I never knew this place existed until I recently read people commenting about their hoagies on a Warminster Patch best hoagie poll. Saturday's they offer $5 hoagies. So Saturday comes and I ask my honey if he wants to try it, he says yes. I order his Italian and I get my usual turkey. My hoagie was ok, not great. The turkey is standard deli meat, not more of a roasted type I'm used to from Altomonte's. But he loved his Italian. He wasn't that thrilled w/ his wings though. He said there wasn't much sauce on them, and I found them to be on the tiny side. The rolls could be better as well. We'll try it again another time.

The thing about Theda's was the connection to Greenman's. They made the best hoagies back in the day. I think it has changed hands. In fact it is now called the Warminster Deli, but it looks like the same menu. I had a cheesesteak hoagie, and I thought it was well made. They shredded the lettuce which is one of the things I liked at Theda's (Greenman's). Next time I get there, I'll get a hoagie. That was what I liked best at Greenman's anyway.

The ownership has changed and the chicken salad is now terrible, the specials are gone and the deli meat is Icky D&W. Most regrettably, we won't be returning. Our chicken salad and other deli needs will now be filled by Famous or Ben & Irv's. So sad.

Used to be great! Owner fired all of old staff and now has potato salad and cole slaw sitting open in the deli cooler. It used to be prepackaged into containers for freshness. Not only that, but the quality of the food has nosedived. The chicken and potato salads do NOT taste the same. The young kids they hired are overwhelmed, poorly trained, and very slow. The owner is rude and talks about political and social issues that are inappropriate to speak of at your place of business. If you accept EBT don't state in front of a bunch of customers how dead bead people with food stamps are. Drove by and the last few days they have been closed. probably for good. That's what happens when you're and inefficient boss and fire your only decent staff.
