Bentley's has a new owner and is in the same place and it's now called Cafe On Cocoa. They can be reached at 717 500 5108

Really nice little place.. Very good breakfast fare with nice variety and with some absolutely delicious coffee. Good spot for a quick AM bite. We were definitely impressed .. They do what they do very well!

The service is amazing! The menu is full of something for everyone! Full breakfast menu, munchies, salads, panini's, salads, even burgers! Fresh baked case full of amazing pastries. Tea choices out of this world! Coffees and lattes too. But the tea selection is huge! They will make suggestions if you're stuck too. The people all are friendly. Sweet as anyone could hope for. This place makes you feel like you're right at home. I wish I could take the whole place home with me it's amazingly clean in here too.

Good coffee shop until clock chimes 5pm. Dinner service is god awful, the waitresses are rude and confrontational. They are exceptionally slow and inept and can't remember orders. Normally I leave significant tips and rarely am I driven to walk out or leave only pennies on the table but I nearly did. Their food is way overpriced for the mediocre uncreative quality that it is. Discourage anyone who wants to be treated with the slightest respect from coming here.

Very quaint and friendly. My wife and I had breakfast sandwiches and swapped half. We loved both. Market price for a pretzel sandwich, espresso and frozen coffee drink. The place was filled with people who seemed to know and love the owner and employees. We are not local but would not hesitate to come back!

Let me start this review by saying "what the Hell happened to the Cocoa Perk?!" I grew up in Hershey and moved away for several years. I moved back to Hershey a few weeks ago and was informed that the Cocoa Perk is now Bentley's Cafe and that they had really good lunch items. Hoping to hang out for a few hours on a Thursday evening, my friend and I met at Bentley's for a cup of coffee. We were rudely met by a woman at the door who told us that Bentley's now served a sit down dinner from 5-9. "Ok, well can we get coffee and dessert?" "Ok... do you want to sit outside?" (Tornado winds swirling) "No...." "you wanna sit over there?" "Sure"....off to a bad start... so we aren't offered menus, the woman offers to bring us coffee while we decide what dessert we want. "Do you have any lattes?" "Yes *annoyingly rattles off endless list of flavors*" "I'll have a caramel latte" My friend orders a chai tea. Our coffees are brought out in paper cups.... so much for "dinner service". My friend orders a muffin. I order a brownie. Do I want my brownie warmed? No thanks. My friend gets her muffin with a side of nasty tasting butter. I get my brownie, still in the plastic wrap. Meanwhile my latte has an after taste of plastic. No more than two minutes later the "sit down dinner waitress" throws our check down on the table and runs away. We were not asked if we were ready for the check nor were we asked if we were on separate checks. We were definitely not wanted; the waitress proceeded to sweep the floor around us and shoot us nasty looks from the front counter. In summary, the food and beverages were gross and over-priced, the service was awful and I will never be going to Bentley's ever again. Rest in peace Cocoa Perk.

My last update on Bentley's was pretty negative. But we went back for breakfast, necessitated by waiting for a car repair two doors down. This time, the food was beautifully prepared and tasty. The cafe's decor has been damaged by poor taste -- Don't know who the owners are listening to, but they've taken a space dominated by modernish light fixtures and furniture, and added Grandma's ruffled country curtains and bad art from HomeSense (or somewhere like it). The result is indiscriminate and disorganized. They should fix that by hiring someone who knows what they're doing. They've also let go of some of their premium brand drinks and nicer baked goods, which is sad. But it's good to know the breakfast is well cooked and nicely presented. Hope things continue to grow.

Hidden away in the Cocoa Plex in the back of the courtyard. Nice little clean place more modern industrial setting. Plenty of seating and friendly staff! Coffee is good!

My friend and I have always come to Cocoa Perk then Bentley's to have a coffee/tea or a bite on the rare occasions we have time. However, on our most recent visit, we were disappointed. Is this due to the change in ownership? Service was still friendly, but the food didn't live up to our memories. The carrots I got instead of fries were a little on the dry side, and the meat in my gyro sandwich was also on the dry side. My friend felt her quesadilla wasn't as good as it used to be. In the past, Bentley's frozen grasshopper has been my decadent delight (and I am a person who is NOT a coffee person). I resisted it this time, so I can't speak to whether it is still as good as I remember. I might give Bentley's another chance with tea and coffee, but I will probably pass on the food.
