Yuck, I don't want to come back here..ever. I've been here only once so it's a biased decision since I haven't tried this place again...but the service was so bad. I went in the morning to get a bagel w/ sausage, egg and cheese to go. A few issues, there was only 2-3 varieties of bagels available, no creamer available for coffee, and the girl working the counter obviously dislikes her job. I should've left like the other 2 customers who came and went. Now...I'm dumb for not sticking around the counter after I made my order cause after received the order and paid, I didn't open my bag til I got to work....she never put any meat or eggs in my sandwich! I ended up paying 7.50 for an orange juice and a bagel with cheese on it. I just don't think the people who run this particular eatery keep on top of things.

Stopped by recently at picked up some bagels, there was a line but it moved quickly. No issues encountered that day as mentioned from older yelp posts.

I have been coming to this location for years. I was a big fan of the previous ownership but when it changed a couple years back I didn't know what to expect. Overall the food is acceptable I was just never a fan of the customer service until the time I signed up for the rewards program. At the beginning of the month of April I was sent a text message saying I was eligible for a free breakfast sandwich. A week later text deleted I called asking to redeem my free sandwich. I was told on the phone just to bring the number of my account to redeem. Upon arriving I let someone know I was there for my free sandwich after a few seconds of awkward silence and 7 or 8 blinks with no response I asked if I should enter my account number. On the screen two promos showed up both saying "Happy B" I click one and it says I can have a free 10 oz coffee. Okay great I'm thirsty so that works. "So should I click the second promo now for my sandwich?" A few more uncomfortable seconds of silence so I re-enter my information and click the second promo which I could assume was my free breakfast. The system than informed me I was unable to validate a second offering on the same day. I was a little upset from the lack of assistance, so I decided I was not paying for anything and I was leaving I was than verbally assaulted my a higher up for not paying for the sandwich and "who else is going to want this?". I would have gladly come back another day to eat at this place until that happened there's no need to be mean to customer especially since nobody in this staff can apparently do anything else beyond make sub par sandwiches.

Sometimes the service is decent and quick, but for the most part it is unorganized and extremely slow. I would search for the next closest Manhattan bagel before coming to this location.

It gets the job done. Came here for breakfast recently... There was no line, and the three of us went right up to the counter. The guy who took down and prepared our orders was dreadfully slow, but I have a strong feeling that it was his first day or something, so I cut him slack on that. They have their regular menu on the wall above the register, but keep an eye out for the specials on the wall to the right of the register. We got a sausage egg sandwich, one of the specials that is just pork-roll and cheese, and a salsa-egg wrap concoction. Overall the food was okay, and is great in a pinch... I think the simpler you stick on the food, the happier you will be.
