I've been here quite a few times since this location opened. The place has improved a lot since it opened but still has a few quirks. Good service is hit or miss here. Sometimes you'll find yourself waiting a lot for no apparent reason. I've also detected some attitude from the service or a masked sense of customer dislike much greater than you'd find at a place like Applebee's or Red Lobster. However, the wings, burgers, and fries are delicious. I would not recommend going here for a celebration or holiday, or expecting it to be very family friendly. I get most of my orders through take out and never had any problems with that. It's also quick.

Went in with a group of 5 and had a really great time. Service was good and attentive. Food was good and quickly delivered. Wings were really tasty. This was my first trip here and will not be my last. My only wish, was a better wine list, but I can understand that I am probably the exception. Everyone in the group had a really great time.

After eating at the one in Oakland and in State College their customer service well surpassed what was expected. Unfortunately this one was nothing like them. The food was the same tasty food I have had at the others. We ordered cheese sticks as an appetizer and waited a long time for them, then the food order arrived before we were half done with the appetizer. Refills no drinks? Good luck, you may want to order two drinks because you will sit there with an empty glass for a while before they refill you. Luckily I ate at others and know this one is lacking very badly in customer service. So if you are not in a hurry or hungry, this is the place for you!!

This restaurant serves casual food including nachos, friend mozzarella, wings, salads, sliders, tacos, french fries, chicken tenders, baby back ribs, and a few desserts. Food such as this is hard to impress, but you get what you expect. I did enjoy the wings. The waitress was very nice, kept the food coming out, and brought out many drink refills. My husband, who normally leaves very small tips, left her a 50% tip!

This was probably the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. I should really say that this was the worst service, when we had service. My family and I showed up around lunch time and put our name in for a table. When we did this, we told the hostess that we had eight in our party. When we were seated we had to reiterate this to her as she tried to sit eight people at a table with only six chairs. Now, I wouldn't normally complain about seating, but this is where everything that went wrong started. At this location they have indoor and outdoor seating. Unfortunately we got outdoor seating. Now, you are probably wondering why I would be complaining about outdoor seating, right? This location doesn't give you much room to work with outdoor seating, they jammed so many low top and high top table in here that it is impossible for people, customers and servers, to move. There was about eight inches between the table and the wall and I had to fit in that chair. Then they attempted to seat people behind us at a high top table and they refused, stating the obvious that they wouldn't be able to be served. Our hostess had apologized earlier due to the amount of people already here and said if she could serve she would be out to be our server. However, she wasn't our server. Our server showed up about five minutes after we were seated and took our drink orders. Another five minutes passed and our drinks finally arrived. At this time our server said he would be back to take our order and NEVER returned. After about 25 minutes of sitting there, we all decided to get up and leave. We realized that they forgot about us. My father, mind you this was Father's Day, went in to ask to talk to a manager and pay for the drinks. The hostess informed my father that it would be better if he called back later in the day due to the fact that the manager on duty at that moment was not the most customer service oriented. That right there is a very bad thing to hear. The hostess of the day also told us why she was not allowed to serve. That same manager told her no, even though she had worked as a server for two years. Good call pal, real good call. You lost customers that day due to the fact that you made not just bad, but horrible decisions. We gladly took our business elsewhere. Needless to say I cannot speak to the food as our service was never there.

I love this place! Such a breath of fresh air for restaurants in jtown. Wings are super and they have so many great specials! Lots of choices on the menu and a full bar. Really can't beat it!

Overrated greasy expensive food with meh service. I've been to Quaker steak maybe five times, the food has always been ok at best (I don't eat wings but I did get the boneless wings once and they were ok). The servers are mediocre and I find the prices to be a bit high considering the average quality if the food. Positives? The decor is very cool and I like checking out the "artifacts", the restaurant is a bit too noisy for my taste though. All of my visits have been during daylight hours. I will not return unless a visiting friend or relative wants to go.

Went for the first time with two other people that had been there before when it first opened and the service was slow. This time the server was good but the whole experience turned me off. 6 PM on a Thursday night a restaurant should not run out of one their main staples - ribs. After all 3 of us ordered ribs, we were told (with some delay) that we would have to order something else because they ran out of ribs! Really hard to switch your tastebuds and mind over to something else. Two of us ordered wings and the other a burger. We all agreed we had better elsewhere. The wings were on the small side and not cooked as well as other places and the burger was nothing new. Wing sauces are not as varied as other places, especially if you don't like them hot. I was planning on making another visit and bring my mother. Maybe if I would have had the ribs, I would have. SHAME ON YOU, QUAKER STEAK, for running out of ribs.

Service was horrible, pretty much nonexistent, food overpriced and very greasy. Overall, not worth the aggravation of waiting on a table and service. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
