A new menu brings new life to this restaurant. The braised short ribs with tortellini was spectacular. The portion was HUGE and I can eat a lot. (I didn't finish my meal!) The staff is super accommodating, too. We will be back.

The hotel encouraged me to leave a review on their own website and then rejected it for an obviously false reason, so I decided to post my review here. I did not have any reference to other hotel brands in my review as they claimed, so it's bothersome that my review was rejected for a fake reason. Something to think about when you read reviews they manage. The real reason I was inclined to write a review at all was because of what happened to my vehicle in their parking lot, which I know is not their fault, but I feel people should be aware of. The staff at the hotel was great! The breakfast was okay. The B wing hallway was loud until midnight during our stay due to some kind of event. I guess they could have done a better job managing that, but it's not their fault. I think it was a youth sports team or something staying there. There was something nasty like a dried raison on one of the wall art pieces in the room. Gross! The door to the bathroom moved on its own accord, and my wife ran into it in the middle of the night, not pleasant. The worst part of our stay was that when we left we discovered severe damage to the bike rack on our vehicle, someone had tried to steal it by yanking it off, but it was locked on to the vehicle. I know this is not the hotel's responsibility for the condition of the cars in the parking lot, but it is something people should be aware of.

CHUCK - E - CHEESE! Kids running amok through the place! Not at all up to Open Table standards. This is the eatery for the Holiday Inn that's attached to it. My GPS had no idea where this place was. The hostess greeted us with a sneer. What is up with maitre de's not smiling. That is so rude! When we gave our the hostess led us to a table. The people immediately behind us were ASKED if they wanted a table or a booth. We were not given the option. In a very big and empty place, we were led to a table right next to a child who was misbehaving. He was screaming and climbing all over the booth. It was so bad we could not carry on a conversation. The parents thought it was really cute that they got up and were walking the kid up and down the floor next to us. They would look at us and smile like they wanted us to stop our meal and tell them how wonderful their kid was. A man who appeared to be the manager was chatting-it-up with two other tables. He begrudgingly came to our table during dessert. He barely even slowed down to ask us how everything was. The booths were low because they lost their springiness. The tables were extremely high. The crab soup was way too salty! The veggie burger was ok as far as veggie burgers go. We did not get the 15% off as advertised on OpenTable. Will not be returning.

PRIME RIB BURGER IS NOT PRIME RIB MEAT the prime rib burger that you pay extra money money is not any different than the meat they use in the other burgers. This prime rib burger is a scam. The servers in this restaurant are very nice and friendly, but the management is cheap. This place lacks a decent menu and much of their food is BLAND.

I don't tend to frequent hotel restaurants. It just so happened I attended a function in April and won a gift certificate for this place for $50. So, I was willing to try it out. Seeing as how I owed someone a dinner, we made our way out there on a Sunday night to chow down and see what this place had to offer. When we walked in, our first impression was "Is this place even open?" It was 7:15pm and you would think there would be more hustle and bustle. Nope. There were about 4 taken tables but the rest of the place was free and clear. There were a few dirty tables that looked like they had been sitting there for awhile, which skeeved me out a bit, seeing as how the place was practically dead. When we walked in, there were 5 people drinking beers and talking at the bar (Zinc) that is attached to the restaurant. Our waitress was nice, but young. She didn't seem to know how to wait on a table. She didn't ask questions and came back to us after 10 minutes (twice) to tell us our beer selections were out. There was no beer list and the excuse we got was "Well the bartender is busy." Really? Because inbetween the first time she came to tell us our beer was not available and the second time, I went to the restroom and there wasn't one person left in the bar (the football game ended, everybody left). It was 7:45pm when she finally came with beers and to take our order. We both had the same thing and ordered and appetizer. Our app never came. The waitress did offer to have an app boxed, but what we had ordered wouldn't work out well in a microwave. We both had the Maryland Crab soup -- ehh, was run of the mill out of a can. Nothing fancy or different than any other restaurant. For our entree, we both had the Filet with Lobster Mac and Cheese. I couldn't find one piece of "fresh Maine lobster" amongst the elbow macaroni. The sauce was way too greasy and sat in my stomach all night like a lead balloon. For dessert, we were comp'ed because of all the errors happening (very nice of them to do). We had the carrot cake and the caramel apple pie -- both yummy, but we had to ask for coffee with our dessert. It wasn't offered and it wasn't fresh, either. I'm sure this place COULD be good, but I would hate to see the bar and wait staff if they were REALLY busy. Good luck.

Sunday breakfast buffet is fairly average, but still better than anything on the breakfast menu. A bit overpriced though. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

Made a reservation via OpenTable, were there a couple minutes early, they didn't have us on their list. Gave them my confirmation page and hostess asked us to wait and a while later she finally came back and escorted us to a table. I asked if there was a problem with the reservation and she said no, they had it. I don't think so! All the other tables in the room were set up for 4 - 8 people, had a card with the person's name and what time their reservation was for and a nice vase of flowers. Took our drink order and went away for another long period. Then we were told the food was out and we could go help ourselves. We found out later not all the food was out but by them we had filled up on what little offerings they had. What a joke this place is. This particular location seems to have trouble getting in a decent restaurant. I will not be back. Food was not really good either. Wait staff was acting like they could care less and we were bothering them to even be there! Don't worry, I won't be back!
