Pizza was good. SERVICE IS AWFUL. The young lady at the front counter was incredibly rude and snippy. I worked as a waitress for 7 years and am almost always understanding that everyone has a bad day. However- this was inexcusable. Rolling eyes, snippy, sarcastic......hire some new help if you dont want your business to go down the drain.

We were so happy we found Palermos!! We are in from out of town and had a tough time finding a restaurant open on Sunday's. We found this pizzeria and we were very pleased. The pizza was delicious and the garlic bread was great! Great spot!!

Service was friendly. Pizza was very bland. Ordered cheese pizza with onion mushrooms. Even the onion had no flavor. Sauce was seemingly just there for looks. It had no flavor. Crust was nice and crispy and airy. Would not return, live and learn.

We were staying in Hershey and needed something quick and easy for dinner. We ordered a large special pizza for pick up. It was ready on time and everyone who tried it really enjoyed it. I'm not sure what other options there are for pizza but I would definitely recommend this place over any national chain.

Sometimes you have to take recommendations from people at less than face value. On a short vacation here in Hershey, and due to weather issues, decided to order delivery pizza. So, I asked the clerks about who and where, and the both of them, said go/call here. We ordered two extra large pies (again, due to weather coming, we ordered extra pizza, fully expecting to be snowed in our room tomorrow), not exactly knowing what we were going to get. Our pies arrived, hot at delivery (despite a which number to call us at mix us). When I got back, I was very surprised at what had arrived. The pies were made on a hand tossed crust. Cooked through, crispy and chewy, with a slight dusting of flour. Sweet sauce, and the toppings were plentiful. As I have said before, life is too short to eat bad pizza. I will not be having any problems tonight, or tomorrow (eating left over pizza while being snowed in our room)...as this pizza was excellent. When I chance to see the resort clerks later this week, I am going to thank them for the recommendation. I had asked who had the best pizza here locally. We were sent to Palermo's, And, I concur, with that recommendation. Life is too short to eat bad pizza. Order from here, and you will never have that worry. Highly recommended. @Removeyourhat

Wow not even close to what pizza is sort of like a microwave soup of glue gel. I don't even know if I was eating food or not. Forget about the fact that it was raw it just wasn't something you put in your body.

Great place for pizza. The pizza is all hand made and strongly recommend the old world pizza. The soup is good as well. Nice little place.

It can be tough to go out with kids, even on vacation. They deliver to Blugreen Suites at Hershey. Delivery staff was very nice and the food was excellent! They called the front desk, who called us in our suite to come meet the guy on the ground level. Perfect! Try the chicken parmigiana and the fried mushrooms!

Stopped in for a late dinner. Wife had the Old World Pizza (sauce on top and cheese underneath) and loved it. Son had the Salamaroni (or something like that) hot sub and loved it, but couldn't finish. Other son had a kids meal of chicken fingers. I had the buffalo chicken salad. We all loved the food and will go back.

OMG! We are staying at a resort and we are lazy so we got a menu from the office and ordered two pizzas, one sicilian. Holy cannoli - the best ever! Cooked perfect, and the blending of tastes are perfect. Nothing over powering at all, not soupy sauce , not strong spices, nothing but yum yum yum!! Perfection in pizza

This was a nice little pizzeria tucked in the out skirts of Hershey. Great place to eat. The decor was very casual and simple. Service was good. The pizza was very good. We had the stuffed crust pizza which is delicious. The large was enough for a family of four. Two pieces filled me up. After the third slice, I was as stuffed as the pizza. All ingredients were fresh. The cheese actually strung out when you sliced the pizza and took it off the pan. This is a great indicator of fresh ingredients. The crust was home made and just thick enough. The sauce topped it off with a sweet edge to it. They didn't skimp on the toppings or cheese either. Very full, yet balanced blend of toppings, sauce and cheese. They have carry out and delivery as well. Even if you have to go pick it up, it's well worth the extra time. Great alternative to the chain pizza. We will definitely stop by when we are in town again. Very tasty and great pizza!
