Not sure why the reviews on this place are low... every time I have gone, I've enjoyed and stuffed myself completely. The prices are cheap for the quality and quantity of food you get to enjoy. It's always crowded when I've gone. The service isn't the best, but the food makes up for it. So much variety! There's also a made to order bar where you can choose the meat and veggies you'd like. They make it while you wait and watch with drool forming lol. The sushi is fresh and I liked it. Fresh fruit and icecream for dessert. Great Chinese buffet!

Came here once we dropped my brother off to college. My whole family was eager to eat ANYTHING, so I jumped on Yelp and this was the closest place that we were interested in going. It was a Thursday late afternoon and it was a little more crowded then I would expect. I thought that was a good sign... We came in and was greeted by a server who seemed to mumble out her words. Not being rude, but we could barely understand a single word she said the whole time she was serving us. Also, when we were eating, our plates kept stacking up pretty high and she was standing there in the corner staring at a couple. At the end of our meals (dessert) she was pretty attentive. Moving on, we rushed over to the buffet lines and I was surprised by all the food. I got the sesame chicken, peppered chicken, the creamed cheese puffs and string beans. The chicken was extremely dry, tasted like jerky that was slathered in sauce. The string beans were not bad... hard to mess up string beans. The cheese puffs were also good, I could tell that they were homemade. My dad also tried the hibachi and it was fairly tasty. Everything else I had was not that good. The sushi was extremely small and poorly made, the rice sitting out on the buffet lines was extremely dry, the rice crispys were so "crisp" that it had the same texture and feeling of biting into a saltine (they were dry). The spring rolls were apparently "gross" as my mom put it (she's a big fan of spring rolls). The tapioca was poorly made as it was almost like gelatin and the tapioca pearls were hard. The ice cream was actually pretty good, but I'm sure they didn't make it themselves as you scooped it out of these large brown tubs. Also, I have to add that on their doors, they advertise that they have crab legs... No crab legs to be seen... I was pretty eager to crack some legs open... Got to say though, the price was spot on, it was only $8.00 a person which is pretty cheap for a buffet. We walked out feeling full, but not exactly too sure what was going to happen with our stomachs during the night. Turns out, my gut feeling was right, my dad had explosive diarrhea during the night and I did as well a few hours after eating. Yeah... maybe next time we'll just go somewhere else when we go visit my brother's college.

An fairly large establishment that has numerous islands of food with quite a bit of variety in the food. Dishes run the range of what you might typically see at most buffets, such as fried pepper shrimp, wontons, lo mein, and the like. There is a sushi bar in the back that boasts almost a dozen different varieties of sushi rolls that are cut for everyone. Make sure to try the cucumber roll! The hibachi is next to the sushi area and had a fairly large spread you can get grilled for you on the spot. I didn't partake, which seems odd seeing as Hibachi is in the restaurant's name, but several patrons appeared to have that were seated near me and they sounded quite happy with their choice. The decor inside is obviously Asian in nature, with several painted windows and mirrors that are stunning and one of those adorable good fortune cats that waves constantly at you. Typical sauces and chopsticks are available at the front desk for take out, I assume. Service was prompt and courteous. Before my drink even got half empty, a waitress would zip by and refill it for me. Plates were removed just as quickly and my waitress was quite kind and friendly.

This place has excellent food, fresh and delicious. The sushi is outstanding and prepared in front of you at the sushi station in the buffet area. They also have cooked sushi. There is everything from steak to seafood, something everyone will like. The steamed peel and eat shrimp taste great. The waitstaff are polite and pleasant. I was impressed with how clean the restaurant is. Since this is a new place and is so good, it can only get better, but I don't see how. LOVE IT!

This place serves its purpose well. A big (for Johnstown) Asian buffet with a sushi selection, custom stir fry, and Chinese foid from dumplings and stir fries to the standard little cakes and ice cream. And, of course, American specialties for your uncle who can't abide by Chinese food.

I've said it before and I'll say it again; I'm a HUGE buffet fan. With that being said, this place did not disappoint. I am fairly surprised that this place actually exists. Last time I was here (or should I say, the last time I paid attention) in this plaza this place was a Ladbrook's. I am so very happy that it is not anymore. To say that this place is expansive is somewhat of an understatement. It is quite huge inside. Seating is in the front of the area and the buffet is located at the back. It is hard to tell you exactly where to start here. Some people would start with the salad type area; some would go to the Hibachi station. Me, I just dove into a little bit over everything. Of course you are going to find the regular fare that you would find at any other Chinese style buffet. This place goes beyond that. They add sushi, Hibachi, and Americanized food. So, say if you brought someone that isn't too keen on Chinese food, they can still definitely get down with the food here. Typical items like General Tso's chicken, beef and broccoli, and wonton soup can be found. Along with mashed potatoes, French fries, chicken nuggets, pizza, mac n cheese, etc. Prices are what you should expect from a buffet. The only downside here, and this is truly the only one, they try to rush you out. It's much like that John Pinette skit (no, I'm not being racist by saying that, I'm making a point). We were still noshing on our food when our check was brought to the table. Top it off with a flick of the wrist to scatter fortune cookies on the table (interesting fact: fortune cookies were invented in the United States).

I am not picky when it comes to a chinese buffet. I have eaten at many and NEVER left disappointed. Tonight was the first! It started off bad with the server. The lady asked how old my boys are. I told her 7, they are twins. She then mumbled something and i couldn't understand her. I told her that I could not understand her. She asked again how old they are. I told her they are both 7. She said ok and took the drink order. She then pointed to my one son and asked how old he was. I said this boy is 7 and this boy is 7. The sushi rice was literally hard and crunchy from sitting out so long. I should have taken a pic of the wasabi, as it was brown and hard for the same reason. The melon was not ripe and the rice krispie treats were harder than jawbreakers. The lady brought all the drinks at the table except my water. I proceeded to go up and get my own along with the refills. When the server brought the fortune cookies, she literally tossed them at us. I wanted to pick it up and throw it right at her. Good luck finding a clean plate. I had to search through many each time I went up and also to get food for my boys. I will NEVER return.

Excellent place to get Chinese food along with a variety of foods. It's nice and clean inside. Food is typically fresh and in stock. They have a salad bar, fresh hibachi, raw foods, American foods, and desserts. The only reason why I docked it a star was because the staff tend to hang around you. They are right there to pick up your plates - which is convenient, but it gets a little annoying. Once you pay, make sure you leave or they'll be pushing you out the door. Other than that, it's an excellent place to eat!
