how hard is it to read a piece of paper and put on the damn burger what someone asked for and not put something on that I did not ask for. last straw with this place. asked for two HAMBURGERS and get home and they have cheese on them. and these people want to make $15 bucks an hour. its the same everywhere with fast food. Wendys, BK, MdDonalds, always messing up simple orders. its not rocket science people. whatever they are being paid is already way too much. I did my time working fast food a long time ago and took pride in my work. I guess people can not read any longer...

Always good and fresh! Gotta eat the burger fast. The buns get soggy from juicy burgers and cheese (; fresh cut fries.

I finally set foot in this Five Guys recently and ordered a cheese burger. Not bad. Certainly better than fast food, but I'm hesitant to say it's the best burger I've eaten. I also like that they have complimentary peanuts to enjoy while you're waiting for your food. I might come back again sometime.

Fries were over-salted, and not thorougly cooked. It was a standard Five Guys store, otherwise.

Staff was so friendly and efficient. They really kept the place clean. Fries were over salted.

Saw the Five Guys on our way to Gander Mountain and decided to have lunch. No wait to order and the burgers and fries hit the spot as usual.

Ahhhh-mazing.. their serving size is plenty... And great barbeque.. one of the best I've had in ages .

Round 2: Place is clean. Service is friendly. Cheeseburger is very good. Got the regular (a.k.a. double) cheeseburger this time. Better meat-to-everything else ratio. Got raw onions versus grilled; smart move. Way better than the Sonic burger I just had. Yes, *just* had. I must be malnourished. Will be back.

Everytime we go in here the staff have a great energy! The food is almost always delivered correctly and great temperature. Great go to place!!! One order of fries is usually enough for two people, and so delish!!

Best bacon burger EVER. Be sure to pick your topings. Might hafta wait for a bit to get your burger (or vege sandwich), but the wait is worth it. The fries are mushy, but delicious. A small fry is plenty for 2 if not 4 people

First time to a Five Guys, this place rocks. Clean fast and very friendly. Looks to be fairly new and the staff was great. Small order of fries could have fed a family and the regular cheeseburger was awesome. Hope to see one open in Grand Rapids,MI someday

Hungry soccer players love delicious five guys burgers after a nice long practice ( especially people who didn't have lunch or dinner before it! Five guys is a craving burger spot and if you go there you will rate it 5 stars just like me!

When I'm craving a burger and fries, this is the first place that comes to mind. The quality is really good, from the meat to the fries. I know I won't leave hungry either. Oh, and I love that I can get any number of toppings for free, and they don't skimp on them.

As I sit here reeking of onions ... I fondly look back on my lunch today. I had a small cheeseburger with lettuce, grilled onions, grilled shrooms and pickles and the 'regular' Cajun fries. Phoned the order in with a co-worker to avoid the maddeningly long lunch lines and while we had to wait to pay ... our order was ready! After I opened the bag ... I asked my co-worker if he had mistakenly ordered the large fries instead of the regular. Nope. But the Five Guys signature oil splotched brown paper bag was a veritable cornucopia of fries. Seriously, I shared with two other friends and then ended up throwing half out because we couldn't eat them all. And they were good too! The only negative I have on this Five Guys is the long waits associated with the newness of this location and that the floor in the store entrance was super greasy. Skidded a bit on the floor mat on the way in and then again on the way out. Hope this was only an anomaly for today.

Five Guys is not fast food even though it's burgers, dogs and fries. It's made to order heavenly burger yumminess with a variety of no-extra-charge toppings and hand-cut fresh french fries. When you order your burger, you tell them exactly what you want on it-- sauteed onions, mushrooms, cheese and A1? Ok. Lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, ketchup and mayo? Yup. Pickles. Relish. Green peppers. Jalapeno peppers. Hot sauce. All options for you to mix and match. The only topping with an additional cost is bacon. Your burger (which is actually two fresh, never frozen, hand formed patties) will come freshly grilled and well done but juicy. There are no words for the incredibleness of these burgers. They're so good, I don't even care that 'incredibleness' isn't a word. Then there's the fries--oh, the fries. Clearly never frozen from fresh potatoes, they are brown, sort of crisp, sort of soft, and perfectly salted. There's even a sign on the wall that will tell you where your fries came from. Today, they were from Teton, Idaho. That's cool. They'll come in a cup and when the cook puts them in the brown paper bag with your sandwich. he (or she) will throw in an extra scoop on top just for good measure. I love that. Oh yeah, your order will be served to you in an environmentally friendly brown paper bag. No trays. Drinks are refillable, self service, small or large. I had a blend of the sweetened Luzianne iced tea and lemonade, one of my favorite beverages. I love this place. I could subsist solely on their fries. Go there, eat and be happy.

A lot, a lot hype had be presented over the last year and it was on my mind as I prepared to enter Five Guys for the first time. I'm please to say most of it is true. I'll say this though, very good burgers, but the best ever? Not quite. If I could change one thing I'd have more toppings options. Still, it was a great burger. I got a double patty cheese burger with pickles, onions, lettuce, and A1 sauce. Soooo good. More impressive than the burgers was the fries. WOW. They even had a little sign explaining where they had come from. A little malt vinegar and wow, amazing. (I'm a total fry nut!) The burgers took a little while, but I was almost ok with that. The women who took my order was also very friendly. I will definitely go back again. I just think the hype might be a litttttle much.

Like other five guys, this place has burgers, fries, and hot dogs. Came in here after it won the coin toss between itself and Red Robin. We ordered 2 burgers a fry and drink. Took about 10 minutes to get everything squared away and my burger was missing the bacon so I took it to the counter. The manager handed me half a cups worth and apologized for the mishap. aside from that little stumbling block everything else was tasty as it usually is.

I can't eat here often, because of the same reason why I love it: it is greasy, and artery clogging. The cheeseburgers are great! The fries albeit home made are sometimes soggy., but the food is fresh and they have the best hamburger/cheeseburgers out there.

Next to In-N-Out, these are the most amazing burgers. My sis suggested we go here for dinner after we did a bit of shopping in the area. We shared the large cheeseburger with mushrooms and large fries and it was more than plenty for the both of us. I really liked the fact that the fries had cajun seasoning on them. The greasiness of the burger really hit the spot. I'm glad that they have one open in California. It'll give In-N-Out a run for their money.

Well we made our first trek to the new Five Guys in Colonial Commons tonight. Boy was I surprised to see it as packed as it was. There were only a couple empty seats when we first arrived. By the time we left it had cleared a lot. It was the usual, yummy food to be expected there. My burger was big and delicious. I did notice they had a sign up that shows where the potatoes used that day for fries came from. It was a nice touch, seeing what city our fries came from. I would normally give this place 4 stars, however it seemed like they had a few too many tables in there. You had to literally try to squeeze between the tables to move around, not a good thing for a bigger person. Other than that, i had no complaints. Even though the place was super busy, we still got our food in decent time.

I went to this place for the first time last week as part of "take your coworker to lunch for their birthday" I liked it enough that I dragged my wife there for lunch two days later violating my " I can't eat the same cuisine twice in one week" rule. I noticed that someone compared Five Guys to In and Out Burger in Southern California. There are some similarities, the emphasis on fresh meat and potatoes, the relatively uncomplicated menus, the Red and White Decorating theme, but there are differences. In and out has much thinner patties, while you get the flavor you don't get the falling out of the bun juiciness of Five Guys. In addition In and Out Fries are cut so thin that they don't hold the heat very well and if they sit for a couple of minutes they become wet cold noodles. Five Guys Fries have that initial taste of sweetness counterbalanced by the salt on the fries, and they hold their heat. The options of Bacon, Mushroom, and Fried Onions make Five Guys a worthy competitor to In and out Burger.
