Wow! The front desk clerk at my hotel recommended tapped and I am glad he did. Although a little confusing to get to (thank god for GPS) it is well worth the effort. I had the Cajun Tuna Sashimi to start and it was perfect, nice and grilled on the out side with a hint of smokey flavor, pink on the inside. Then finished with the Panzanella salad it was very nice fresh nice portion. Its nice to know that a "pizza joint" also has healthy offerings for those of us trying to watch what we eat. Now for the reason they did not get 5 star's. I did not get the bartender arraignment? it was as if they were only taking care of certain seats at the bar sort of the way waitresses have assigned tables. The couple next to me was taken care of the barmaid and I was taken care of by the bartender. The barmaid walked past me 20 times to get to the couple next to me and not once did she ask or even acknowledge my presence. A friendly smile a little eye contact goes a long way. Even if you do have assigned seats to tend to if you see some one with an empty glass at least get the person whose responsible for that seat to take care of them. I noticed one of the other reviews mentioned the lack of customer service and I have to agree. Kind of a weird set up but at least the food makes up for it.

Very large beer selection which is excellent. Lots of local brews which I love. Pretzel app is really good, even though you are paying $15 for a soft pretzel. We split it between our party of 6 and had some left over. I had spaghetti and meatballs which was blah. Meatballs were good but the marinara was bad. My son had spicy pizza which was fairly bland as well. My daughter wouldn't eat here ravioli at all. Best thing hands down was the Nutella Pizza desert. This was awesome. Come have a beer, maybe an app then go straight to desert.

Been back twice since my last review. Let me tell you, what a turnaround. The owner actually reached out to me after my bad first experience which is nice to see an owner truly care about their customers satisfaction. The service has been tremendous since then. Our food came out approximately 10 minutes both times and considering how many people were in the place was quite impressive. The pizza, which I got both times was phenomenal. The other people in my party loved their food and have actually been back quite a few times. Turkey sandwich was excellent and bread was fresh and fries have a good flavor to them. The selection of beers are great and the bartender ensured our drinks were always filled. I definitely recommend this place for lunch, dinner or even happy hour. It has a great social atmosphere, well done owners and staff!

Most menu items we have tried have been very good. Great hummus! Decent beer selection. Interesting menu. We visit at least once per month. Neat little restaurant. Update: we have now tried additional items on the menu. Best to stick to appetizers, pizza, beer...entrees have been a little disappointing. I've reduced the stars based on recent experience. Still good though.

I was in town for business and someone recommended this place. The environment and staff were friendly and inviting. There was plenty of beers to choose from. I had the salmon, it was cooked prefect but the sauce was over powering, a little bit goes a long way. It was way too dark and sweet for salmon. Honestly the sauce was delicious, I had a bite of just it and it was like a desert but the wrong sauce for salmon. I contemplated asking just for a scoop of ice cream to put on the plate after I finished the salmon cause it would have been a perfect topping on ice cream or a large soft cookie. Would come again but hopefully they change the sauce to something that works for salmon.

Excellent. Love the pizza. Went on Friday for lent and had the pizza with crab cakes almost ate the whole thing. We've been there probably over 4 times in two months. Creme brulee was superb. Have it everytime we go....

We had a very good experience. We went on a Thursday night. We were told a 15-20 minute wait but it was less than 5. The waitress was very nice & accommodating. It was half price bottle of wine, so we took advantage of that. My husband & I had pizza. He had the burgh & said it was very good. I had the Margherita pizza. It was just ok. The wine was great! The owner even came over to see how things were. We would definitely go back for a second try.

Tonight was my second visit and before I go any further with my review I have to say I will be back to give it another shot. I was very disappointed tonight. I can't really place all of the blame on the cooks or the server, it was a combo of failures on both their parts. Let me get straight to the point. I ordered a panzanella salad. I was looking forward to this since my last visit when I saw it on the menu. The description was as y o u would expect: grilled bread tomato red onion and mozzarella tossed in a homemade Italian vinaigrette . However what I got was a glorified side salad. It was a bowl of lettuce with two slices of fresh bread four wedges of tomato a few slices of cucumber and red onion. There was two huge pieces of fried mozzarella cheese on the side. Don't get me wrong it was a delicious side salad, but it was most definitely NOT a panzanella salad. I wish that the server would have told me that the salad was not a traditional panzanella salad, in that case I would not have spent 12 dollars on it. I feel disappointed however I can't say that the food was bad, it was good, especially the vinaigrette. I am definitely going to give this place another try, but I will make sure to ask more questions of the server before placing my order.

Anybody who gives this 5 stars either owns this place or works there. Craft beer selection seems to be chosen by someone who does not drink craft beer. Food is average, but priced to high. Staff is poorly trained. Concrete floors, bare walls makes for alot of noise. Crowded seating, bright lights. Too many other places to eat. My guess is closed in a year.

Was there was with my son for lunch during the week. Mainly went there for the Neapolitan Pizza, since we are an Italian family and love wood fired oven pizza (even had it in Naples, Italy many times). The place is very nice, comfortable, service is great for a new place. No complaints..well except for the pizza. I am not going into details, I just wish places that spend the money on the wood fired oven should be trained on how to make pizza in them. My advice, search on youtube on how to make true Napolitan wood fired pizza and it will show you what I mean. The pizza here did not make it. Keep trying. I will be back to give it another try soon!

Really great staff and a great beer selection. I've had the pizza a couple of times.. I agree it could use something else, however I am still returning to enjoy the atmosphere and great beer selection.

This is the kind of restaurants I love to see pop up. my table all had a pizza. Their brick oven pizzas are excellent and are just about large enough to MAYBE feed two people, but everyone I went with got their own and almost finished it. Everything on the menu looked great. The atmosphere was great. Wasn't too noisy, tables were spaced out great too. I didn't feel like they were packing us in like sardines. The place was clean and the service was fantastic. Prices were reasonable too.

They have great food and pizzas are half off Sun thru Wed 7 to 9. Have 30 different beers on tap. You are bound to find one you love. They have Helltown and All Saints local beers

Finally made it to Tapped for dinner tonight, was definitely pleased but not blown away. They offer a nice beer selection, I of course opted for the Bell's Two Hearted Ale: can't go wrong with a nice hoppy beer! $6.50 for a draft. We ordered the smoked turkey sandwich and Pasquale salad to share between the 2 of us. Nice portions and everything tasted good. The focaccia that the turkey was served on was nice and chewy. The Pasquale salad was a nice bed of spring greens with little meat and cheese pinwheels served around the side. Not exactly the antipasto salad I pictured when ordering, but the red wine vinaigrette was very flavorful and tasty. They had half price brick oven pizzas from 9-11 so I ordered one to go for my dad. The pizza itself was only $5 plus $3 for extra pepperoni. 8 slices but kind of small in size. All in all everything tasted pretty good, but I'm in no rush to go back. Worth a stop if you enjoy good beer. Maybe bring a sweater, the AC in that place was blowing hard, very chilly!! Prices almost fair?

Fantastic!!!!! The pretzel appetizer with dipping sauces was amazing!! I had the crab pizza which was also delicious!!! One pizza would definitely feed two people if you can agree on one! There are so many choices!!! Tapped is a great addition to the Greensburg area!!!

To say this place is AMAZING is an understatement. It's phenomenal. The food is excellent. The Italian hoagie and steak sandwich are to die for. One of the best draft beer selections I've ever seen. Even the glasses they come in are awesome! The owner even came over to our table to introduce himself. This is definitely the place to go in Greensburg. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would.

New restaurant still findings it's legs. Service was not good. I had to waive my waitress down overtime I wanted a drink. My food came out cold. The manager really helped the situation and really acted as my witness. I had the fish tacos. They put the salsa on the taco shell first which caused the shell to competed fall apart - I hope the cook reads this "Put the fish on first!" This was tasty. My wife had the gnocchi and put the house cause on it. I was good. Also ordered a few pizzas the were also OK. The atmosphere is good however there is nothing to absorb the sound so it is loud. This place will figure it out and be ok and has a chance to get better.

Been here a few times now! they have some delicious (and huge) salads. I definitely recommend the pizza too. if you like hot soft pretzels and have a big appetite, you'd love this place because their 1.5 pound pretzel with dip is to die for. Friendly staff and never had too long of a wait here yet!

Went for the launch and it was a 2 hour plus mess. But the food was good and beer selection was nice (and local). So after waiting for them to work out the kinks, we've been back 3-4 times and it's been excellent! The pizza, salads (the fried mozzarella one is amazing), pretzel are what I've had so far and all were great! Will keep coming back. Bartender was very nice too, explained a few of the beers I was unsure about.

Stopped in at Tapped for lunch today. My wife and I had never been here before. Positives: - The Tuscan Chicken pizza we ordered was very good. It was a little bit saltier than I expected. The cheese was excellent! -The drinks did not stop. I ordered a coke and my wife ordered a water with lemon. By the time we were done we had 5 glasses on the table! I am pretty sure that this was a case of our waitress being proactive...she was pretty busy. - The pizza was not inordinately expensive. - There were many brews available. - Nice bathrooms! Negatives: - The bench was pretty dirty. I reached for my wallet and the empty space between the back cushion and the seat cushion was full of crumbs. Attention to detail. - Got a plate with what looked like dried tomato on it and a fork with what looked like dried cheese on a couple of tines. Attention to detail again. Overall: Good food, not too expensive, friendly staff. Will be back.

Excellent dinner here again ! Thank you Caitlin for your charming personality and food bar service! The veal and oven baked chicken were delicious served with the potato crochet and salads ! Only suggestion to the chef is that the buffalo chicken bites need to be served with something else over the dish( bleu cheese/celery ) just another flavor on the dish would be great! Keep up the good work guys !

Disappointing. The food is over priced and the staff isn't great. The hostess yelled at my son about leaning back in his chair before we even sat down. He's 11 and can't even touch the floor. They asked a couple to move their seats after they had already been seated to sit a larger group, and when they put the tables together for the larger group, they tables weren't even close to even. They ran out of filet for the steak sandwich and substituted brisket which isn't even on the menu. I won't go back.

I'm giving this place five stars because of the quality experience that we had. My wife and I came here for her birthday on a Sunday evening, and there was a pretty light crowd. If you're a craft beer fan, then this is your place. They have 29 beers on draft and an extensive wine menu as well. Their food was great too. I ordered the wood fired pizza and my wife had an Italian sandwich with fries and French onion soup. The service was great and all the NFL games were on TV for us to watch. We will be back for sure. Great place.

Super impressed by tapped this Friday night. Brought the kids here on Friday night around 8 pm and was seated right away. Extensive menu and beer list. Service was outstanding! Very happy with the food - Fish tacos were delightful. Great job! looking forward to visiting again.

As you may have gathered, Tapped definitely had some new-restaurant jitters when they first opened, but since then it's become one of our favorite places in town. We've tried quite a bit of the menu, and haven't found anything we don't like so far. The wood-fired pizza itself is great; we're partial to the Genovese vegetarian option, with added pepperoni (because pepperoni pizza is improved by better vegetables, and vegetables are improved by pepperoni). As far as appetizers go, the giant pretzel is killer, but make sure you have a big group to split it. The cheese wheel is a better version of cheese sticks I've had elsewhere. I've tried a couple pasta options and liked them-- they occasionally have one with a blue cheese sauce that's excellent, but spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna were good as well. My husband likes the London broil. I've enjoyed the turkey sandwich and the fish tacos, although the latter doesn't save well, so I wouldn't recommend it for takeout. The beer list isn't particularly inventive for a tap house, but it's quite varied and should have something you like. The mixed drink menu has some good options. Prices are reasonable, especially because portions are huge. We tend to have good service here. They take reservations, but do not have call-ahead seating. One of the better spots in Greensburg-- I'd recommend a visit.

Killer! When at lunch. No line, well staffed, good food! Wait staff was pretty good. Not very knowledgeable with the beer list but... Oh well. Food was great! White pizza was slamming!!! Great value. Will return!

Wide beer selection, nothing overly edgy so the kegs keep turning. A few softer beers for the lady friend too (think Bumble Berry and Banana Nut Bread). Just finished the spicy italian pizza and it was pretty damn good. Could maybe use a dash of oregano or something green on top to give it a little something for the back of the tongue, but all-in-all a good pizza. My biggest compliment is that, unlike the old-head yelper complaining below, the crust is perfect. It's not totally burnt to a crisp like other brick oven pizzas I've had. Give this place a shot, you won't leave disappointed.

I've been here three times, but I've only made it through the door once. I had heard very good things about Tapped. A friend of mine and I had tried on two different occasions to go here for dinner on two random Fridays in the past several months, but the line was out the door. Finally, I joined two other friends here for lunch at a random 1:30 p.m. weekday. The place was pretty empty. We were told by our waitress that a pizza feeds "one-and-a-half" people since it is pretty thin crust. Cool. So each of us ordered our own pizza. She was right - a pizza is a tad bigger than a personal pan pizza, but because of the thin crust, I was able to eat it in one sitting. (I could have easily taken 1-2 pieces home had I wanted to.) I had the spicy italian pizza. It had a really nice zing to it. Usually when you see "spicy italian", it's not too spicy. This definitely had some spiciness. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I did drop $20 on lunch, which I wasn't crazy about. Maybe there will be some lunch specials that appear on the menu in the near future.

Hmm... I've been to tapped twice now and the second time was better than the first for sure. The first time I ordered a blackened chicken Caesar salad, the presentation was great but the chicken had an odd smell.. I think it was from the blackened seasoning maybe, I'm not sure and my salad was warm. Then when I told the waitress she replied "oh, must have been under the heat waiting for the chicken" so that was a let down to my lunch but the server did talk to her manager and got the salad taken off my bill. We also had the hummus bruschetta and it was pretty good, the bread was nice and fresh and the feta cheese on top really did the trick!! Today for lunch was my second trip to Tapped..... My friend and I shared the salad with the fried mozzarella balls and just a plain cheese pizza... The salad was good and so were the dressings... Our pizza was probably the best thing I've had there so far.... We also decided on dessert and had the chocolate chip cookie sundae, yummy!! I really wanted this place to knock my socks off but it just hasn't done it yet... I'm not sure what it's missing but it's worth a try :) I would give it allllllmost 4 stars...

This is a tricky one.. The décor is warm and inviting. Staff friendly and attentive. I was a bit disappointed by the beer selection, being named Tapped I was hoping to see many of our local awesome micro- brews on the menu. We have a lot of good ones in the area. We ordered Fat heads, bumble berry and it was tasty. We ordered the Giant pretzel (Riesenbrezel) is awesome. We also ordered 2 pizzas a plain and a margarita. They were both OK. They were cooked well and just needed a little something more. There was also a large number of children and baby's. which for us was a turn off. My best recommendation, go at night order a few beers kick back and order the giant pretzel to munch on. That pretzel is the only reason I will be going back, unless they get some more local brews.

This place is a great new gem in the Greensburg area. The atmosphere is great with a wide selection of beers. The food is very good as well with a nice mix. Definitely try the pretzel and the meatballs. Wow!!

We got to Tapped around 5:15 on Saturday and it was already pretty busy, but there was no wait. The atmosphere was nice--I could actually hear my own conversation with my boyfriend while enjoying watching the hockey playoff games on several of the big screen tvs. We were greeted promptly by our server and I ordered a pint of Bumble Berry and he ordered a pint of the Rye Pale Ale. We started with the Beans and Greens appetizer which was Spinach, Northern beans and sausage with garlic, which came out piping hot. My boyfriend ordered the Pork Tedesco and I ordered the Chicken Romano in a tomato wine sauce, both included a small side salad. Our server, Briana, did great with timing the food in the right order and was very attentive. Both dishes came out hot. The potato croquet could use a little more flavor--Parmesan cheese or garlic or something more, but it was still good. Definitely worth another visit! Some things to consider: My family has food allergies and gluten sensitivities. Would be nice if the servers could ask patrons if there are any food allergies. Some gluten free and organic menu choices would be appreciated!

I've now been to Tapped three times in the last month so I think I've gotten a good idea of their food and service. For the food -- WOW!! The giant 1.5 lb pretzel is one of the best things I've ever had. It's perfect for three or four people and comes with three dipping sauces. Personally it could come with just one -- the cinnamon cream cheese -- and I'd be happy. I've had two of their pizzas and their brick oven chicken dinner. All great especially the bbq chicken pizza. The service has also been good too although a little uneven. One server out of the three visits was not too great but the other two made up for it. The server for my last visit screwed up my order. She admitted it was her mistake and I ended up with a free pizza to make up for it. I'm SO glad this restaurant is in Greesnburg!!

The waitress was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Beans and Greens appetizer, which was very good and came out in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered the Pour House Steak Sandwich and the Pork Tedesco. The food was fine, but the wait was really long. Also, we ordered an extra salad, and the two salads came out at different times. Lastly, the beer situation. I can think of at least 4 really good, craft brewers within 20 minutes of this place and none of them where on the menu. Also, the prices where a bit much. I ordered the Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Stout, and at $5.75 it really should have been in a pint glass. The decor was nice, very elegant, but it is a 'Pour House.' Not having an exciting beer list is disappointing.

My wife had the gnocchi and put the house cause on it. I was good. Also ordered a few pizzas the were also OK. The atmosphere is good however there is nothing to absorb the sound so it is loud. This place will figure it out and be ok and has a chance to get better.

Wow!!
