We used to love IHOP but in the past two trips we've had extra crispy waffles (read burnt). This trip we had to send back under cooked bacon (pink and white bacon) the table next to us sent their bacon back 2 times and the table behind us sent their eggs back to get warmed up. The price is decent and food is still better than Dennys, but the quality doesn't love up to the brand standard.

First time: moldy bread Second time: hair in food Next time: there won't be one. I like IHOP................but don't recommend this one!

Horrible. Do not waste your time. Awful. I'm surprised if I don't get food poisoning from this place. I can't even start to tell you how bad it was.

who doesn't like ihop? you can't go wrong... breakfast foods galore and a lunch and dinner selection as well. our server at this particular ihop, courtney, was super nice and helpful. i ordered the garden crepe, which i had never had before, and LOVED it. i also barely spent anything, so really i can't say a single bad thing about it!

The wait staff, food and cleanliness were all poor. We were seated outside of the kitchen and a senior member of the wait staff was going in and out of the kitchen whistling if it were a holiday or any tune it might not have been so aggravating. There were three of us in our party none of which ordered anything out of the ordinary or made any special requests and our order came out incomplete and prepared different than what was ordered. The eggs that I ordered were supposed to be over medium yet when I cut into the egg white on both of the eggs served over a tablespoon of clear uncooked egg ran all over my plate. The side of toast was for the most part not buttered then there was no butter or margarine available on our table for the toast or the orders of pancakes that we all ordered. The regular syrup dispenser that was brought to our table was broken with the top of this dispenser being dirty and had white old crystallized syrup caked all over the top including all around the spout. When Denzel our waiter told management that we were unhappy we did not receive a visit from management instead Denzel came back to the table letting us know that our bill would be adjusted. While Denzel was not a good waiter you could tell that he was trying his best and it was quite obvious that his and the rest of the wait staff lack of polish was the fault of ownership and or management. Ownership and or management is allowing the facility to have a dirty unkempt appearance, they are not training and monitoring the wait staff ensuring they are satisfying their guests and at no point did we witness management cycle the floor to check on their guests. This is not somewhere that we will be returning to eat anytime soon.

Service is terrible, waited way to long for only 2 people, prices are much higher then need be. There are much better ma and pa place around

You can't really have high expectations going into an IHOP, but somehow this one still disappoints a bit. I've been a couple of times, and most of the time it's been at least mediocre. Service is okay, coffee is fresh, prices are cheap, and usually the pancakes turn out all right. Yesterday was the exception-- pancakes were on the dry/non-fluffy side, and our over-easy eggs were dangerously undercooked (the whites were not done). Not the worst place in the world, but I'm continue to continue looking for better breakfast options in Greensburg.

Typical IHOP. During the week there is no one here so you get seated and served pretty fast. Weekends they do get a very long line! For the waitresses/ waiters I would go with a older more mature server. The younger employees here aren't that great. The food has always been good at this location since they opened and they have a huge parking lot which is great for when they do get busy!

I like having so many healthy choices on the menu! Everything is always cooked to perfection as well!

So the service was great, and it's a great place to study. The food is what's expected for IHOP, so nothing special there. Our server was really mindful and checked on us frequently.

Poor service (even on a *very* slow day), uninteresting food, creepy server, worn down, and they got my bill wrong..., twice. Pancakes are too easy to have to put up with this.

I wish I could give them a half star. Our pancakes were not cooked had to go find our waitstaff to tell them and then not even the Manger came out to us. Then they give us a check for the full price. And then asked us how it was I said not cooked at all and the guy gave us the meal for free. Will not go or tell anybody to go the management don't even care about the business or customer

It's been years since my last Ihop visit and I'll be the first to admit that during the time that some might call mini college Ihop love affair, I was faaarrrr from giving any thought to the healthfulness of the creamy, oozing crepes I shoveled down with berry-ridden smiles. So, today, after many o' Swedish crepeless years, my father, sister and I ventured in hoping to fill our stomachs with heart-healthy options in mind. Lo and behold, Ihop actually has some pretty tasty, low-cal, grain-y options! To start off, the service was attentive and fast. Our table ordered the whole wheat blueberry pancakes, multigrain blueberry pancakes, egg substitutes and turkey bacon. Buckwheat pancakes and I go way back, so it is with great pleasure that I can report Ihop's whole wheat blueberry pancakes are the perfect fit for those of you who fall in the Iloveblueberries andor buckwheat category. My father was equally please with his nutty blueberry pancakes that come topped with banana slices. And, what makes these tasty jacks of flap even better? Boysenberry syrup...or blueberry...butter pecan...or strawberry - whatever tickles your syrup fancy. The meals were in between 440 and 540 calories each. All meals were under $9 - maybe even $8? My last notes are in reference to turkey bacon and the location: 1.) who knew turkey bacon could be sooo good? 2.) I'm pretty sure having breakfast at Ihop and then strolling next door to Barnes & Noble for a midmorning read is the perfect way to start your Sunday off in Greensburg, PA. (forgive the lack of localness - our hotel was surrounded by every chain under the sun) Slightly related: Shmoke and a pancake? Flapjack and a cigarette? Waffle and a cigar? Just watch it again, you know you want to: youtube.com/watch?v=SyML…

We went here after church one Sunday. Fortunately, it wasn't too busy, and we got seated right away. Our server was very confused though, getting a lot of things wrong. Perhaps she was new, I'm not really sure. The food was decent, nothing really to complain about there. We have been to other IHOP restaurants, with no complaints. Will we return? It's a possibility, but probably not for awhile.
