The food isn't bad... It's awful. A terrible experience that I never want to go through again or even wish upon my worst enemy. The food is bland / awful. The waitresses aren't that attentive. It's expensive. It feels like a ski lodge.

Not great. Plain food, mostly bar/finger food. I felt like I was in a high school cafeteria. Service was terrible. I won't make this mistake again.

All I have to say is chicken taco salad . It is amazing . I have never been Dissapointed here . I am also very please with the management or owner . I believe he is the tall guy and he always makes sure everything is running smoothly . On top of that he always greets us with smiles and makes us feel welcomed . Little things make a dining or bar experience good to great xo

Tiffany was the best waitress I've ever had. Ever. Energy and knows her beers! Typical bar food. Wings are above average, nachos good too. Kids liked the mini corn dogs. Lots of TVs and seating. Great experience. They take Northwestern Lehigh LAX discount card. Go Tigers!!!!! Thanks for your support.

This is place is incredibly awesome. The owner Savvas is very active and cares about his establishment and the patrons. The service is great l, the food is awesome, and they have an incredible beer selection. Thank you! From Julia and Luis.

I was in last Monday service was great I think the bartender said hername was Becky, it was a full bar at this point and I noticed she was very attentive to every person. The food was really good and came out in a timely matter. No complaints, I'll be back!
(5)Rob M.
Horrible service. The staff appeared more interested in entertaining each other than serving customers. Dirty windows, dirty tables, lackluster menu. When the food arrived, it was in keeping with the rest of the experience. I would rather eat out of a gas station vending machine than return here for a meal.

I really like this place....a lot of TVs and the servers and bartenders are very attentive. I don't understand the negative people on here. Thismplace is great. The food is good and they have TONS of beer. I had a London Broil Cheesesteak and loved it. Will definitely be back.
(5)Eddie C.
Great bar! Fast service, fun atmosphere, great food. Never had to ask for a drink, the bartenders were right on it. Huge portions, I could only eat about 1/3 of the bar fries.

We stopped in on a Saturday night and the place was rather empty... The bar was full but the dining area had about 3 additional tables other than ours. Their menu was the typical bar food menu with wings, nachos and such. It took a good 10 minutes after being seated for our server to stop by our table for the initial drink order... Kind of disappointing when the dining area was already rather empty. We started out with getting the keystone mule and the mint julep. Both drinks were rather tasty. As for food he got the big taco with beef and said it was "ok". I got the crab cake sandwich with fries- the crab cake was tasty but the fries at an additional charge were soggy and chewy :-( We did get a second round of drinks- the Orange creamicle crush and their strawberry mojito. The creamicle crush tasted just like the creamicle ice cream bars- nice "dessert". Yet the strawberry mojito was rather weak. The rating was for the drinks more so than the food. Overall it was an average experience- nothing that really "wowed" us to be coming back anytime soon.

Came here on a business lunch. The resturant seemed recently remodeled and clean, with plenty of windows. Waitress was prompt and polite, however, she had sooo much makeup on her face! She looks like she was made up for halloween or something. Menu was expansive. They had a nice variety of sammies and appetizers. I ordered a London Broil Cheesesteak. It was decent. Beef was a bit chewie, but flavorful. I had to upgrade and pay 99 cents for fries. This is riducious. All sandwhiches should come with fries instead of a tiny snack size of Ruffles chips! Terrible! My fries actually had a "freezer burn" taste to them! You could totally tell they were frozen and possibly even low grade, like Aldi's or Price Right brand! We ordered wings, they weren't great. Chewie and a bit grubbie. Not crispy. Also, the grease tasted old and nasty... Leaving the wings to taste extra greasy and stinky! No one likes the taste of old grease! My guest got a pulled pork sammy, and she said the pulled pork seemed "old" or "leftover". Place was ok. You can get better food at a local tgif or ruby tuesday. We probably wont return. Great service and great interior, just the food didnt really do much for me. It was a forgettable, non memorable experience. Goodbye, Keystone! Bon Voyage!

Understandably, on a Friday evening one would expect a loud crowd, however, you'd also think there would be acoustical management to compensate what was akin to an angry hoard of Viking conquerors. Hearing the waitress was almost impossible, let alone each other to have a conversation. We were not offered a table in the dining area but were taken directly to the bar chairs and the tables for two....no footrests on the stools made them uncomfortable after 10 minutes when the food came. Speaking of the food...compressed burger, frozen fries and onion rings ( I know, because I have made this at home ), and really dry beef on a sandwich. The waitress was sweet and attentive, the staff in general was very polite. That was the highlight, our server. I have to question what kind of dining experience others are used to to rate this establishment a 5. Perhaps they sat in the dining room away from the incredible noise and could actually carry on a conversation. Lucky them. No need to ever return. Buca is right down the road.....go there.

Great, but the management is insulting, disrespectful and ignorant. I will tell you if you asked me a week ago I would have told you this place was great. Then came tonight. Tonight (Wednesday) is also Trivia Night at Keystone. While some people may complain it is louder than normal overall it is a good time. The trivia is actually really well done. However, tonight after winning trivia convincingly (the categories just lined up for our table tonight) a manager approached our table and accused myself and another player of cheating and letting us know that we would not be receiving the prize. After telling him we weren't he called us liars and let us know our arguments didn't matter. So I know what you're thinking, "They probably were cheating." Here's the kicker, after being denied our reward, the trivia host came up and personally apologized to us. He noted that most of our answers were turned in in under 10 seconds too quick to be searched, but explained to is it wasn't his call but the restaurants. I don't understand why, if the restaurant thought you were cheating, they wouldn't address it when they thought it was happening, not after you won? If management is going to come to your face and call you a liar and a cheater with no proof and no corroboration even from the trivia master seems absolutely ridiculous to me. It really seems more like a way for the restaurant to collect the $300 tab from the people at your table and not have to hand out the $25 gift card. How ridiculous is that?

Typical Sports bar with a great selection of drinks but I gotta say My wife tried the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak and I had the Regular Chicken Cheese steak and our food came quick like lightning and was piping hot and delicious. So I can't quite get all the negative food reviews but the service was surly lacking. Yes the food came quick but I swear when it came time to pay the bill they dropped off the check and took about 30 min to take my card..So being that it was our first time there we weren't quite sure where to pay after the extreme wait my wife got up to ask the hostess and in the meanwhile the waitress finally came to take my bill..I have to agree with a fellow reviewer that the wait staff just seems more interested in standing around and lollygagging about. Excellent Cheese Steak, Crappy service.

If you want a beer, definitely head for Keystone. Their beer selection is nothing short of amazing. Depending on the time and who your bartenders are, service could leave a lot to be desired. But it's worth it for the 18 tvs at the bar and super reasonably priced beer. Looking for food? Run far away. Their menu is small (even by bar standards) and pretty over priced.
(3)Scott S.
It is a very nice place but the service was very slow. The bartender would walk by us many times without checking if we needed anything. We had to constantly ask for service. It was also very hot, I understand it's summer but they should have the AC on. Usually the wings are good at the Bethlehem location but these tastes like rubber today.
(1)John S.
We have stopped here several times. Last night was the latest. Great bar food lots of seating and tons of beers on tap. The wings are the 2nd best in the valley (only PJs are better). Excellent chili as well. Servers are good and plenty of tvs for the game. For this type of place it rates 5 star easy.
(5)Bill B.
This place has improved allot since the first time I was there last year. My first experience over a year ago was bad. The service at that time was subpar, the food was disgusting and there was allot of disorganization. My subsequent visit there was almost night-and-day. THe service was great and the burger I had with fries was very good. The atmosphere is loud (sports bar) and to be expected. A plethora of TVs so you can see all the games. I love the massive number of beers on tap. The place is clean. I would now recommend going to this place.

If judged on its own merits, Keystone has its +/-'s, but its a complete relief from the new BW3 across the street - which is like Country Buffet's inbred cousin for wings, mob seating and a tiny bar. That said, Keystone needs to ramp their service game up as a sports bar, because PJ Whelihan's on Schoenersville Rd. kicks their ass in food quality, and for those who care, "eye candy". Those who are not a 11+ on a scale of 1-10 probably shouldn't apply for a job at PJ's. (just an observation). So while Keystone's hospitality and efficiency lag, they have great ice cold beer, and a great selection. Bar food has always been acceptable "bar food". Lots of parking, nice outdoor seating, and a nice bright modern interior.

The wings were perfectly cooked. Nice meaty wings. I ordered the Sweet & Spicy and my boyfriend ordered good ol' Hot Wings. We got a side of fries. I wasn't the biggest fan of the fries. They weren't special. I wish they offered sweet potato fries. Mmm. Anyways, this was our second time at this establishment and like the last time it was pretty empty. It wasn't a typically busy time of day for a restaurant but with wings so good I expect it to be packed at all open hours. I had one problem with my wings. Our of an order of 10 I got 1 flat and 9 drumsticks!!! UGH I HATE THAT. Although I enjoyed the meaty drumstick, I was so bummed that i didn't get a mix. I didn't expect it to be right down the middle but damn. So I said something to the waitress (Sara) and she and the manager easily took care of it. Another manage even came out and suggested that I can easily just ask for which ones I wanted specifically. I thought that was nice. I felt really bratty bringing up to her in the first place, but they seemed to understand me. I wish I could eat wings more often. They were delightful.

My friend and I came in for lunch and were not overly impressed. I was disappointed to find my BBQ chicken sandwich to be processed chicken along the line of a chicken patty. The flavor of the sandwich were very good just wish it was a chicken breast. My friend had a cheese steak which looked good. I've never been impressed with the Bethlehem location so wasn't expecting much from this location. The facility is very nice, they really our a lot of $$ into the building.
(3)Stacy B.
Went for lunch and it was pretty good. We were seated quickly and our waitress was attentive. I had a steak salad - steak was nicely marinated and cooked. Their beer battered onion rings were really good too. Other dishes ordered at our table was the haddock sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich and fried shrimp and everyone seemed satisfied with their choices.

It's really hard to get an idea as to what the owners of the Keystone Pub were thinking of when they bought and remodeled this place. Although this location has been open for over a month, there is still no listing of it on their website. The funky charm of the building that the original location has is truly lost on this place as it looks like all they did in the changeover from Lone Star was to strip everything to the bare walls, add too many TV's, and turn up the music up way too loud. There is no angle, no niche, no market that this place really serves because there is nothing special here and everything they do can be had already at other places either close by (Chili's-Dunderbak's) or in the LV. Speaking of the music, it sucks. The mix of 2nd rate '90s hip-hop combined with "modern" bubble gum pop is stupid and having it on as loud as it was yesterday during a very non-busy lunch could help to explain why Red Lobster and Olive Garden were packed as usual and this place wasn't. (Minus one star for shitty music) But I digress. When we came in we were seated promptly and our server "S" got our drinks quickly and things began great. We started off by sharing the nachos and the portion size was huge, as in you could probably not eat anything else after sharing this huge. You can get the nachos with beef, chicken, something I forget, and BBQ pork meat. We ordered it with the BBQ pork meat although apparently "S" didn't know you could do this as she came back to the table to ask what meat we wanted on the nachos and after I reminded her that we said BBQ pork and I pointed to the spot on the menu where it showed you could get it, she then let us know that she had no idea you could put pork on nachos. (Minus one star when the server clearly doesn't know the menu) The nachos came quick enough and they were very good although the BBQ pork meat is a bit on the too sweet side. Our main items of a taco salad and three cheese burger arrived when we were barely 1/4 of the way through our nachos and naturally that created major space issues on our table. (I'll never get why servers bring things out like that.) The burger itself was cooked perfectly, even though putting it in a basket with an unopened bag of Ruffles is a bit of a weird plating combo, and the taco salad with chicken was good and equally large. We were done with our food but "S" had disappeared with the two other tables she was covering as apparently she could only handle one thing at a time and the task of taking dirty cups into the back along with a check to ring up a CC must be too difficult. (Although it was interesting hearing her talk to the guys at the nearest table about how the place was crazy busy for their opening but since then they are dead during the week especially at lunch. Which I agree with based on the attendance when we were there.) After an almost fifteen minute wait to pay we finally did and were on our way. (Minus one star for slow end of meal service and a disappearing server more interested in her one table of four than her two tables of two.) While it was good to give the new Keystone a try I can't think of a reason to go back as everything they offer, cheap bar food and 50+ beers on tap, is already covered and done better by their Bethlehem location and by the several Whelihan's in the area. In the future if the pub-grub bug strikes us we'll likely go to a PJ's or to the other Keystone as those places have their stuff together and this one clearly doesn't.

we went to keystone for wings and a large beer selection. we waited 25 minutes for the waitress to come take our drink order. we ordered some beer only to be informed they didn't have the one we ordered even though it was listed on the updated menu. we took a look at the menu and i was shocked to see that wings were $1.00 per piece. our waitress must have been very preoccupied with her one other table so the manager came to take our order and bring us our food. the food was ok but overpriced. our waitress came to ask how the food was about 30 minutes after we received our food. to top off our experience we were charged for beers we did not order or receive. GO TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!!!!!
(1)Ken F.
Wings are good. Get them on " Wing Night Tuesday." Otherwise they are too expensive! Hell, years ago, wings were thrown in the trash, considered garbage of the chicken. Wing prices are generally too overpriced in the area. The beer was decently priced though. Tables are spaced nicely, not too close to each other. When I ordered a Labatts Blue Light, the waitress told me they didn't carry it. After she left, I was looking around, and saw a sign on the wall advertising it. Really!! They should know, or better yet, ask a bartender if their not sure.
(5)Scott K.
Stopped in for dinner around 7:00pm on a Friday and they were not very crowded. Beer selection was great and the prices reasonable. Had a burger melt which was a bit bland and the bread was greasy. Pub fries were great and the waitress was very attentive. The place has a very odd mix of customers. Which made it feel sort of like a dive bar only with families. Tables on both sides of us cursing like sailors the entire time we were there. Maybe I'm just getting old.

My wife and I were in the area meeting people at a restaurant down the road and decided to stop in here for some pre-dinner drinks. I'm pretty glad we did. Apparently, this restaurant is relatively new and occupies the same space a Lone Star steakhouse once did. We entered and grabbed a couple of spots at the bar. The other Yelpers didn't lie - 51 beers on tap. Yes, you read it right - 51 beers on tap. Once we were seated, the bartender handed me a beer list. One side had the beers on tap and the other side had the bottled beers. I also liked that the beer list had the prices of all beers which was kind of cool and not something you see very often. So...the beer list was impressive - no doubt about it. We didn't try any of the food, but it did look like your typical bar food type menu. I'm not positive that I would come here to eat, but I would definitely return to have a beer or 2.
(3)Michelle R.
Food was delicious and there are so many drink options available.
(4)Benjamin M.
This place has 51 beers on tap and the food was excellent! First time here and we had a party of 11; Our server, Megan was perfect! Friendly, attentive, took great care of us. I'll definitely be coming here more often. Place is huge and looks very clean and well run. Owner even stopped by our table to check on how things were. If you get a chance to go, ask for Megan! You won't be disappointed.
(5)Rhonda C.
Good experience, good food. I only wish I remembered our servers name so we could give props. We went this afternoon with two kids ages 4 and 6. The server was great with out kids and very helpful. She had our food out fast because well you know how kids can be. Our food was as ordered and perfect. The burger was great but for the cost should come with fries. Their fries are great by the way. Only one suggestion, add hot dogs to the menu, especially for the kids and because with how good the food is from the grill I'm sure they'd be bangin'!
(5)Doris S.
Okay first my 3 stars are for first couple of visits. I would actually have to say 1 star after our last visit. We paid $75 (including a tip) for 4 meals with one soda and 3 beers . We had crab cakes (weren't great), steak sandwiches (swam in sauce), Chicken Citrus salad (chicken was burned). The bagged chips was like a deli or store that is a turn off - why not make homemade chips on the side of sandwiches - if you are a pub homemade chips would be awesome!! The first time we came our group thought the wings were amazing but after this last experience I don't know if I'd come back just for the wings? A group of the wait staff sat at a table behind us going in and out of the booth talking it wasn't pleasant - they shouldn't congregate in dining area. I think the solve is better management. The positives are the beer selection is amazing, lots of TV's for sporting events, the wings are great and it is a very clean looking restaurant. We were there on a Tuesday @ about 6pm.
(3)Kelly B.
Next to the Lehigh Valley Mall, this pub has a very wide selection of beers and a basic sporty decor, with numerous TVs. They even have a few interesting bar drinks. Service is quite good, but the limited pub food menu needs some work. The cuts of meat are not the best, so you will get lots of grizzle with your sandwiches, or grilled frozen burgers. The basket of fries were nothing special and a bit cold. Had a drink called the Liquid Werthers (which may have some copyright issues in the future since it is suppose to be the alcoholic version of the candy) which was quite good. If all you are looking for is beer and sports on a TV, you might want to stop by here. If you are hungry, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
(2)Deb M.
Excellent draft beer selection and great prices. 16 oz pour of Bells Two-Hearted for $5? Fantastic. The food was a bit of a miss though. Ordered spinach artichoke dip which came out cold...not just not hot, but out of the cooler cold. They did redo it for us, but it wasn't a good first impression. Buffalo chicken salad was adequate (excellent blue cheese dressing) but had whole lettuce leaves. Really? You serve it in a big deep round bowl and then I have to try to cut the lettuce in that? Will definitely go back for the draft list and will probably try the burgers.
(3)Tanya G.
Love their wings! Especially on Tuesday Wing night they are half price. I definitely think they should make it a little cozier when it comes to their seating but can't complain with their huge selection of beer they have on that blackboard. Hubby is a fan :)
(4)James B.
Horrible service. I don't see how this bar can last. It's always empty compared to other in its same class ie pjs. It took forever just to get drinks and there were only 10 people at the bar.
(2)Christine R.
51 beers on tap. Gotta love that! Prices for the beers are reasonable as well. Will come back for drinks. When you drink, you need some food! Menu is pretty bad, even for bar food. Not many choices that interest me or my 3 friends. I looked at the burger offering and hoping to find something a bit heathier, like a turkey burger and maybe sweet potato fries- no such offering for either. Bummer. So I got a cup of vegetable soup, which was very, very good. I also got the wings. YUCK. Soggy wings! The worst! I also ordered celery and blue cheese on the side, which they charge extra for...what! Are you kidding me? So for an extra charge, I got 4 thin pieces of celery and blue cheese. That really annoyed me. I did order more celery and the waitress brought over a small plate full which I was happy for. I don't know if I was charged even more for it or not (bill was split between friends) but I was still annoyed that it wasn't part of the order for wings. Two of my friends got the fish tacos and both said it was "alright". Server was nice and took care of us, checking to see if we needed more drinks. However, I am really dissappointed with the menu offerings and how bad the wings were. And when I commented to the server about the wings, she didn't really care about my opinion or offer to tell the manager. Another dissappointment. Atmosphere was okay, just got really noisy in the bar area around 8pm. And it was kinda drafty by the windows, where the tables in the bar are located. I'll be back, but just drinks; I'll go elsewhere to eat.
(3)Jan M.
Great wings. great fries. Best burgers we've had in a long time plus fast, great service. We love this place!
(4)Matthew B.
I see their was a bad review below but i thought it was pretty good. I was there on a Saturday night around 8 pm and they had two bartenders working and i never had a dry glass. The food was excellent and i couldn't have expected better. The only thing that was weird was that it was n't as busy as it should have been for a Saturday night, but they were only open for about a month or so when i visited their. And yes their was 90's music, but i haven't heard most those songs in over a decade so it was exciting for me.
(4)N S.
Keystone Whitehall has the best craft beer selection around. With 51 taps, there is something to please everyone, craft or domestic. The food is as good as bar food can be. The wings, onion rings, black diamond steak sandwich and nachos are outstanding. I don't understand the comments about the atmosphere. This is a bar, a fantastic beer bar. What kind of theme do you need? There is a beer list that changes weekly. Craft beers - that's my theme. Yes, there are other bars in the LV with some great beers on tap, but Keystone in Whitehall always has something to please everyone. I prefer porters and stouts, and they always have a few of those on tap, along with the IPA's & Belgians. As for themes, the have special beer events. There was Christmas in July with a Dogfish Head tap takeover and a Weyerbacher tap takeover in late August. That's the kind of theme I like. Beer my atmosphere. Keystone Pub in Bethllehem is well established and have now opened a fantastic bar in Whitehall. I'm so happy and thankful that I have a great bar to go to that's close to home. I no longer have to drive to Bethlehem or Easton. There hasn't been a decent bar in Whitehall, and now we have an exceptional one!!!
