The burgers are very good here. They have the best gluten free buns of any restaurant I have ever had. Red white and blue salad was huge! Our party says Yumm!

We have eaten at other locations and had a better experience due to service. 5 people don't want to eat over a 2 1/2 hour period when 2 of the people are kids. We think they lost our order as that machine on our table that the waiter used wasn't working, but he insisted on using it. milkshakes were fine, burgers were fine, bottomless fries weren't bottomless as you could never find your waiter to get another serving. Restaurant is EXTREMELY loud, so hard to carry on a conversation across the table.

They probably got my order right one out of 5 times on average. You may wonder why we keep going there. Well lately it has been less and less but we like buffalo burgers and not many places serve buffalo meat. This place will screw up the most basic substitutions. All I want is a cheeseburger but with buffalo meat, NOT their buffalo burger that comes with goofy sauce and odd type of bun. Just swap buffalo for beef and thats all. Long story short they normally always get it wrong. I DO NOT send food back at a restaurant and I think you know why. One time we got take out and ordered buffalo burgers and got home to find out they used VEGGIE burgers. They also forgot parts of our order during take out on several occasions and found a quarter (yes, the money kind) in my little season salt container once. They did send me gift cards but guess what, when we used them they screwed up the that order too.The food is good when they get it right but the service is horrible. No attention to detail. It's a bunch of young people working there who to them its just a job. This probably explains the crappy service.

I've eaten at this particular Red Robin twice and I can't say that I was terribly impressed compared to other Red Robins I've been to. The first visit was so-so, nothing bad, nothing impressive either. On the second visit - early on a weekday evening - the table was sticky and my chair was WET when we were to be seated. Instead of just moving us to another table, I had to stand in the half-full restaurant for a few minutes while the hostess came back with a wet rag to clean the chair off - and she didn't even wipe the table! On top of it, our service was so slow that the table next to us came in, ordered, and got their food between when we ordered and when we got ours. Never got offered refills on drinks or fries. Also, the ladies' restroom was gross. The food was pretty standard for Red Robin - but everything else was terrible.

Went here on Sunday night and my stomach will never forgive me for it. Food poisoning from their guacamole bacon burger has now laid me up for two whole days. It feels like my insides want to be on my outsides. A call from the regional manager (which i didn't ask for) today was very rude and argumentative. Next time I get this sick I hope it's from a good round of drinks with friends instead of an $8 burger.

Normally I wouldn't give a chain restaurant 5 stars, but I have NEVER had a bad experience at this, or any red robin. Their salads are good, soup is yummy, and their burgers...wow. My favorite is the bonzai burger, but it's so messy, I haven't had it in years. I recommend the BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado), the tuna steak focaccia, the apple walnut whatever it is salad (fresh chevre, apples, candied walnuts)=mmmmmm. We don't go often, but when we do, it's so tasty and bad for me:)

Food was very good! Service was great but not as personable as I would have liked. I blame the electronic machine at your table for that. Its a neat gadget, but it takes away from the waitress a lot. I had the freckled lemonade (pictured), it was perfect.

Haven't had a bad experience here. I usually tend to go when there are promotions or new burgers. Its probably the better of the few Red Robins around, but I don't go enough to be an adequate judge. I can say that the franchise does tend to offer some pretty cool promotions that are worth your time. Things like BOGO deals and special events. *I don't really have a favorite burger. In fact I have never ordered the same one twice. Trying new ones is what brings me here. The variety is very appealing.

Nice location and great staff. This is probably one of the nicest Red Robin's I've been at. Food was okay - could have used more seasoning and more topping, but it was delicious. The place does need some deep cleaning. I could see some cob webs in the area furthest from the bar which was where we were sitting. Staff are friendly and speedy with service. We met up with an old friend and felt we were being watched because we stayed over to catch up. Never came to pick up our plates while we were chatting. Good place for a quick burger.

A place like RR truly defines a solid but never overwhelming three star experience. The kids meals are a decent value as the entrees are of a good size and they have a decent array of healthier sides with fruits & vegetables instead of most chain places that only offer fries or look at you like you're nuts if you ask about subbing out said fried items. The adult entrees were a Banzai Burger and a Turkey Burger. The Turkey Burger was cooked alright but they added way too much of the spicy sauce to it so that each bite turned into a slop fest. The lovely wife proclaimed her Banzai acceptable although it was almost a bit too pink for her tastes/what she asked for. The infamous bottomless fries now matter more than ever since RR started practicing portion control by putting your first round of fries in that stupid metal cup. I suppose it's a great idea for their bottom line but it's annoying no doubt to the service staff/the paying customers when only eight fries show up with your burger so you know right away that you likely are going to be asking/waiting for more. As for the service, nothing extraordinary as it was after the lunch rush and even though our server had quite a few tables to look after she more or less kept up with clearing plates & drink refills. On a ranting sidebar, the Ziosk is still the most stupid & annoying thing to ever enter the world of chain dining. We're not one of those modern mutant families that must be entertained/titillated at all times so the rare times we visit a RR the first thing to get removed from the table and put either on the window sill or the floor is the Ziosk.

What a pathetic comedy club that makes its money from selling food. The server was top drawer, but told us jokes, and there were plenty of jokes on our plates and table. The server would put down plates noting that 'be careful! this is very hot!'. This is normally slightly funny because usually they are not very hot -- in this case, given that the food came out quite late, it probably was true at one point. But, when she said that for a plastic basket, we were LOL, rolling in the aisles (once she left). The all you can drink rootbeer floats were tall, but skinny. tall means that the are big (skinny means that if you are an adult and past that Piagetian stage, you know better). The bottomless fries were literally bottomless, they came in a small ring (that is, no bottom!, haha, lol). The burgers are meh, and I am not so keen on burgers to start with. the wrap next to me was meh, the water with lemon was good, though. the burger across from me was meh. the nachos were meh, the buffalo chicken boneless, that might be worth trying again. The ordering kiosk offers games, but you have to pay (but only after you order your drinks, AND the drinks are entered, AND you can't order water (wags finger)). And, there were not enough to go around, batteries not charged you know. And, a button to call the waitress, but she can't see it, I'm told. HaHa! I will eat here again only when I have to. meh.

A busy Friday night with groups waiting and my wife and I were seated right away. Our waitress came within 5 minutes and took our order. Food was out quickly and it was very good. She followed up with us frequently to see how the food was and gave us refills without asking. Manager stopped by to ask how our food was as well. The Ziosk machine was nice so u can pay at ur table without having to wait for anyone. Excellent experience.

I enjoy burger joints. so with that, I decided to try Red Robin with the family. I probably should have just cooked on the grill. It wasn't all bad, at least. Without really getting into a full fledged and detailed review, I will just give it something simple as I really don't want to waste much time on this one. The problem with this page isn't with the servers. They were great. they earned this page two stars. The food didn't. Honestly, I was a little shocked at the bill after the subpar food. The French Dip was nearly flavorless and the onions were soggy. The cole slaw was also nearly tasteless. My family all got burgers. They complain about the mediocre taste. The fries were standard steak fries. They were decent. But not overly impressive. So when in the Colonial Park area and you are itching for a burger, maybe try 5 guys. Around $65 bill for two kids meals, two burgers, a French Dip, sodas and a beer. Oh, and really tasteless pretzel bites. That was before tip. Not worth it.

I am currently sitting in RR right now after a horrible experience. My boyfriend and I came in here for a lunch after driving hundreds of miles and were greeted with nothing but curt, impolite employees. It took about 13 minutes for anyone to come and get our order. We were "greeted" by a disgruntled server who wanted nothing more than to blame every mistake on her coworkers from the bartender to the cooks to the hostess. Part of our food didn't come out for 20 minutes, which was fine. It was the fact that our drinks still had not come out! My drink tasted horrible and I even had to send it back which I typically do not do. We consistently had to ask our waitress and the manager for certain items. This was a waste of money and time, and I can certainly see why it says "hiring all positions" on the front of the door.

When I'm in a place that's not a bastion of veg-friendliness, it's nice to know there are chains that can accommodate me. Red Robin can substitute a Gardenburger (vegetarian) or Boca Vegan Burger on any burger item on the menu for no extra charge. Just ask them to cook it on a separate part of the grill. I don't go fancy--just a veggie burger with lettuce, tomato, onions, ketchup, and mustard; plus a side of fries is fine by me. That they are endless fries is nice, but I've never needed to take advantage of that. So the food is decent and filling. The service depends on time of day and how full the restaurant is. On our most recent visit, they got hit with a large group, and in spite of it being late and not otherwise crowded, the service at our table suffered a bit. But it happens. I know from experience that large groups are difficult. It's not my favorite place in the world, but if there's a Red Robin nearby and not many other options, I'll go there for a meal.

Typically when I go here I either get the patty melt or chicken fingers. Both are very tasty in my opinion. The fries are amazing and they keep coming until you can't eat anymore. The negative one star was for customer service. I know it can get busy in there but having to wait a long time for drinks irks me. Also one time I went the hostess was crying and barely said two words to us. But overall great restaurant..

Get rid of the Ziosk! If I want to put in my own order on a computer I will go to Sheetz. The servers seem to expect it to do their job. We always pay cash and it takes forever for the server to come collect it. We usually go for a free birthday burger for someone in the family. I tried a salad this time and although it was fresh and the grilled chicken had good flavor it was quite small. I doubt there was more than a tablespoon of diced tomatoes on it. They also tend to over season the fries. They provide extra seasoning on the table for those who LOVE salty food so why add so much in the kitchen? If you're wondering why I even go there it is for my husband who thinks the clucks & fries are the best thing ever. They always bring us our check and forget to take off the free meal, so we have to flag our server down and have them correct it. Then we figure out the tip and wait again for the server to come back. Pressing the call server button on the Ziosk is pointless. We waited 30 minutes from the time the server went to total our bill the first time until she finally came back to collect the money after the bill was corrected. To sum it up, overpriced, mediocre food and slow, somewhat condescending servers.

Ordered one of their promotional burgers with peppered bacon. The bacon was pathetic...it looked like they put regular bacon on the burger and sprinkled pepper on it. The server said it was peppered bacon and didn't offer to get us more fries.

My Mother, my 8 yr old son and myself went to eat here before we took my mother to the airport. We really wanted to visit before she left. The music was soooooo loud we couldn't even talk or hear each other! We asked if they could turn down the music so we could visit but we were told that they always keep the music up that loud!!! UNBELIEVABLE.... Made for a very unpleasant meal! That is my only complaint regarding this restaurant!

Came for dinner around 5:30. Had to wait about four minutes for a hostess (or anyone) to greet me. Once I was acknowledged, seemingly reluctantly, I was seated. From there, the service was great: fast, friendly, and attentive. A+ The restaurant appeared clean and taken care of. A The food... Not so great. I requested "some pink" in my guacamole bacon burger. It came well-done. And while there was plenty of bacon, there was virtually no guacamole. C- Ziosk? An annoying gimmick, but maybe more fun/useful for larger groups and families.

Came in here for a lunch break with a friend. My main complaint about the restaurant is the new "ziosk" feature. It's basically an iPad on the table where you order your drinks, requests for refills, order your appetizers, and pay on the Ziosk. My friend and I haven't been there for some time, and when our server seated us, she quickly explained what the ziosk was and zoomed away. We figured our server would come by and re explain the machine or at least get our drink order (since she only had one other table), but she didn't come by for a good 15 minutes until we had to flag her down. When we ordered our drinks and apps, she just put them on the Ziosk and walked away. A different server came out with our orders, and when we paid on the Ziosk after our meal it automatically suggested we tip 20%. 20%. Really? You want me to pay 20% on what basically was an experience I could have had from just going to Sonic? Needless to say, I readjusted the tip to what I saw fit and we both left unsatisfied. The Ziosk would be convient...if you are not expecting to be served. To be honest, what's the point of having servers? The stupid thing was also taking up obnoxious amount of space on our small 2 person table. If they got rid of the Ziosk this review would have had a lot higher rating, but unfortunately that is not the case. Not everything has to be tech savvy these days!

Was in last night for quick dinner. Seated in bar area by our server. Given a stack of menus. Happy to be in the bar area. There were some noisy kids in the dinning room. Inquired about beers available - No Fat Tire!!! Got the Sam Adams Seasonal. Dinner partner ordered a Guinness 'milkshake'. I have a problem with beer and ice cream. I ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger - No Salt fries. Partner ordered the Whiskey River Bbq Chicken Wrap - No Salt fries and dressing on the side. Both dishes cme from the kitchen as requested. We were both satisfied with the food and service.

It's Red Robin so the food is what you would expect, so reviewing these place, to me, is more about the service and the cleanliness of the place. So that being said, the guy that waited on us was nice. He seemed a little new. he brought us the wrong meal for our son, when we got our food we noticed we didn't have any silverware or napkins. when our server came by we asked him and he asked if we really need it because they were running low. looking around, the place was full but not packed. we said we would just take some napkins. the place was clean, i never went in the bathroom. overall the food was good but service was left us wanting.

The service is slow. The wait staff seems more concerned about socializing with each other than doing their job. The reason I am giving Red Robin one star is because we are regulars and the service has become increasingly more disappointing. We will return but only because of our kids

This is the first Red Robin I've been to, which was roughly 2 years ago. I tried my first burger with an egg in it here. Well, I tried a bite of one - I ordered a regular burger. There are few things that I love - french fries being one of them. In particular, steak fries. So when I heard, they have free refills on steak fries aka botttomless fries - I almost went into cardiac arrest. heh. Was I able to actually partake in this? No, but I like having the option. The whiskey bbq chicken salad here was surprisingly good - all things considering - this is a burger joint. This location is probably the biggest Red Robin I've seen. It's big with high ceilings and clean. It sits on the very end of the strip of businesses it is next to. Big parking lot. If only they had this place, when I was in highschool. Yummy place for the teeny boppers to hang out and eat. Peep the pix.

Expectation was much higher than what we got for a family of 5, cold fries, warm burgers. When your going to be a burger place you need to get those two things right.

I'll give it a 2 star only because my grand kids enjoyed the hamburgers. If you're hungry make sure you don't order the petite burger, it comes with 4 french fries and as for the petite burger, I've seen bigger burgers in a kids meal, as for my waitress, she spent way too much time sitting and talking to her friends which is the reason why our burgers were ice cold. My 11 year old grandson was still hungry so i ordered another petite meal for him, we got it much quicker this time and it was very hot but he said there was a funny taste, he said his bun was burned. I told our waitress Kelsey about the burned bun and she wanted to know if he wanted a new bun, yeah right! by the time he would get a new bun his burger would be cold, No Thanks.. I won't be eating the burgers there again but I will try a Margarita, they look really yummy.

My husband and I love going to Red Robin for a burger every now and then. The last few times service has been slow, but we just relax and enjoy an appetizer while we're waiting. Several times, the waitress has brought out a basket of fries to calm our hunger while we wait. We have had no issues with using several "free item" coupons that were found in a local mailer. Will definitely be going back soon!

It just isn't up to snuff. Too messy and half of the cheese stuck to the paper. Not enough fries. Overpriced and there are better burgers at a Five Guys. (For those of you who read my reviews will tell you I hate Five Guys) The staff while friendly,m the burger just seemed like a typical frozen-reheat deal. The fries seemed stale, and overall, it just didn't hit the mark. Totally sucks as I have been dying to try a RR for years and when I finally do, it sucked./

I've never been a big fan of Red Robin, but it's an ok place to stop if you're out and about and want a fairly quick casual meal. Definitely not a place I'd make a special trip for. One thing I don't understand is why a place that is supposed to have "legendary" burgers can't have better rolls. Whenever I've gotten burgers there the rolls have been stale and so dry they crumble apart. The burger I had today would have been good if not for the stale roll and the unfresh lettuce. That's the other thing- their shredded lettuce always tastes like old lettuce that was soaked in that chemical they use to refresh produce that's on the verge of 'going over' . It's unfortunate really. An establishment that has the volume of burger sales that they do should have no problem pulling off fresh ingredients. The service was pretty good.

Is it really incredibly difficult to cook meat all the way through??? Apparently at this Red Robin it is. I have been there a ton of times and I always get the same thing and I always have to say.. COOK THE MEAT VERY VERY WELL DONE! I'd have to say about 1 out of 7 times I have not had to send my food back. I get the Nachordinary Nachos.. so it isn't like I am ordering a 15 lb burger.. its crumbles of meat... seriously. I love mudslides but refrain from ordering them here. On two occasions I had to tell the bartender how to make it, and one time I was served a white russian ... which wouldn't have been that bad if the milk had not of been sour. ew. As an appetizer we ordered the fried zucchini and it smelled like.. well lets just say this.. the smell was so unappealing you wouldn't want to put it in your mouth. My brave husband did.. wait did I say brave.. make that absolutely starving husband.. and he almost threw up he said the smell was better than the taste which is kind of scary. Since we moved and live closer to Hershey we now dine at that location which has been better but not spectacular.. I only go because my kids love this place... which leads me to believe they either like getting the balloons or their taste buds have not developed.

My family and I ate at Red Robin last night. This was our first time there since they changed the menu. The service was spectacular! Our server Ryan took very good care of us. His timing was spot on. The new menu, not so much :( I ordered onion rings as an appetizer, which were as usual; good. They use whole onions which were naturally sweet and the batter dip them, served on a tower with two sauces. I like the campfire sauce. I ordered the Reds Tavern double with bacon and bacon aioli. It was reported to be big on bacon favor...well it had one piece of bacon, and I could not taste the aioli. The burger was done and was tasty, but being a bacon lover, this was not bacony. If you want good burgers, they are one of the best in the area, service is great, but I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW MENU. I will take some time to come back... Oh, one last thought: As we were entering, we noticed a dead bird on a bench outside, it must have hit the glass windows and ended up on the bench...it was a Robin...Dead Robin...Humm Bad omen? maybe?

I've always been a sorta' fan of Red Robin because I liked their interesting variety of burgers and their beer selection. After being away for some time, though, I was disappointed last week to find that the beer selection was pretty darn paltry. For having a menu that emphasizes "local beer," the nearest brewery available was Sam Adams, which is not even made in Latrobe anymore. Everything else was your typical BudMillerCoors served everywhere. The burgers are not good enough to make me drink bad beer. I won't be going back.

I've had much better $10 burgers. The burger patty was thinner than I remembered and everything is too salty. Fries are great though. Let your waitress know early on that you want a refill on bottomless fries. Salads are decent.

Great burgers. Gotta love the bottemless fries that come with most meals too. However, they seem to purposely give you a little amount of fries, hoping that you forget that they're bottomless. Service can be slow at times. But overall, great food.

I'm not typically a fan of chains...but Red Robin has some fantastic burgers! (thank God there aren't any within a short drive of home!) I've been to a number of Red Robin locations and they've all been pretty consistent. I'm sure that other menu items are good, but I've only ever ordered burgers here. Creative toppings in yummy combos on BIG, juicy burgers! Just forget about trying to calculate the number of calories you may be consuming and just savor the yummy goodness!

I've only been here once and it was because of those damn burger commercials for Red Robin on TV. But holy cow (no pun intended) ... my burger was awesome! I got the one with the works ... lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheddar, etc. and a fried egg to boot! Bottomless fries and friendly wait staff. Altogether a great dining experience but don't go too often ... too much yummy good artery clogging fare here!

Even the balloon was a flop! Red Robin has been a dependable performer for our family for several years and we expected much the same for our recent dinner. Unfortunately, the fact that my 9 year old's helium balloon sank when we brought it from the lobby to our table was an omen of things to come. We waited nearly 15 minutes before I was finally able to make eye contact with a server, any server to take our order. It was to be burgers for the parents and fish and chips for the kiddo, with an order of onion rings as a starter. One of the (dis)advantages of an open kitchen is that patrons can spy upon when orders arrive at the pass. I was able to watch the sad story of our "towering onion rings" as they sat tall and proud on the shelf for several minutes until some other server noted that they looked lonely and cold. She then proceeded to pull them off of their tower, place them in a basket and stick them under a warming lamp for several minutes. Finally our server reappeared (from where we don't know), to then reassemble the ring tower and bring it out. Predictably, the rings were cold and greasy. I instructed the server that we wanted fresh rings and wanted them before our meal arrived. Sure enough, the meal arrived before the appetizer, so when the 2nd batch came out a few minutes after the meal, we sent them back as they were no longer relevant, and perhaps to help this poor server understand that when people ask for an appetizer to arrive first, that she must do more than simply be passive and hope that the kitchen staff can read her mind. The meal itself was underwhelming. Each entree was missing components. The bleu cheese burger had no bleu cheese, another burger was missing a topping as well as missing aside order, and a request for honey mustard dipping sauce was apparently ignored. Then after asking for it a 2nd and a 3rd time, we were given a poppy mustard salad dressing and then a dijon dressing by an apologetic manager who explained that they do not have honey mustard (curious that our server didn't tell us this when we ordered it with the meal). I am usually quite tolerant when I go out to eat, but the lackadaisical approach of both the service staff and management at this place was really quite galling. A table next to us (also with child) was waiting for their meal when we arrived and was still waiting when we got served, despite repeated calls for the server and then several managers to remedy the problem. They ultimately left after their order finally arrived and it was the wrong food. Our server would disappear for 10 to 15 minute blocks of time. All in all, bland food, rotten service, and even a helium balloon that couldn't float. AVOID THIS LOCATION, until they have sorted out their issues in the front of the house.

I'd say my experience here was just average all around. My burger, while cooked the way I like it, wasn't anything to go nuts over. The service was okay as well. My guy and I didn't ever have to worry about waiting for a refill or the check, but the person waiting on us seemed very overwhelmed and was a bit pushy for us to decide on things. And it's not like we take a long time to look over the menu, but I do need more than 3 minutes to choose what I'd like.

Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.
McDonalds is the most popular fast food burger restaurant serving different types of burgers in the United States. On the other hand, there are several restaurants such as Burger King are famous for serving the best hamburgers in the United States.

$30 for two burgers....seriously?! We cook them better at home for ALOT cheaper.

We don't go often, but when we do, it's so tasty and bad for me:)

not bad for a chain restaurant. very kid-friendly

(3)Jessica L.

Stopped on our way down 81. Good burger and garlic fries. Nice waitress.
(4)Sterling C.

(2)Robert B.

I ordered the garden burger and it was yummy. The bartender was friendly and quick. She brought my party fries and the wait time was not too bad.

(2)Sue H.
Staff wasn't so attentive, took awhile for food to arrive. Food was decent.
(3)Kellie C.
The service is slow. The wait staff seems more concerned about socializing with each other than doing their job. The reason I am giving Red Robin one star is because we are regulars and the service has become increasingly more disappointing. We will return but only because of our kids
(1)Enjella L.
(4)Michael C.
Expectation was much higher than what we got for a family of 5, cold fries, warm burgers. When your going to be a burger place you need to get those two things right.
(2)Donna M.
(2)Colleen B.
(4)Chef A.
(1)Beth R.
(3)Vikki G.
Love the place. Great food and always good service.
(5)Maggie S.
For some reason, this RR store does not have good food. Would go somewhere else.
(1)Eric S.
Very tasty burgers and great; friendly service. Nice and clean atmosphere. Three stars cause it's a burger chain, and a good one at that!
(3)Leigh N.
(2)Dennis H.
Oh, one last thought: As we were entering, we noticed a dead bird on a bench outside, it must have hit the glass windows and ended up on the bench...it was a Robin...Dead Robin...Humm Bad omen? maybe?
(2)Patrick B.
(1)Mscott M.
I've had much better $10 burgers. The burger patty was thinner than I remembered and everything is too salty. Fries are great though. Let your waitress know early on that you want a refill on bottomless fries. Salads are decent.
(2)Jimmy K.
Great burgers. Gotta love the bottemless fries that come with most meals too. However, they seem to purposely give you a little amount of fries, hoping that you forget that they're bottomless. Service can be slow at times. But overall, great food.
(3)Susan H.
(4)Lina K.
(4)Jim K.
(1)Heather K.

First time and won't be the last awesome burgers
