This place is FABULOUS! We were looking for a place to grab lunch before we went to the outlets. The food here is all homemade and incredible! The staff could not be nicer and the prices are unbelievable! We can't wait to come back!!!!!

My husband and I have had breakfast here the past two days because you get your money's worth of delicious food! I've had the western omelette and home fries with sausage. The sausage is so good and my husband agrees. He has gotten the chipped dry beef and he loves it. Take advantage if you are staying in the Best Western Plus at Intercourse!

The food was delicious! Perfectly crafted comfort foods that left me yearning for a simpler time. The server was diligent and personable. The food could have been hotter, but it wasn't that bad. I just prefer my food scalding hot. I had a voucher for a free meal, and used it. But I'll gladly return and pay full price any time I'm in Intercourse!

This restaurant is in the Best Western Village Inn. If you stay at the hotel you get a discount plus free breakfast but even if you aren't getting that deal, it is a reasonably priced place to eat with home-style cooking and local ingredients. I had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed both. I had the turkey that came with dressing, gravy and cranberry sauce. The turkey meat was tender and very good. For dessert, I had the fruit crisp which was apple and it came with ice cream. It was very good. My friend had shoo-fly pie and said it was good-had never had it before so couldn't compare it to any other. The prices were very reasonable and service was very good. For breakfast had the blueberry muffins and fruit. It was good but nothing special. In any event, would return again.

We were trying to get to Family Cupboard, but failed. Silly iphone steered us wrong. So we were hungry and were on a mission to get some 'traditional' amish food. So we decided this place would fit the bill. And it did! She ordered the Ham steak with green beans and corn fritters and I ordered the breaded oysters with pepper cabbage and sweet potato fries. both half portions. The best thing out of it all was the pepper cabbage, which was like sweet pickled green bell peppers and white cabbage. Surprisingly delicious! A friend recommended we try the shoofly pie, which we asked to be warmed. Who knew a pie made from brown sugar and molasses would be so enjoyable! It's popular local spot it seems, with Amish women serving and cooking in the back. Friendly service, a kitschy atmosphere, not at all bad. I recommend it if you're passing through.

Ate here with 6 other family members. Menu selection is good. Food was good (in fact, I'd give the food 4 stars). However, we were one of two tables and the service was still very slow. Food sat in the window longer than it needed to. After I got my burger I has to wait another 5 minutes for the mustard I'd asked for....food getting cold in the meantime. Server seemed put out about being a server.....I don't know. Probably wont go back.

Good fresh food. One of the few places where you find locals, Amish and tourists eating side by side. The food is a mix of items you'd find in any diner and local favorites. Buffalo chicken had great spice. I know liver isn't everyone's favorite but if you like it get it here, it was one of the most tender pieces I've ever had. Be warned the place is very, very small - on a busy weekend expect to wait a bit.

The local spot for breakfast! If you've got an appetite for breakfast try the "Amish" breakfast. The ham is the real deal bone-in ham and it comes with eggs and potatoes. To top it off you'll get a hefty piece of coffee cake that is authentic Amish country.

Walked over for lunch after browsing the Kitchen Kettle Village. The Pork Barbecue is delicious. It is served on two biscuits. Others in the party enjoyed the Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap, Roast Turkey Entrée and Cheese Burger.

Much of my eating experience has to do with the customer service, and Olde Mill Restaurant did not fall short in that department. Hostess and waiter were warm and kind which warmed my appetite. The 10% check in bonus was also a welcomed surprise. All in all good hotel eatery if you are in the area as the city is closing down for the night.

There is nothing special about this restaurant, food is just so so, contrary to other review there were no Amish eating here. Go to bird in hand for an excellent meal, a lot of variety and excellent cooking. and you will see a lot of Amish families eating there.

What a hidden gem the Intercourse Village Restaurant is! This restaurant is hidden in a hotel setting yet also on a corner that is in walking proximity to so many tourist attractions such as the Intercourse Cannery Factory Tour, pretzel factory, and Amish Village tour. They have a large parking lot, but such a small sign drawing attention that this is a restaurant, which is the down side. I would not have discovered this place if not literally stumbling on it while walking around the area. The service is so attentive and kind. Combined with the country decor, there is a homey feeling that is wholesome. The food is made to Dutch standards of quality, but gives you more of an international choice as well. Menu items such as Chicken Alfredo is not exactly Dutch in culture, but the chicken is freshly grilled. I particularly like the Meatloaf here, but the sandwiches are just as delightful. The seafood selection is delicious, but cannot tell how fresh it is since it is broiled with bread crumbs and many good toppings. The dessert selection is delicious to the very last. Shoo-fly Pie, Apple Dumplings, Blueberry Crisp, Hot Apple Fritters with Vanilla Ice Cream, are just a few of their dessert selections. Seek out this restaurant for wholesome feel good food with equal standards in service.

Traditional Lancaster County menu. Friendly service. Really large portions. Excellent shoofly pie.

Traditional Lancaster menu. The place was just refurbished and looks great inside. The staff was friendly and meals were ample.

If you are looking for a "real" Amish family-style meal, then this isn't the best place to choose, but if you're fine with a menu that includes a handful of PA Dutch dishes along with chicken Alfredo and crab cakes you'll have a nice, solid meal. That being said, I never saw an Amish family at Good and Plenty, but they do come to eat here because the food tastes good.

Went here for dinner with the family. Had the smothered chicken, followed by an apple dumpling for dessert. The apple dumpling in particular was delicious. As a local, my only complaint is that it seemed a bit tourist-oriented. But, for tourists looking for a good example of local comfort food, or locals looking for a decent meal, I'd recommend it.
