Good service. Similar to all IHOPS. Big parking lot which we don't see at most IHOPS in NYC.

I know this place isn't exactly good for you but it's undeniably delicious! The staff is so-so and sometimes not as attentive as other locations but the food is delicious and he coffee hits the spot!

Staff was very friendly and the food was pretty good. My only complaint about this place was that they only take their own coupons that they make and not any of the IHOP coupons that come in the Sunday paper. Way to ruin a customers experience and ensure they'll never come back over a $5 coupon... Great business decisions management. Oh... They'll be sure to point out the sign on thats taped to the window while they try to justify their decision... Stupid!

Came here for the endless pancake special that was not so "special". Keep in mind we came around 10:00 on a weekday... It was so cold that the staff all had on sweaters and kept adjusting the thermostat to no avail. It seemed that collectively the staff could have thought of any other place on planet Earth or Mars that they would have rather been than here. Even when I ordered a second round of pancakes it seemed like an annoyance to my server, One star because my food was good, but the atmosphere just killed my experience. I will not be revisiting this location. Plus, a little inconvenient to enter and exit this shopping center.

Hello john here.. I went to ihop on 6-30-2015 at 100pm after a long absence. You never know what you're going to get at this place. It can be very good and then it can be very bad however they are never consistent with the good. I don't expect fine dining at ihop, but I do expect hot food and a competent waiter/waitress. The last experience was just ok pancakes were hot,but the coffee was lukewarm.I will return maybe once or twice to see if things have gotten better and leave a more specific detailed review.

I was blown away by the excellent service I received when I was here over the weekend. It was a Sunday morning and the wait was rather short. We waited 10 minutes for a seat, even though were were given a wait time of 15-20 minutes. When we were seated, the waitress came to take pour drink order and brought the drinks out quickly. Extremely attentive service and the food came out 5 minutes after we ordered. Everything was cooked perfectly, and we were in and out within 45 minutes. Obviously, the pancakes were the star of the meal, but the eggs and omelets were good too. I will definitely come back here again.

Ordered food to go to bring to sesame place, since the food there is horrendous. The food was delicious and hot. Got the omelet with steak n hash brown in it and fluffy harvest nut grain pancakes. It was superbly delicious, everything. My kids loved the pancakes n devoured them like I didn't feed them breakfast....lol The omelet portion was huge that I had when we arrived at the park n finished it after a 3 hrs of swimming. It was still delicious at the end, even when the omelet was cold. Oh my husband, enjoyed n devoured his omelet in one sitting. He went in beast mode when he ate the omelet. And I think he could have had another if it was free...lol Great bargain to get good before entering the park. No regrest, just fresh food all the way.

I haven't been here in a while but my niece wanted eggs for dinner. We had a fantastic waitress who went out of her way to make sure she could get my niece an order fixed a certain way . My meal was served exactly as ordered. I had a coupon flyer when I left. The cashier took off the wrong coupon and when I asked her to fix it she want too happy. Fortunately she did adjust and the extra money went straight into bumping up the tip to over 30%. Only negative, the first diet coke I got had some root beer flavoring mixed in. The waitress went to a different machine and got me a new one. I had this problem previously. I guess this isn't being fixed any time soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would.... Let's start from the top, shall we?! To begin with we were a party of 6 - 4 adults 2 children. We had to wait approximately 30 min for a table AND two available high chairs... While standing there someone in our party counted at least 6 high chairs so we were a bit irritated considering this IHOP is less than a mile away from Sesame place you'd think there would be at least double that amount. Okay so now here comes the kicker - we watched these 2 guys walk in a good 20 mins after we were already sitting there and one of them asked the hostess with the shoulder length dark brown hair with glasses if she could 'do anything about their wait' and handed her a $5 bill!!!!!!! Now the right thing to do would have been to give it back and inform him seating is first come, first serve, right?! Not for this hostess! She kept the tip and nodded in agreement. . . You're meaning to tell me miss hostess you're going to take a bribe over seating a group with 2 hungry and impatient little girls?! Our server was nice but she was very slow... Took us forever to get utensils. The food was just okay - nothing memorable. So now here's the second kicker... I had a 10% off coupon in the Retail Me Not App.... It doesn't have any rules right?! Miss hostess girl wouldn't accept it bc it was a holiday (Columbus Day) and they weren't accepting coupons - I think she just couldn't be bothered to key it into the system and used that as a bs excuse.... I didn't put up an argument bc we just wanted to get it of there BUT REALLY?! I can't get 4.50 off my bill but you can accept a $5 bribe?!?! Never EVER again will I visit this IHOP! I hope someone for the company reads this and she gets fired!!!

My experience there was one that I will forever be haunted by for the rest of my life. While I was pouring out my syrup onto my pancakes A ROACH CAME OUT IN MY SYRUP!!!! I was so shocked, disgusted, and scared, that by the time the manager came over after I screamed, my hands were still in the pouring position. I immediately let him know the situation. He attempted to ask me what I was eating so he could make another one. But, he failed to understand that after seeing a roach belly up in syrup my appetite had left the building. My three guests and I piled our half eaten meals on the table, tipped the waitress (it was not her fault), and left without paying the bill. I will never go back there again. I SOLELY created a yelp to spread the word...you're welcome.

Ahh, "IHOP CHURCH." That's what we have begun to call it. This place is literally church to my family. Every Sunday, religiously, we're there for breakfast and brunch before moving on to Target and Guitar Center. That may seem like a lame family ritual to you, but if you ever witness a group of four people inexplicably laughing so hard they're crying over their pancakes, that's probably us. Yes, there is a wait on Sundays. But the difference between this IHOP and other IHOPs, or any breakfast place on a Sunday morning for that matter, is that these guys are PROS. A 20 minute wait is really all we've ever experienced here, even at its busiest, even on Mother's Day and Father's Day. It runs like a well-oiled machine. And yet, the servers NEVER make you feel rushed or push you out the door. I don't know how they do it. Divine intervention? Just kidding. I should stop with the sacrilege. Anyway, friendly service, good pancakes, health-conscious options, and not having to wait an exorbitant amount of time. Consistently positive experiences every week for the past five years? Good enough for me!

Went here with the family recently and it was disappointing. It was not busy and it was over staffed for the entire time we were there. Why then was my stack of pancakes and hash-browns COLD when I received them? My corn beef hash was barely warm and I had to send everything back to be reheated. The waitress was very nice but the kitchen must have been 1/2 asleep. I might go back there for breakfast sometime and hope for a better kitchen staff - but we won't be returning there anytime soon for dinner.

Nothing ruins a meal like a bad @$$ whining kid, and it seems I sit next to one every time I go there. That's not the fault fo the restaurant. Darwin is the greatest waiter I've ever had at ANY restaurant. Nice "diamond in the rough" sort of deal. They still have Boysenberry syrup where other ones do not!!!

Best IHOP around these parts! Clean, large dining areas, clean bathroom, friendly service, and good food. It's IHOP, I get what I expect here and if given the choice, I'd choose this location above all others. I enjoy coming here if I'm going to go the IHOP route and not a hip diner or some city brunch. The second best choice is the older, but great workhorse location at the junction of Roosevelt Blvd and Haldeman Ave.

when ever you visit one of these chain restaurant's you really take your lie in your hands, by that I mean there are some very good cooks who work there but even they need a day off, on the 2 occasions I visited this location, they couldn't even get pancakes right, they were flat, dry and almost un eatable, I sent he order back twice and not getting a proper stack I took my family and left and went home and made our own, what a difference a little milk does to the batter, save your money & cook at home

Glad I found this place to have a good breakfast. Fast service, ultra-attentive, and the cook is pretty good. While other IHOPs may be better, but there are a lot of other ones that do not match up with this one. While this place may be packed on the weekends, during the week it is not too full to enjoy a nice and quiet breakfast.

Our family found this place close to our roadtrip stopover hotel and although had the misfortune to visit on a Sunday just before noon, we had a good experience. They happened to have their "all-you-can-eat" pancake specials so we ordered that and finished about 5 pancakes each on top of our eggs, greasy salty delicious breakfast proteins (I special requested and received 2 ham/2 bacon/2 links) and mountains of hash browns. The "over medium" eggs came out over easy but the hostess was extremely efficient in supplying fresh iced teas and pancakes and our requests for ketchup and Cholula. We tipped generously. The manager was fast at getting the line at the door moving although they forgot to get us our high chair and I had to point out that they almost forgot to seat us (having crossed us off prematurely when they sat a belated earlier table). I love you, IHOP!

It's an IHOP... Nothing really special. We ordered, got our food, and ate. Personally, I got the Philly cheesesteak because I was near Philly ;-) .... When in Rome... It was all right, but I'm really looking for a real, genuine, Philly cheesesteak.
