I have eaten at Brother's Pizza multiple times. This last time the food was good, but I found a green spot on my sour cream. Ask server if it was mold? Our server did not come back, but another server came back and said "it's ok, the spot is a chive". Not the answer I was expecting. Our server never can back to the table after that! Asked for a doggy bag and paid the check and left. I will eat there again and hope everything goes great.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! I ordered the California Burger (cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayo) with fries. The order came out literally a minute later. My burger & fries were cold. The cheese was barley melted. I complained to the waitress. She took my burger and said they were cooking another one. I timed it and 3 minutes later I had what I thought was another burger and fries! WRONG!!! I took the bun off and it still had my fingerprints from where I checked it the first time for being cold! And it was still cold. I asked for the manager and his said both my burgers were cooked fresh and he blamed the lettuce and tomato for making it cold. Really??? You cooked 2 burgers fresh in less then 5 minutes? I don't buy it!! You could get someone sick! I walked out. Luckly, I'm only here for business and do not plan on attempting to eat here again!! I will not and do not suggest this place to anyone. Poor food quality, Service and Management!!

Everything on the menu is excellent. Tried breakfast for the first time today and it was outstanding. Incredible value. Food is always consistent, I've been ordering from them for five years.

Stopped in for breakfast last Saturday after dropping off another pilot at Hagerstown Regional Airport. Place was suggested by nice lady working desk at Ryder Jet Center. Great breakfast! Had their Spanish omelet. My friend had the Western omelet. Think it was the best omelet I've ever had. Service friendly and quick. Will go back next time I fly to HGR.

Oh BROTHER is this place good! Ok that was cheesy which is exactly how their pizza is made ~ SUPER cheesy and delicious. It's a Friday night favorite along with their cheese steak subs and their hot wings. They are prepared perfect and timely whether ordering take out or dining in. I have also enjoyed several of their wraps which are excellent, stuffed with quality deli meats and produce and then grilled lightly. Yummo! They are in the process of remodeling a bit and so far I like it! Fresh lighter paint and a single colored ceiling is a great improvement! They also serve a great breakfast at a price you CAN NOT find anywhere else! Husband and I had two eggs, homestyle potatoes and toast along with a fresh fruit garnish and we walked out spending $4.22. Can you believe it?!?!?!? Delicious, however breakfast service can be a bit slow but its steadily improving in pace. The only thing I can see needing improvement is the pace of the breakfast can be a little slow at times.

Food is pretty good, Breakfast is always outstanding. The biggest complaint I have is the stupid video game machines they have in the restaurant! the machines are full volume and you really can't even have a conversation with kids playing them. Very disruptive to having a decent meal and conversation. I guess the 1.25 they get per game (or whatever) is a bigger priority then their diners. Turn the volume OFF...and I'll be back.
