings". Just let them wear nfl or college football jerseys already. Second. I was joking about 82 minutes to wait for wings. It took...get this...1 hour and 45 minutes to get our wings. 15 of them. 5 that had some sauce on them and 10 dry, flavorless ones. Mmmmm. The manager was walking around just comping checks left and right. What an embarrassment. At one point we go, "those wings ever coming out?" And the bartender literally laughed and said, "no. Theyre never coming out". That wouldn't have been funny even if my best friend was bartending and said that. We aren't friends. This isn't funny. I want wings. I want them in those crappy little paper bowls and I Wan t them an hour ago. We laughed and laughed about how awful the place was. The burger was low grade dog food and the bacon was some sort of genetically modified, over processed version of the normally delicious meat. At least they have machines where you can sit and play strangers in trivia and feel good about yourself because you are smarter than the other dummies in there. Wait. I chose to go there never mind. Great times. Might be back soon!

I had high hopes that a sports bar would be able to pull off wings and burgers. Does not seem to hard to make, but BWW was unsuccessful. The wings were mediocre at best. The burger was nothing special all! The only reason I could think of returning is for the multiple TVs. If that's the case, there are many great places to go in Lancaster with multiple TVs and excellent food.

My family and I literally walked out because the service -- and attitude --the staff displayed was so unprofessional. It seemed as soon as my family ordered non-alcoholic drinks and not beer or other alcohol, our waitress started treating us as if we really weren't worth her time. When my husband asked for Sweet-n-Low for his unsweetened iced tea, she brought only 2 packs. When he asked for more, she said she had to get the manager's permission to do so(!!!) She returned later on and *slapped* down the 2 additional packs beside him and then walked off. He turned to me and said, "Well, there goes her tip." On my side, I asked for milk and got one of those little 8-oz. cartons like we used to get in kindergarten. There was no glass to pour it in. When I asked why, I was told they only give out that size and it would only fill up half their glasses. Since every other restaurant I know gives you enough milk to fill up a glass, I thought that BWW was being extremely cheap -- especially since every other beverage they serve fills up a glass and every other restaurant I know gives you a full glass of milk. My husband also thought that "rationing" of his Sweet-n-Low was a pretty cheap move on their part as well. The worse part was that the waitress didn't display the professionalism like a waitress should have. The first thing I found unsettling was that she had more tattoos on her than a sailor. I tried to ignore that, but when she finally came over to take our order, she put her knee in the chair next to my husband and lean towards him, which made both him and our daughter wonder what she was doing. And after ordering, we couldn't get her attention even with calling to her and raising our hands to flag her. Mind you, she was at her station only about 5 feet away. The other waitresses saw us -- why not ours? When we finally gave up and told her we were leaving and to cancel our order, she wanted to know why and kept on asking if we wanted to see the manager. But as my husband said it was too late because she had already upset us so that staying longer would only upset us more -- besides, we had already lost our appetites. I tried to explain our position to her and why we were displeased, but she spoke so softly I could hardly hear anything of what she had been saying since we got there and told her I could not hear her then because of the noise. She still did not raise her voice any so I could hear. She was also standing by the opposite end of the table and made no effort to come around where I was so we could talk. When we got back home, my husband DID decide to call the restaurant and speak with the manager. The guy kept on saying we should have spoken to him at the restaurant, and he could have given us some free wings. But my husband explained to him that wouldn't have done us any good -- we were so upset at our waitress and the difficulties we had even before our order came to us that our stomachs were too tied up in knots to enjoy the meal. The end result is that we will never, ever come back to this particular restaurant. It was too bad because my daughter and I were visiting my husband down in Lancaster from Maine and this was supposed to be part of an enjoyable family time together during the little time we had. It wound up making all of us upset. And that could have been avoided if BWW and its people knew how to do their jobs properly.

We were hesitant to come here tonight because of the reviews we read. BUT...our waitress was amazing! I had a pepper jack steak wrap and it was pretty good. Spicy and I gobbled it up. My husband got a small order of wings/an order of 12. He was not thrilled and indicated he likes Quaker steak wings better but the dry rub buffalo is worth a try. Next drink is a berry angry mojoto. Kind of thick but still good. Overall I would come back! Did I mention our waitress is amazing! Getting the cheesecake bites to take back to the hotel for grandma. I'm sure they will be good.

I moved to this area about 6 months ago. The Buffalo Wild Wings in my old area, Harrisburg, was terrible. After a game of golf my boyfriend and I decided to try this place despite our previous bad experience with a different chain. We had a wonderful experience. The food was great, beer was great (you can get a LARGE beer! What's better than that?!) and service was great. This is now one of our favorite places to go after a game of golf or after work for a quick bite and a beer.

I had never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before. Yeah, I'm that guy . . . It just had never happened that BWW had been on my radar screen eith with business companions or with my wife, So last Friday night I was coming home from BWI airport. I called my wife and told her I'd bring dinner home. And BWW was my pick for a never-tried-before test. Since "wings" are in the restaurant's name, I decided to just go with a big bunch of regular wings (not the bonless) - 4 different sauce flavors: - Spicy Garlic: only okay, not really spicy - Asian Zing: pretty good, nicy spicy warmth with a sweet & sour chili flavor - Caribbean Jerk: meh, my wife likes Jamaican Jerk seasoning but she wasn't a fan of these. Too much nutmeg. - Hot: These were probably my favorite. A good hot sauce that wasn't over-the-top. My overall disappointment was that I didn't think the actual quality of the meat was very good. I expected BWW namesake menu item to be top quality meat. By way of comparison, I think the wings at the BBQ chain, Smokey Bones, are both a better meat quality and better overall sauce flavor. I'm not a "wing connoisseur" so just my opinion. Also, these were take-out but I only live 5 minutes from this BBW location so the meal still seemed hot and fresh. Some of the othe other menu items look attractive but with so many dining choices I'm not sure we'll try BWW again.

This is a typical chain sports bar. It wasn't as loud as I've read about in previous reviews but overall I wasn't too impressed with this place. The fried pickles and boneless wings were just ok. The staff were friendly enough but I can't see myself going back unless it's football season and I'm just there to drink and watch a game.

My fiancé and I came in to this restaurant to watch the 1st NFL game of the 2014 season. BWW did not staff their restaurant appropriately during this busy time. They then take it out on the customers for their unpreparedness. Working in the restaurant business a while back, it is the restaurant responsibility to staff each day accordingly. The manager didn't even have the decency to speak to us, he had to relay all messages through the host, who was more than eager to tell customers "No" very often. If I could give this BWW location 0 stars, I absolutely would. I've been to many BWW all over, but this Lancaster location takes the cake for rudeness and unprofessionalism. From the host to the manager, this restaurant is poorly ran. The hosts are up at the stand, too busy talking and laughing, that customers often walk in unacknowledged. This then takes a longer time to be seated, if they have any tables clean and ready to be sat. Nothing real nice about walking by the outside patio seeing lots of dirty tables just sitting there collecting flies... We will certainly not go back to this location. Please use caution when venturing into this establishment. Look at the other reviews that have been written by other previous BWW customer. We are trying to save you from the upset that is eventual. It's a real shame that this business has to lose paying customers because they are unable to properly run a business.

Whoever owns this franchise needs to get a grip and get it together. Lancaster deserves better.

We got seated right away but had to wait for more than 30 minutes for our food which came out cold and incorrect! The waiter looked flustered and the manager eventually came out and took off items off our check! This is actually our second time here and will probably be our last!

Terrible service. Took at least 10 minutes just to get fountain drinks for the kids. Food was delayed as well. A number of open tables surrounded us, so busyness was not a legitimate excuse.

Have gone back after initial opening stage. Still a wait on weekday, and there were lots of open tables in bar area. Still total chaos. Server was very good.

We think they have the best wings in our area!!!! My favorite flavor is Garlic Parmesan and my wife loves the Honey Mustard!!! Service is phenomenal!
