Sure, it's a tad expensive, but it's one of the best damn Italian sandwiches that you'll have in this area. Sure beats Subway (whose slogan should be "It's Not As Fresh As You Think"), even though it's a couple bucks more. Service is always superb around the lunch hour. Cashier remembered me from my ONE trip that I had made a few months ago. Now that's customer service.

The hoagies are disgusting and the customer service is even worse !! The store is beyond dirty - I sat down at the table to have my lunch there instead of taking it back to the office and regretted it instantly - sticky table , dirty chair , cluttered space in general . I got claustrophobic and grossed out . I bought a meatball sandwich / that felt like I bit into a chance of salt ...

I went there with my son a few weeks ago against his recommendation. He thought it wasIt was not my first time going to Primo but I remember it being better. The bread was hard. Seemed like it was old maybe. I understand crunchy outside but it was tough to chew. I ordered a regular Italian and thought it was small for the sandwich. After buying two sandwiches and drinks, the bill was almost $20. That's way too much for what we got. I won't go to any subway ever, not that there is anything specifically wrong with Harleysville's subway but in several other stores I have seen people handle money then food with the same gloves. Primo's is clean and the staff was attentive. Just thought a $7.00 sandwich should have been a little bigger and the bread a little fresher.

Pros: Excellent Italian hoagies. Cons: Crude staff primarily at register. Rushed. Register lady seems annoyed pretty much every time I go there. Uncomfortable restaurant area. In the winter they opened the front door while I was eating and left it open making it very uncomfortable. Nothing was burning so not sure why they did this. Wouldn't dare ask angry register lady to close it. Summary: I avoid this place because of the staff. Food is good.

If you've been to any primo hoagies location you know that the hoagies are great, but I find that service varies greatly between locations, and bad service can ruin the experience. Well, the folks at the Harleysville location get it right. They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, and you can tell that they make customer service a priority. This location also has a better variety of sides than any other I've been to. So, great hoagies, friendly staff, and a nice, clean shop.

Love the sandwiches but this location does not have its act together. 4 for 4 on not giving me a clean getaway without any issues. Last night my wife ordered and when I got there they told me they were out of small rolls and it would be 20 min to thaw more to complete my order. I asked could they cut a longer roll down and he said no but he could make it a longer sandwich. For the longer price. I was buying it for a 5 year old so a small was already too big. I paid for more food just to get the hell out of there but I was pretty pissed at their inflexibility. Good subs but we're probably done with the lousy service.

Primo hoagies is amazing.... It should be illegal it's so good... I literally can eat a Primo everyday. Also the staff is awesome and super friendly this definitely gives them the advantage over Primos in Lansdale.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Fresh, hearty hoagie rolls jam-packed with the freshest deli meats and creative combinations... you've got to try these hoagies!!! A little pricier than other franchises like Quiznos or Subway but well worth the extra $$$.
