Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

You're going to pay more but it's worth it because what you get is a notch above - a mother/father team and he's an old-school cook. When you get moo-shu he cuts up the cabbage and makes in fresher way than every other chinese place with 'young gun' cooks. In fact you don't even get rice with your order ... why would you, is rice really part of an order, no, it's an extra, and they have brown rice too. Every entree is $2-$3 more, take out only, but it's just plain better. I drive three miles to get there when there's a dozen other places three blocks from me.

I should remember to stop by here more often. I live closer to the Lucky Dragon so I tend to get my take out there. That's not saying that this place is bad. Actually they are quite good. It's a little tiny take out place on West Chester pike. As you drive by if you blink you will miss it. The prices are fine, the people are friendly, and the variety is all there. Definitely worth a stop if you need some quick take out!

I love this place for several reasons... #1-- It has been a family take-out staple since I was young. We would get meals from here every Sunday night and my mouth watered as I awaited the brown bag of deliciousness. #2-- Always friendly service. I feel like the owners are family. #3-- Very accommodating! We're weird and actually like Chinese food made with less sodium-- they will accommodate this. They will also provide brown rice, which for a take-out restaurant, is a luxury. The food is always fresh and quickly made with lots of love. I don't eat meat as often now, but just as the other reviewer mentioned, they make some mean spare ribs!

I fondly remember going to this place many times picking up chinese take out and bringing it home for my family to enjoy. It's standard Chinese food here, nothing of not EXCEPT for....the boneless ribs. I can still taste them and their wonderfully tendor juicy succulent ribs....this ALONE is what i would recommend going here for. The rest of the stuff...is just eh...but those BONELESS ribs....are truly a treat to enoy.

gross. the beef was gamey. the general tsos was generally lacking in taste and the wonton soup was so salty that i felt like i just tasted the ocean. trying to order for delivery was an ordeal........the person who answered the phone couldn't understand a word we said.

A light on the road that is route 1. We were so glad to see a Chinese place in the glut of Domino's, Subway, etc. Lunch special prices are fabulous & if not for lunch time, the dinner combo platter prices & portions are perfect. This little door front would be overlooked if not for the vigilant, give it a try. I know when I'm in the neighborhood I will gladly stop/call ahead for take-out.
