Let me say first off - I've been working here for over 3.5 years as a delivery driver. (Honesty is key) When I first came here, I tried the cheese steak, and was blown away. I am a cheese steak aficionado and although the rolls could be better the sandwich is still delicious. Some of my other personal favorites are the chicken fajita wrap, chicken and broccoli sub, special sub, and taco salad. I love angelo's, I love working here, the regulars that come in, and the food. I eat here even on my days off, and I've got the stomach to prove it. Some cons would be that we get extremely busy some days and our orders will roll out late for delivery. 90% of the time we're okay, but like every other restaurant, people call off, cars break down, life happens. I apologize for the days where I couldn't possibly get everyone's food out on time. If I ever leave, I plan on continuing to eat here.

Ok ...I am all about first impressions! The place is filthy. Dead bugs on the window sills, I place an order for food and I was given a styrofoam cup which was sticky on the outside and had dirt stuck to the top of the rim of the cup. The soda dispenser was gross, doesn't look like it's been wiped off in a long time. There was a stack of chairs in corner covered in plastic and cleaner and a dirty rag sitting on top of the bottle of cleaner. Obviously the owners don't take any pride in appearance. I don't know how this place passes inspection!

After a long day at Hersheypark, we called Angelo's to see if they would deliver anything to us at Hershey Campground. We were desperate! Not only did they deliver, even after they were closed, the pizza was really amazing. Chicago-style, huge pieces, still hot, and so good. Best pizza I've had. .well, since I was last in Chicago. And the people were so friendly. I wish I'd taken a picture, but it was just so good..

Great food at a great price, we order form them at least 2 times a week, I am a big fan of their special chicken cheese sub, Add a order of fries and you have a meal for 2, they also have great lunch specials for $6,50 . And a super big plus, They deliver, And if you ever visit you will see how hard working these people are to make your order just right,

I ordered 2 small pizzas and a grilled chicken salad at 11:20 in the am for delivery. the man on the phone told me 30-45 mins and one hour later I called to check on our food. this man told me it would be another 30 minutes until our food arrived. an hour and a half for the little amount of food I ordered? the only reason I ordered from this place is because my normal place was closed. big recommending this place to anyone.

Huge fan of this place. I have walked in more than a few times and caught them making sauce, dough and meatballs from scratch. Personally, I really like the Old World pizza. At least once a week we have to order their hot wings. I love that they are not breaded, have tons of meat and are sauteed rather than just tossed in the sauce. I can't decide between their Hot or Mango Jabanero sauce as my favorite. To change things up I'll get either a meatball parm or a buffalo chicken sub which are both outstanding. Highly recommend.

They make an excellent pizza. Their Jersey Pie is outstanding. My son tried the subs and found the store bought roll lacking.

I visit this place for one and only one comfort food - absolutely not found anywhere in around Harrisburg PA In my opinion their - Jersey Tomato Pie (Pizza) I always order it on thin crust and minus olive oil. They really do a good job at this though I don't know if this is their specialty pizza but a friend posted about it on Facebook and since then when in mood of Pizza this is where I hop skip and jump to.

We searched far, and wide, for a decent pizza on this end of town. Angelo's is the best in this part of town, by a wide margin. I am absolutely in love with their pizza and wings. Their "Old World' pizza is phenomenal, and their wings are absolutely top-notch. I recently moved just outside their delivery area, which was a serious mistake, but I'll make the effort to drive over there and pick up. It's worth it. If you live out on this end of 22 or thereabouts, I highly encourage you to give them a try.

Stopped here on a long drive for lunch, based on other Yelp reviews. I had the pizza steak sub, also based on a previous review. Having never heard of such a dish, I figured it was worth going out on a limb. The bread was very light, and it crisped up well after it was toasted, but it was a bit crumbly. The fillings were shaved beef similar to what you would find in a cheese steak, some mozzarella cheese, and pizza sauce. I ate it, because I was hungry, but it wasn't all that great. My wife ordered a slice of pizza, which was also okay, but not great. Actually, I had a bit, and it wasn't even okay. The cheese was rubbery, and the dough seemed undercooked with a slight tang.

I've been a fan of the place across the street, JoJo's, for years. But when they started charging almost 7 bucks for an Italian sub, I figured I'd give Angelo's a shot. Solid Life Decision. These guys make some solid food. The cheese pizza is more then adequately cheesy, just greasy enough without being nasty, and overall will make your belly smile. Or something like that. The subs are stuffed, the cheesesteaks give me one less reason to have to go to Philly, and oh yeah, it's cheaper then the place across the street. If you just go in and order a slice, realize they will be VERY generous with the size of that slice. That is a good thing, by the way. New home turf.

Best steak subs in the Harrisburg area. I highly recommend the pizza steak sub, chicken steak sub with sauce and onions, and the cheese steak sub. Chicken Pizza is great also. Price is very reasonable. Came here by accident, now I eat here at least twice a week now.
