Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I have eaten here and gotten take out a few times and they do run a brisk business. (Most likely, due to having a Giant a few doors down.) Their prices seem average and their strombolies aren't too bad, although not my favorite for this area (see other reviews). Oh, and the place can get hectic at the counter area when waiting to place a take out order or to pickup your food. The busiest I have seen yet for a local pizza joint.

I've eaten here a few times, and each time the pizza has been very tasty. I got a sub once, though...they slice their meat too thick (I work in a deli, I like THINLY sliced lunch meat--I'm picky), so, yeah...their subs suck. But I won't complain too much...

My parents and I have stopped by Christopher's for pizza several times, and I had the pleasure of also going here by myself for lunch. The pizza is great--very good quality for a local pizza joint. The cold veggie & cheese sub (lettuce, tomato, onions, broccoli, spinach, green peppers, etc.) is also delicious, and expect to take half of it home, considering the amount of veggies they pack into the sub! The employees have always been nice and professional--they even bring food to the table! Just as an advisory, this place can get busy around lunch and dinner, but the line moves quickly. It's a nice place to grab a meal on your lunch break.

As far as order out pizza places go, Christopher's certainly holds up as my go to. Overall, the pizza is solid. Pretty standard prices. Good service. Quick delivery. My wife isn't a huge fan of the pizza crust. It could be much worse though I suppose. Toppings are good though. When ordering extra cheese, you're not left wondering whether they just gave you a plain and charged you extra. Good place :)

Yeahhh apparently the grill closes 35 minutes before close doesnt make any sense to me why does it say your open if you are incapable of serving me

This is excellent pizza. We are Friday regulars - 2 large pies - the entire family agrees. Salads outstanding, cheesesteaks and hoagies are worth trying as well.

Stopped by for lunch with a few coworkers. I had a turkey sub which was tasty and pretty standard for a pizza shop. Both of my coworkers ordered the 2 slice lunch special. There's no rhyme or reason to how they deliver your food to you at tables, so someone else may end up getting your order and you sit there forever wondering what happened to your food. They should really give everyone/orders numbers so that they make sure that things are being delivered to the correct people. My one coworker sat for almost 20 minutes for her 2 slices while we watched people who came in long after us being served. Also, one coworkers pizza was barely warm while another's was screaming hot. Decent place, just need to work on their order/serving organization.

Very, very good subs! I wasn't 100% thrilled with the pizza (someone else mentioned that their sauce is plain and I can't agree more), but the subs? To die for. And we ordered fries, which got here crispy, which I found amazing, because delivery fries usually suck. Great prices, great food, fast delivery - you really can't go wrong.

Sub's are great. But I have not once had them get an order correct. Even after going over my order several times over the phone they still can't seem to get it correct. I will NOT be ordering from this place again. Its sad that it has to come to this because the subs are good and if you keep it simple they MIGHT get it right. But that has not been done even after giving this place several chances.

I know that it shouldn't get 5 stars for service. I agree with the gentleman who has had a problem with orders. The food is delicious and 5stars! It way above average freshness and quality.

New York style pizza at its best in Harrisburg no less! Staff is friendly and price point comparable to like foods. Seating reminds me of old galley rows with face to face benches in booth. Cool spot, check it out!

Great-tasting food for your typical pizza shop friendly staff

Having patronized nearly every pizza shop in Central PA, this has become my chosen one. I get the same thing every time...Southwest Chicken Salad (which is huge) and a Slice of Plain...why change a good thing, you know? Lots Yankees memorabilia too :)

Good selectionDough has no taste. Sauce is plain, and they use fake cheese. 1 slice of ham and pineapple with a cheese steak (steakum) sub and a drink was over 10 buck$ !!!!

This place was recommended to me and is very close to where I am currently working so it was one of the first places in the area that I tried. I am not a salad person but I hear their Santa Fe (?) salad is delicious. First I tried their cheesesteak which was good but totally not anything I am used to (I'm not from this area so it's not atypical for people from here). The one I got had I believe cheese whiz and marinara on it. Oh and it was huuuuuuge. I could barely finish half of it. Next time I came I got a slice of pizza from the front and it was very good. They have a huge selection so I'm pretty sure there's something for everyone at this place. I'm sure I'll be back.
