This place is a neighborhood standard. My husband and I go several times a year, but after this past experience, maybe never again, certainly not for dinner or appetizers. We visited at about 4:30pm last Saturday. The beers and drinks are always good. I had an excellent bloody mary, husband had a beer (which one escapes me). Never had a bad drink here. I take my parents here for lunch when they are in town, you can get a decent lunch and drink for a good price. We ordered the appetizer sampler. It was awful. We knew going in that it was junky bar food, mozzarella sticks and the like, but NO attempt was made on this order. The overcooked food was dumped on a white dinner place, with plastic cups filled with ketchup, hot sauce, and a warmed serving of marinara sauce. No attempt at presentation. No blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing? There were wings on the platter...fried wings with NO hot sauce. I suppose the 3 tablespoons of hot sauce were supposed to cover the wings? We asked the server for ranch or blue cheese dressing, and back she came with a similar plastic cup with the lid on it. Again, no attempt at presentation. We decided to skip the main course as our appetizer soured the evening. I think I need to find a new neighborhood joint.

This pub is always a go-to when I'm in Havertown. Easy to find, drinks are cold and refreshing, and the bartenders are friendly! You will typically see the owner around, especially on the weekends and he is a great guy to talk to! Always friendly, smiling and can guide you to a great brew. Props to him for keeping an eye on his pub, which I bet is why this place is consistently great! I love the cheesesteak here! The long hots are fantastic and served just as they should be-- whole and in olive oil. They always pack a punch and are delicious on top of any pub sandwich you choose. The fries are also tasty and pair well. My good friends love to order the pot pie and hot roast beef here too. They are never disappointed. I recommend you try this place. Grab a friend, get a table on the patio and enjoy a nice cold draft!

I went here with the family. The menu was very pub-like, which is what I want when I take my boys out. Unfortunately it was mediocre at best. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich. My wife got a turkey burger. Fish & chips for my 11 year old son, and chicken fingers for the little guy. The steak fries were thin and mushy. My pulled pork sandwich was just ok. My son's fish was made with fresh fish, but they reminded me of Gordon's fish sticks, because of how small and thin they were. My little guy liked his meal and my wife thought her turkey burger was good. I'm sure we'll go back, but I won't be excited about it.

Very disappointing! My glass of wine was shorted - when I inquired about it the server told me it was just a small glass My chicken dish had orange colored chicken and the broccoli was not cut into florets, the white wine sauce wasn't ! All in all terrible !

The Oakmont is one of our family's go to pubs in Havertown. They are located in a commercial area with parking basically on-street (unless you snag one of the few spots in the small rear lot). They've got a very good selection of draft beers and rotate the selection. The menu has many pub-food staples plus additional more creative items - definitely better than the average pubs in the area. Today I had a Chicken Cuban with bacon and gruyere cheese with aioli sauce on the side and tortilla chips. Nicely done - there are more entree items for dinner and again they rotate the menu to keep it fresh. Also plenty of selections to keep the kids happy. The decor is fine - nice woodwork, high ceilings (it's a converted bank), wooden booths. The indoor restaurant/bar is not particularly large but there is a covered outdoor deck that can be enclosed and heated in colder weather. Flat screens throughout. As far as service, I can't say I've ever had a bad experience there. Most of the time we are seated within a minute or two - on a couple occasions we had a 10-15 minute wait. The wait staff is usually courteous, professional and competent. The wait times for food are average - not too fast, not too slow. If you're looking for a good pub experience in Havertown, this spot should be on your list.

The good--- Great beer selection. I love the huge window in the front. The bartenders are friendly. The bad-- The food is freezer truck fresh. Yikes. I've been here now for the 5th time for dinner with my wife and we just can't do it any longer. It's just so disappointing. The servers are hit or miss--some are good, some are dismal.

Tonight we were turned away because we were a group of 4. Outside empty seats galore, but they said they would only seat 5 or more people at those tables. We could ONLY use inside seating and it was a 35 minute wait. The people behind us (3 in party) were told the same thing. When we asked why, we were told that it was the restaurant policy and they could not change it. WE counted the outside empty tables- 1 table of 6, One table of 4, and 2 tables of 2 were empty. Both parties left and went to dinner across the street.

The crab cakes were great, I really enjoyed them. The service was spot on; the server came back like clockwork. I have been here many times over the years and never had any issues with service. This last time I sat on the porch, it was nice and cool, even in the heat. The parking is sketchy, but I found some on the street. It isn't hard, you just have to look. It is well worth circling the block because once you are inside all is right with the world. I would say it's a great place for comfort and bar food, and the details really matter to them. The beer selection is solid and as far as Havertown and the surrounding areas go, this is a winner. 4 stars most any day.
I stopped in for and exceptional lunch today with fellow Yelper Steve S. I was a bit early so I snagged a booth and a beer and settled down to sip. Manayunk Brewery's Krook's Mill ale was amazing. I wasn't surprised to see a great draft here. That's common for the Oakmont. Danielle was our beautiful, knowledgeable, and competent waitress. The soup of the day was creamy red pepper and it was the first time the chef was making it. I sure hope he makes it again as it was delicious. I loved that it had a little bit of zip to it. As you can probably tell there is a little bit of 'Gastro" to the food in this pub. I tried the Cajun chicken sandwich with my choice of cheese for $7.99. The breast was huge and juicy and had plenty of Cajun rub on it. I'd order it again in a heartbeat. So I had a great beer and a delicious sandwich and Danielle was an amazing waitress. I gotta go four stars.

I was in town for business and I really liked what I ordered. Although the place is a little dingy looking inside, the food and service were good.I had a delicious crock of french onion soup and a side salad with balsamic vinagrette. My colleague enjoyed a crabcake sandwich (no filler) and french fries. I really think the place would be better if they made some renovations and added a few more bathrooms. There was also a fly harassing my table which i wasn't too happy about. I understand that flies make their way into places, but I feel like restaurants need to be on top of things like that.

Nice place to eat, and grab a beer. The outside seating area is even nice in the colder months. Parking is sparse on the property, but if you are persistent there is parking on the street nearby. I honestly have never had a bad meal here. The food is well prepared and the ambiance is pretty cool. This was once a bank and they have retained some of the old vault doors. This is a definite place to hit on a night out in Delco

Delicious food - great crocks of French Onion and BIG salads (even the side salad) chock full of goodies. Service from Nicole was wonderful and my half coffee-half cocoa topped with a mountainous plume of whip was marvelous. A decent selection of brews on tap from dark, chocolatey stouts to pale lagers and everything in between. Moderate prices. Historic architecture and a beautiful bar. Lovely lunch. Can't wait to come back.

I have been to the Oakmont pub at least a few times over the past couple years. I'm not crazy about it, but at the same time it's probably the best pub in havertown. The atmosphere is very nice. The restaurant is set up with high ceilings and some tables on the second floor as as well. So there is a lot of seating, there's also a covered deck with tables which is heated well in the winter. We sat outside on our most recent visit. Service here is always pretty good. There menu has a good mix of items and seems to change somewhat often. For our appetizer, we had cheese fries. They were great, the kind with the cheese baked on, not with cheese whiz. For my meal, I had the vodka penne with chunks of ham in it. This was pretty good. I have had varying experiences with the food on the menu depending on what I ordered. Some stuff I wouldn't get from here. The food is good quality but I feel it is a bit overpriced for what it is. Also, I don't drink beer so I wouldn't know but apparently the pub has a good selection for that as well. For parking, we usually park in the township building lot but i'm not sure if you're really supposed to.

Limited selection and sub-par bar food. Brother in-law left his ray bans there and not even ten seconds after realizing and running back across the street to grab them from the bar, he walked in to see the bartender wearing them instead of running them out to him. Pretty scummy.

A favorite spot for our family. Great menu, expansive beer selection and a very nice outside porch. We love the atmosphere here and they make it easy to sneak a few peeks on the ball game. You most likely will have to defer to street parking but this is a good one! One of the best in a Havertown.

Known as "The Oakie".At one time this was a bank a LOOOONNNGGGG time ago, they still have an old vault they use a waiter/waitress station. Then was called Iron Gate , because of the Iron gate in front leading into the bar. There you go some knowledge bombs for ya. I used to come here alot with my friends after bowling go here for the monday night games, and alot on weekends. Now seeing i'm in Jersey and no longer a local its been every now and then. Don't know about the night life thing, regular local sports, but it is good. Its has a decent size bar, 2 floors, has a kitchen, alot of tapped beers and good selections aswell. The food well i prefer their apps more than their meals, their meals are ok, great burgers if you were to eat in . Doesn't get too packed occasionally they get a good crowd pending on the performer, that night. They have outside seating so if you want to get away from that noise there you go, also they have heaters outside for winter time, and TV's out there so you don't miss a thing. Best thing about this location when the kitchen closes and you have that drunk hunger going on there is the wawa across the street... ole reliable i call her. Service is good, staff, bartenders are good, they are on the game, treat them good and they treat you good.. i am sure we all know the etiquette.. the cardnial rule. It is street parking but there is a lot on darby rd across from gas station... after 6/7pm i believe the meters are off

Coldest Drafts in town! Used to be my spot on the weekends, great owners and staff! Wings and Chicken Cheese Steaks are very good. Traditional pub far with some nice entree choices. Craft Beers are always rotating with the changing seasons. Good TV's to watch the game. Usually have a Live Band on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

First time eating here with my husband and I nlaws and we had a great experience. We were promptly greeted by our waitress Bailey who was very welcoming. Since I don't eat dairy I asked about a few items on the menu and she was able to explain them and did it without frustration as some waitresses sometimes do. When I then ordered my side salad with Italian dressing she noted it was creamy and suggested I get balsamic, I thought that was great for her to do that! She then brought out all of our drinks, apps, etc. Food was delicious (quesadillas, salads, tilapia, salmon). Only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 star is that the boy assisting her never brought out plates for the apps (no big deal) and the drinks were not very strong but it was dinner time so might be why..regardless try it out you won't be disappointed!

Met up with fellow Yelper Steven B. for a couple of drinks and a bite for lunch today. In reading previous reviews, I got the idea that I would be in for a decent meal, but nothing too out of the ordinary. I'm happy to report they actually exceeded my expectations. Their lunch menu is pretty standard fare, but they had a trick or two up their sleeves with the specials. The waitress informed us that they had a special soup, which was a creamy red pepper soup, that the chef had made for the first time today. We gave it a shot. I enjoyed it thoroughly. It had a slight tang to it, with just a little bite. It's good to know that the cook is trying new things in the kitchen. The fish and chips for lunch were also quite good. Not too greasy, crispy fries, and just the right amount of tartar sauce. And now that I know they serve Fuller's ESB on tap, that will be enough for a return trip. Their dinner menu seems to have quite a few more interesting choices on it than the lunch menu. While this place might not be a place you would drive an hour to just to try, it is a fine choice for the Delco locals, and a fine choice if you are in the area to stop in for a bite.

Sometimes, you just want to eat outside. That is almost always our reasoning for eating here... and if people are reminiscing about your patio furniture above the quality of your food, then something is off.

I want to love the pub. I really want this to be an amazing bar that has great food and great beer, but unfortunately they only have great beer. Somehow I have found myself here twice this week, both times for lunch (what can I say, people like to bring me there) and both times I left with a tummy ache. I guess I should have learned from my crab cake sandwich and fries the first time around (it was a bit too much bread for my liking too). I tried for a healthier version on the second visit with french onion soup (ok, maybe not that healthy) and the chicken tomato and basil salad. Still a tummy ache. I will say that I loved the salad and perhaps will return for that. At least I know they have good bar on tap.

The wife and I went over for a nice lunch after church. There's really nothing special other than the fact that its the only mid-sizes bar/family restaurant in the heart o Havertown. There's a nice beer selection, and the food is par. The staff was very friendly. There were enough TVs to check out the playoffs and outside seating if you want to enjoy the view of the Wawa across the street. Overall it's not a bad place.
(3)
Ol A.
Overall just ok. The french onion soup was good. The Chicken Caprese salad had unripe tomatoes and dry chicken, and the balsamic wasn't sweet enough. Someone else got the Turkey Burger and said it was good. The best part of the meal was by far the service. The waitress was sweet and attentive. I probably won't go back.

Good place for a beer and a bite in Havertown that's inexpensive. I ate the Italian Chicken Sandwich and I liked that it wasn't a fried chicken breast, it was grilled. Kid friendly too. Nice outdoor seating area that is covered.

Been here 2 times. Food is average pub fare, service can be a little slow if there are a lot of customers and your sitting on the patio. But, the beer selection is good, the staff are friendly, and we feel comfortable coming here with our infant during daytime hours which is huge for new parents who want a drink.

Found great reviews on this place and thought we'd give it a try on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. 10 minutes to get a Menu. Uh oh. Started off less than stellar. Soda, when it finally arrived, had just two sorry ice cubes. Sat outside - at a wobbly, dirty table - was enjoyable at first - then for unexplained reason, loud music was pumped up. It was before 5 pm and totally unnecessary. Service was non-existent. Waitress ignored our table. She seemed .... distracted. Either that or downright rude. Take your pick. Food = "meh" at best. One of the specials we ordered was disgusting. I'm not a "send the meal back" complainer. Not at all, but this place, while it may have terrific cold beers, was a MAJOR disappointment for food. Won't bother going back :(

Best Pub in Havertown. Great lunch specials, I eat there at least once a week. Brendan is a great owner and obviously cares about his customers. Also great live music, including my brothers band Grace, who plays there at least once a month. If you are looking for a place to hang in Havertown or just to grab some good food, this is the spot.

Crowed, loud and annoying in the bar area on a weekend. The food is sub-par. I have tried this place several times and just will not go there again. I have had mediocre to bad food here. It's dirty with sticky tables and dirty floors. I have looked into the kitchen and been scared at what I saw. I'm just sorry that I went here so many times as some people seem to like it I kept giving it one more try. Never again.

I wish I could rate ONP with 2.5 stars. The service and people here are always friendly and accomodating, but the food is mediocre at best. It's not bad but it's always missing something. Come here for a quick bite, a drink, but dont expect a great meal.

I won't waste the time or money again. Slow service, mediocre food. This was not good from start to finish. Not the best place if anyone in your party is handicapped, as I am. Took more than 10 minutes to be asked for drink order. Even longer to take the lunch order. My burger was requested Medium. I received well done. Had it removed from the bill with no problem, but I went there to eat, not keep $8 in my pocket. I ate a quarter of my friend's turkey club which was actually pretty delicious. That was real turkey right off the bone. Not encouraged to return to OakMont Pub.

Great atmosphere, great beer, friendly staff. Brendan is the owner and usually there. He really cares about his business. Great place to meet the gang, watch the game and have a cold beer. Food is getting better though and you'll get surprised every now and then with a great special.

Excellent place where I often meet my buddy and his wife from Ardmore. A nice little spot with a local flavor. Great beers and friendly service. The owner is there often and quite friendly. They have a good choice of the standard bar food and a good selection of nice meals, too. Specials can be surprisingly sophisticated and good. The prices are moderate. Often there is live music and almost always sports on a number of giant TVs. A great place for to meet friends or just hang out. Like Havertown's own version of Cheers.

Well Oakmont pub had a tall order. After my mom mom's funeral folks wanted to take me out and well I was not quite in the mood. But with the sun shining the local politician suggested it and I figured it must be a local haunt that I somehow have missed on my visits home. The porch was great and realzing and the beer on draft was a great selection. We got a combo platter with poppers and wings and the like and nothing too outstanding there but def. as good as regular bar food. The Salmon with a double order of veggies was great and I am about to use the brocoli for my AM eggs and they held up great. The pt. about this place is it is locally owned, met one of the brothers, a handsome young guy who when I pointed out he was Irish he said yeah i love that but am American first:) They have live music and it's just a cool place. Lots of folks seem to walk from their homes and ran into a few local do gooders so that was nice. It is throwback to when folks knew each other in bars and even when they didn't they said hello. The TV's inside are great and it is a great place to see a game! I would say my only issue with them is that they should put the womens bathroom on teh first floor and the men's on second. Saw a preggers lady trying to make it up and felt bad. Also maybe like a cool pot pie or a rotating special in terms of the food. Check it out good for big groups or solo

Solid pub. They changed their menu a few years back which has improved the selection. The beer selection has grown dramatically with them actually offering some larger craft brew options. We have eaten on the patio a couple of times and this worked well. The food is acceptable, but much improved. The beet is fantastic. As for options in Havertown absolutely the best pub/beer option we have found, but that doesn't say much.

Oakmont is a nice place to go and grab a drink or chill out after work (which is what we did today). I've been here quite a few times, for lunch and dinner, and nothing stands out as incredible to me. Still, it's great for a quick meal or to hear some live music (check their website for people playing). I've had some iffy appetizers, but I can always count on the tomato basil chicken salad with feta cheese. Always fresh and very tasty - they put the balsamic vinaigrette on the side so that you can control how much is on there. That's a huge plus for me. Our service today was great, but it hasn't been in the past. Parking isn't great - there's a tiny lot that fits about 5 cars. Otherwise, there is some street parking, but only on meters (in such a small town like Havertown, I can't believe there are meters on these two streets). Bring a few friends, have a few adult beverages and it promises to be a good time!

Well, apparently, some of their beers are pretty good, for those who like beer. That's why they get a second star. As for me, I have no reason to go back, other than proximity. There is no vegan food whatsoever, and even the iced tea was poor.

I don't get it. This place is the highlight for the Havertown area when it comes to nightlife? Really? This isn't saying much. This place is decent and I have been here a few times. It's mostly not crowded and pretty low key which is always fun. The food is off....and again unless you're getting fried things (fries, chicken fingers etc.) this place is not where you should be eating. The inside is nice they have Tv's which is nice and they are really nice in terms of service. But its boring...not much is going on and not too much is happening in these parts. It's a bar where you would see your parents hanging out in the oft hours of the night and where locals who have never ventured out from the womb that is Havertown gather and reminisce about the days of football and easier woman.

On a nice summer day, the outdoor seating at the Oakmont is a great place to have a beer. The indoor seating isn't bad either, if you can manage to grab a booth. There are plenty of TV's to catch the game too. The beer selection is decent. The Oakmont has all the traditional generic philly bar selection, and they always have 2-3 good beers too. (Chimay, Kasteel, Dogfish, etc) The food is bad. Don't go to the Oakmont to eat unless you enjoy bad food. Occasionally, there is a decent band playing, but the entertainment can be hit or miss, and the acoustics in the place are awful.

This is one of those rare pubs that you can hang out with friends and still take your parents to for a decent dinner. It's clean, has a large outdoor dining section, great beer/liqueur selection, and the service is efficient- all while maintaining that classic Philadelphia tone of old and new. Remember- it's still a pub. So don't go in expecting top notch service and off the chart food. It's a fun place that we call "our pub"-- even though it's still a 20 minute drive from out house.

Great place for cold beer! We sat on the patio (heated of course). The service was ok not bad just busy. The food was good too. I recommend the pastas! Cesar salad was tasty too. Tons of TVs if your up for watching the game...GO Eagles!

Oakmont Pub is a great place to meet friends. I usually go there on Wednesday nights to play Quizzo (nerd alert) with the usual team so it usually gets pretty packed that night after 9pm. The bar is pretty old world with a great selection of beers. There are huge HD TVs right in the bar area to watch the Phillies, Sixers, Flyers, etc...but if you want a quieter dining experience, try their closed off patio which is even warm in the winter time. The servers are very attentive and friendly but the food is average. The weekend nights are usually busy as well. And I just discovered that they have free wireless internet for those times when Verizon or Comcast is causing you some problems.

Jenn H. H.
I totally agree, this is probably the best pub on/near the main line. It's comfortable and they have a great selection of beers on tap. The food is also great and so is the service. The outside patio area is covered and heated in winter, and in the summer, it's a perfect spot for outdoor dining. They do have some live music sometimes, but otherwise, it's a nice, unpretentious, non-college-y spot to grab a bite and some beer. Plus, they have the most ginormous cheesesteaks this side of the milky way. Why only 4 stars? Because you can smoke here, otherwise, it would have my 5 star love. Suburbs, you gotta do like philly and go non-smoking!

back again this past weekend to watch hoops....still just "in like." started with a tasty goblet of he'brew jewbilation, followed by a couple pints of dogfish aprihop (my fave) - no complaints there. once again, it's a food issue. the food itself tastes fine, but the menu could benefit from a serious overhaul. and this isn't just ms. veg-head talking; my carnivorous boyfriend felt the same way! besides my ongoing gripe about their lack of a veggie burger or sandwich, nothing they offer is all too adventurous or creative. we each started with the french onion soup, a well-executed standard. then i got the good ol' caprezi (as they call it) salad, and bf got the chicken quesadilla. the fact that the waitress checked with him to make sure he knew there were black olives & jalepenos in the dish speaks volumes for the meat & potatoes clientele they cater to. kinda sad that i could probably find more interesting flavor and ingredient combinations at the applebee's down the street. our friends both ordered burgers, which came with a bag of herr's potato chips instead of fries, so they decided to order a side of fries to share. these came served in one of those red & white checkered paper baskets sitting on a plate. i guess you get what you pay for ($2), but really, oakmont? that presentation was about as lame as giving chips instead of fries. speaking of lame, they had [mistakenly, perhaps?] booked a live music act during final four nite, so instead of having the sound on for the uconn/state game, we were entertained by a guy/girl acoustic duo til just before the nova/unc game started.

We live close by and come in from time to time for dinner, and less frequently for a drink. Folks who work there and patrons are pleasant. The restaurant always seems a bit under-orchestrated and a few short steps from chaos. I usually play it safe and order a salad (which are big and fresh) or a strip steak if I am indulging. Last night, I tried the premium chicken entree with "jumbo lump" crab meat and mushroom/tomato demi. Sorry ONP, but a TBL of backfin does nothing but disappoint. Nothing green on the plate - froasted red bliss potato (yes, indeterminably fired or roasted), yellow squash and carrots. Pale chicken supreme smothered with sliced mushroom, diced too-pink tomato and a caramel colored sauce that promised demi and sherry, but delivered undercooked slurry. Visually and olfactorily dull, and c'mon, pan sauces aren't that tough al minut. The rest of the crew fared better with a decent hot roast beef sandwich, fries (change the oil guys - its Friday) and chicken fingers. The good selection of beer is always cold. I have had some good martinis. The service is very friendly and accommodating, but the open kitchen is overwhelmed. Not a bad spot at all, but nothing special or particularly good, at all. ONP has the bones to be a really incredible gastro-pub in a place that desperately needs more than another Applebees. Hey ONP - go ahead and be GREAT. I dare you!

(4)Mike P.
Had lunch on the deck. Service was outstanding and staff was great as usual. I had the bacon cheese burger special with blue cheese and home made steak fries! Excellent! Fiancé had chicken pasta which she also enjoyed. Another great day at Oakmont!

(3)Donna F.
(5)Karen F.

(4)Kate R.
Limited selection and sub-par bar food. Brother in-law left his ray bans there and not even ten seconds after realizing and running back across the street to grab them from the bar, he walked in to see the bartender wearing them instead of running them out to him. Pretty scummy.
(1)David B.
A favorite spot for our family. Great menu, expansive beer selection and a very nice outside porch. We love the atmosphere here and they make it easy to sneak a few peeks on the ball game. You most likely will have to defer to street parking but this is a good one! One of the best in a Havertown.
(4)Nando F.
It is street parking but there is a lot on darby rd across from gas station... after 6/7pm i believe the meters are off
(4)Darren A.
Good beers, nice place and Good tasty food. Sat upstairs looking down at the bar...really nice.
(4)Mike S.
(4)Ryan C.
We go to Oakmont Pub frequently for lunch, dinner and drinks. The drinks are always good and there is a good selection of beer. The food is good especially the crab cakes. Maybe a seasonal change to the menu?
(4)Marianne Y.
Great atmosphere ... Had salmon for dinner was fantastic ... Cooked perfectly ... What can I say love it here
(4)Brittany H.

(4)Jessica N.
Sometimes, you just want to eat outside. That is almost always our reasoning for eating here... and if people are reminiscing about your patio furniture above the quality of your food, then something is off.
(2)Callan W.
(3)Craig L.
Redemption. The last few times have had much better service and try the French Onion Soup. It's simply amazing in the winter.
(4)Ethan T.
(3)Ol A.
(2)Rachel S.
Good place for a beer and a bite in Havertown that's inexpensive. I ate the Italian Chicken Sandwich and I liked that it wasn't a fried chicken breast, it was grilled. Kid friendly too. Nice outdoor seating area that is covered.
(3)Kit D.
Been here 2 times. Food is average pub fare, service can be a little slow if there are a lot of customers and your sitting on the patio. But, the beer selection is good, the staff are friendly, and we feel comfortable coming here with our infant during daytime hours which is huge for new parents who want a drink.
(4)Peyton R.

(5)Karen T.
(1)Woo K.
I wish I could rate ONP with 2.5 stars. The service and people here are always friendly and accomodating, but the food is mediocre at best. It's not bad but it's always missing something. Come here for a quick bite, a drink, but dont expect a great meal.
(2)Mia M.
(2)Chris B.
Great atmosphere, great beer, friendly staff. Brendan is the owner and usually there. He really cares about his business. Great place to meet the gang, watch the game and have a cold beer. Food is getting better though and you'll get surprised every now and then with a great special.
(4)David S.
(5)Jay F.
usually great beer selection and the staff and service is usually great. food is downright awful and getting worse
(2)Mark H.
Was ok. Environment is nice, have eaten there a few times, it's allright. Service is spotty. Food is good, not great, typical bar fare.
(2)Flavia C.
(4)Aaron F.
(3)Julie M.
(3)Steve T.
Outstanding food, great beer selection, and a comfortable atmosphere make this a great stop
(5)Dame V.
Well, apparently, some of their beers are pretty good, for those who like beer. That's why they get a second star. As for me, I have no reason to go back, other than proximity. There is no vegan food whatsoever, and even the iced tea was poor.
(2)Domenic F.
(2)Tracey R.
Super cold drafts, everyone enjoyed their meal, and the waiter -- George -- was attentive. The Oakmont National Pub was a pleasant surprise on a Monday night.
(4)Alex V.
(3)Faith T.
Beer selection is good... food is terrible. The outdoor patio is a nice spot to sit
(1)Jules B.
The owner let me know that the upstairs is redone! So now just get bigger wine glasses, and better wine and I am all in!
(4)Tim V.
(4)Mike L.
Good pub food and friendly staff
(3)Sonia E.
Great place for cold beer! We sat on the patio (heated of course). The service was ok not bad just busy. The food was good too. I recommend the pastas! Cesar salad was tasty too. Tons of TVs if your up for watching the game...GO Eagles!
(3)Martha M.
(3)Jenn H.
(4)Blake F.
back again this past weekend to watch hoops....still just "in like." started with a tasty goblet of he'brew jewbilation, followed by a couple pints of dogfish aprihop (my fave) - no complaints there. once again, it's a food issue. the food itself tastes fine, but the menu could benefit from a serious overhaul. and this isn't just ms. veg-head talking; my carnivorous boyfriend felt the same way! besides my ongoing gripe about their lack of a veggie burger or sandwich, nothing they offer is all too adventurous or creative. we each started with the french onion soup, a well-executed standard. then i got the good ol' caprezi (as they call it) salad, and bf got the chicken quesadilla. the fact that the waitress checked with him to make sure he knew there were black olives & jalepenos in the dish speaks volumes for the meat & potatoes clientele they cater to. kinda sad that i could probably find more interesting flavor and ingredient combinations at the applebee's down the street. our friends both ordered burgers, which came with a bag of herr's potato chips instead of fries, so they decided to order a side of fries to share. these came served in one of those red & white checkered paper baskets sitting on a plate. i guess you get what you pay for ($2), but really, oakmont? that presentation was about as lame as giving chips instead of fries. speaking of lame, they had [mistakenly, perhaps?] booked a live music act during final four nite, so instead of having the sound on for the uconn/state game, we were entertained by a guy/girl acoustic duo til just before the nova/unc game started.
(3)JJ M.
I dare you!
