This is like one of the hot spots of any random city out towards the east coast. seriously, no joke. its basically the fatter and more beefier cousin of sizzlers. its AYCE for a really ridic price of what something like 11 bucks not including drinks.. they have a large selection of american fare. the have the grill fired up all the time for your hot burgers and steaks and seafood. the salad bar is decent and the desserts are usually restocked as its the big thing for the kids to eat up. has a soft serve ice cream station which is great for the kids and the adults who arent afraid to make a huge sundae in front of the kids. overall its okay. nothing super special... one good thing about this place is that they have some great dinner rolls.. ... i mean.. when they come out toasty hot, those rolls are worth the 11 bucks alone. i'm serious, sometimes when i'm making a steak dinner at home, my sister grabs half a dozen of those rolls, yup that good.. worth the trip for the dinner rolls, everything else.. is okay.. but its a buffet, fill your tummy up until you start seeing stars and you've spent some 2 hours and 15 bucks. o, and a tip to those young boys, dont take your prom date to a buffet, at least applebees is having the 2 for $20 deal.. it aint no red lobster and trust when i say- dont expect any action if you take your date to an AYCE. she wont eat anything but a salad....

I love Gollden Corral and return often. The selection is good and the mashpotatos are the best in town. However I consistently find dirty plates and silverware. It gets very annoying when I have to search to find clean stuff every time I go.

As I mentioned in a previous review at a different location, my kids love it here. So we took them after visiting Christmas Story Lane. This one seems a bit smaller and less choice of food offered. It is also a little older and therefore dingier than the one I reviewed previously. The service was OK but food just, meh. I must admit that they stay on top of keeing the service trays as fresh as they can. Now if the food could be a little tastier. I know, what should I expect from and AYCE place, right? Oh well, we sacrifice good taste so that our kids have fun.

It's a bit better then what you pay for. For a cheap price you can get salad, dessert, steak, burgers, wings, and a variety of other things. The best thing this restaurant has going for it is that its family friendly. Kids 3 and under eat free. And everyone else is around $8 before 4 and $12 after. It's also conviently located by many shops: walmart, petco, gamestop. If you go at 330, you get the lunch price and both lunch and dinner options to eat. (Yay mini steak burgers and a nice medium rare steak)

The Hermitage location is under new management & is going down hill fast. We had dinner there last Monday night and were shocked at the condition of the buffet. The food looked like it had been sitting there for hours and was not worth eating. We waited on steaks and went through several before we found one worth eating; most were tough & full of ryne or fat. Waitress service was very good, helpful & in agreement that the food is not what it should be.

2 stars? Were you optically challenged? The place has institutional grunge everywhere I looked. Ceiling was loaded with huge wads of accumulated dust. If they are on the ceiling, can they be called dust bunnies? I mention the ceiling because you may want to bring an umbrella to keep stuff from falling in your food. A new weight loss plan featured on late night TV that tells you to visit this GC and focus on any 2' X2' square and pay attention to cleanliness. The practice is guaranteed to turn your tummy and you will no longer be interested in eating.

I have been to several golden Coral locations. This one was by far the worst. The dining room felt dirty, sticky and generally unclean. The food was at best mediocre and to expensive for the quality. I will not visit again!

The staff is always friendly. I live in the area and regularly go in here. The food is great. Especially the mashed potatoes after 4 I believe it is they serve steak which comes with the buffet. The bathrooms aren't always kept up to the fullest.

Went here just last night. The food was okay, typical American buffet, with a few nice little extras. Great desert section and some good dishes. The reason I give this place 2 and not 3 is the food was all relatively old and they weren't too bothered at all to do anything about it. We were there about an hour and a half before they closed and it was like they were closing in ten minutes. I probably would find something else nearby, especially with so many other selections nearby.

Price is fairly good for a buffet with good quality food. Service is always outstanding with wait person checking on you every few minutes, and at least one manager coming by to make sure every thing is good. Steaks are grilled to taste, and usually several great seafood items available as well.

A waiter once was clearly tripping on something, and got sent home in the middle of our meal. I'd rather run to Giant Eagle and buy Easy Mac and frozen chicken nuggets than eat here.
