My experience here was strange to say the least .. So I guess ill start where it all began. We entered the restaurant and walked toward a booth with no hostess. We proceeded to view the menu since we saw no sign for self seating. About 3 minutes later were greeted by an older lady dressed in her Sunday best and she asks if we are here for brunch, we say yes. We ask to sit at the bar and she replies "I'm not sure if you can, let me check to see if theres bar service".. We look a bit confused and end up meeting the "hostess" who appears in some black pants and a hoodie & takes us to the bar a few minutes later. ....Although they'd been open about two months we literally felt like we were their first customers. Once seated, uncomfortably on some awkward chairs, we order beverages. I ask for my usual, a water with lemon, and she gave me an old, dried out lemon that had to be from a night or two ago. After inspecting it thoroughly I ask if she has any more lemon, she replies "I need to cut some." She proceed to cut and hand me additional, shriveled pieces of lemon which I just end up not using and realizing I just shouldn't ask for. Her general demeanor was way too laid back to be in a restaurant I have to say. She proceeded to card us for mimosas and press each button on the fountain to taste which button was what .. Weird to watch, I thought she'd be more familiar. Now, the food I will say is what gives them their rating because it was pretty good! We ordered all 4 meats in the silver brunch option (somehow we never got the salmon we ordered). The prime rib was way overcooked to be medium. The turkey had great seasoning and the fish was fried perfectly (although you only get one piece which is strange in comparison to the portion of prime rib you receive.) my over easy eggs atop the hash browns were so good I ordered a second serving. I was however disappointed in the grits because they tasted sweet and that is not my preference for cheese grits, of any grits. Overall The food is pretty good but they definitely need to organize a few things and train their employees better.

This place has a lot of potential, but GOOD LAWD it needs some serious help! I didn't even get as far as being able to order my food, so I cannot attest to how the food tastes. But I can attest to the service, and it was horrible. They say......"first impression is lasting impression." We walked in and saw no one in sight. It didn't seem to appear that there were even sounds or light coming from the restaurant so we honestly thought it was abandoned. A girl suddenly appeared and seated us. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea to start..... my roommate a beer. Her response to him when asking if they had a certain kind, "I don't know. You'll have to ask him." We didn't even know who "HIM" was?? Meanwhile she gets my roommate a water and brings me my iced tea. It turned out to be orange juice. I asked her to get me the correct drink and she brought me back an iced tea that tasted like 23 packs of splenda had been dumped in to the cup. No joke. I still have the aftertaste as I write this review. After my one sip, another girl appearred to take our order. I kindly informed her that we would not be dining with them and we left.

Went here for a special event (friend's birthday) and was pleasantly surprised having read other reviews. Establishment was clean, the temperature was comfortable and extremely well staffed. Wait staff and bartenders were knowledgeable, accurate and prompt. We only ate their wings (average to good) but other food looked good and there were no major complaints from others who ordered food. While I'm not sure what the typical service looks like, they managed this special event very well! Worth a try!

This place is in a good location and is very spacious it lacks ALOT of parking. I feel it will be even better under new management preferably management that has a restaurant background and a vision to work as a team. Food good /service not.

Food is subpar. The service is lacking. It is freezing cold inside. If you go please wear a coat. I suggest going in the summer. This restaurant can do better.

This restaurant has potential but needs a lot of help, we went on a Wednesday night it was wing and karaoke night. First it is not kid friendly, Second do not have any other plans for the rest of the evening service is so slow. Third have several options ready because they are going to be out of something. They were out of the house wine, they were out of bread so no grilled cheese for the kids, they had no iced tea, and the worse part was the waitress had no idea that these items were not available. She took the order like there was plenty. Then she came back 15 minutes later to say the item was not available. And for each item, everytime you seen her coming back to the table we thought she was bringing drinks or appetizers but she was coming empty handed saying they were out. Then they brought the kids meals before the appitizers and the drinks. So the kids are eating and the waitress appears 10 minutes later asking is everything ok. Where are the appitizers? She says let me check, leaves again for 10 more minutes. Comes back and says the wings didn't look right and I told them to make some more, this is 50 minutes after we made the order. Then the appitizers comes out for 5 adults they bring them out one by one, the appetizers all come out after 70 minutes of the first order. Are water was never refilled by the waitress unless we asked then they take your glass and bring it back 10 minutes later. The meals finally came out at 8;15pm, (we got there at 6:15pm) they bring them out one by one, so we are all gawking at the person who got there food, the food was ok, portions were small. Nothing was that good to make me go back and endure the terrible service. The bar was packed the drinkers seemed happy and unfazed by the lack of service, however the dining area wasn't feeling it. The music was loud and blaring, not a dining room atmosphere. But they did recognize there inadequate service and somebody's grandma came out and offered us some complimentary dessert. While we were rushing to get out we said yes to the gesture, they offered us 3 different choices of course they came back 10 minutes later and said they were out of one of the choices :( Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Won't get me again.
