I love Chipotle and this one is my favorite! The staff is so friendly and really make you feel welcome. This store is the most beautiful that I have been in. I love the atmosphere! The food itself is my favorite "fast" Mexican food because it is GMO free!!! It makes a difference to me and to my family! My personal favorite is to get a bowl and normally I would have the Carnitas (pork) but they are currently not serving it--- so I have opted for chicken! I started my bowl with white rice, black beans and chicken. I then only added sour cream and cheese! A bag of chips on the side and my plate is perfect. My daughter loves the addition of the fresh guacamole added to her bowl and a bit of lettuce. Both bowls are amazing in taste and more than enough! Tonight my sister tried he new Sofritas and was really excited to say she liked it! She had never had tofu and really enjoyed it in her bowl. She cannot wait to have it again! She also highly encouraged anyone who is curious to try it! It's very good! (By the way you can ask for a sample!) As we ate I noticed several more customers coming in and the staff was still just as nice and still as hospitable even as it drew near to closing. I will definitely be back to this location! It may not be closest to my house but it has amazing service and food so it's worth it to me!

Two words could sum this place up.. Slow & Inconsistent .!!!! This is the slowest Chipotle I've ever been at....lucky me it's the one in my home town....

I just want to give 5 stars and props to Chipotle in Hermitage PA for helping one of their employees in a time of tragedy. I don't live in PA anymore but assure I will eat specifically at your store when I come back home to visit.

6 of the staff were doing prep. Just one guy at the front servicing the line. At first, I was truly annoyed and blood pressure was high. (There was only one customer in front of me and it took foooorrrever - roll back the cameras to Friday @ around 1:30) After the wait got ridiculous, I just parked it back and watched in total disbelief. I crossed my arms and just dismissed the whole experience. Chipotle is a good chain - this has never happened to me at any of the other places. It's gotta be just this one clueless crew that has no idea how to provide service.

15 Years ago, when I lived in DC, McChipotle was a novelty. We all know that it is owned by McDonald's, Inc. It was good and we went all the time. Then a BajaFresh opened. It was the same thing, but used fresh ingredients instead of the McDonald's frozen crap. It was a hit. Then, while on my way to Pymatuning from Pittsburgh, I stopped at Hot Heads. WOW. Just WOW. AMAZING!!! The staff was so great, they let me try the different sauces. They have like 20 compared to McChipotle's 3. Their food was totally fresh and they took the time to allow me to find what I liked. The Burrito was AWESOME!! much better the McChipotle or Baja Fresh. And the sauces are to die for. I usually mix and match to get some habenero and some smokier flavors. I've tried the awesome tacos too, but now I get the tortilla-less bowl and buy a bag of chips. It's like the BEST NACHOS in the universe!!! Been there a few times since. I pass up McChipotle's in Pittsburgh so that I can savor my dinner at Hot Heads a few times a year.
