My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent breakfast. One of the best crepes I have ever had. The food is plentiful. Large menu and great service. Will definitely be coming here again.

They have a nice coffee shop atmosphere. Lot of choices for breakfast or lunch at reasonable prices. Service was prompt and courteous. Tried the nutella and banana crepe, nothing fancy or special about it but my daughter love it. Found out this place used to be called Penn's table.

When it was Penns Table, it was great, but now the length of time to wait for food is unacceptable. We're going on 30 minutes for our food....on Fathers Day! Not a good way to start off the day...

First time at Julie's. Just got done an enjoyable brunch! We got seated right away, friendly and efficient server, and food was good! Fast service too and it was busy! They also got the order right - not often the case when I order breakfast. Reasonably priced. We will be back.

My wife and I decided to try this new restaurant and we were very disappointed by our experience. We went on a Saturday morning when it wasn't very busy but, even so, the service was very slow. I eventually ordered one of the savory crepes (mushroom) and it came swimming in a liquid that made it inedible. It was like having crepe soup. I honestly don't understand how the kitchen could have let this be served - it was truly terrible. My wife had Eggs Benedict which was average, at best. The final disappointment was the size of the coffee cups (or coffee thimbles as my wife called them). Combine this with the slow service and I spent most of my time waiting for coffee and not drinking it. I don't think we'll be going back soon.

I went to Julie's on a Monday at lunch-time, looking for a new breakfast-any-time place. My order: (eggs, homefries, toast) was pretty easy, so no complaints there. The menu promised some more intriguing future options with a variety of crepes and interesting sandwich combinations. I was most impressed with the service. There were a number of senior citizens dining there and I noticed that the hostess and the waitresses greeted all of these regulars by name, gave them hugs, and took their time conversing with them. It was clear that these patrons appreciated the personal attention, and I was touched by the time that the staff spent with them, rather than rushing off to get the next order. My only complaint was the decor. The artwork and the garish flashing Eiffel tower nodded to the French roots. However the quotes on the wall were from William Penn and the pennants made up of American flags. The light fixtures have cheap looking red fabric around the bulbs and the windows are cluttered with an odd assortment of colored pillows. So, a bit of an identity crisis when it comes to the interior design.

Average food is the best I can say. Pancakes are chewy, hard to cut with a table knife. Coffee is below-average diner coffee; local coffee from West Chester, but a blend that has no body and tastes more like hot water. Bacon is good, eggs are...eggs. Prices are okay...but "okay prices for just okay food" is not a sales pitch. No reason to go back.

Cute place, great service, quick and efficient. Julie, the owner came around to the tables for coffee service and was both warm and professional. Menu was typical for a breakfast cafe only better due to the variety of crepes available. All in all, everything was good, aside from our realization that the cappuccino was powder based...subpar for a French owner..apparently Julie is a tea drinker lol

I haven't seen a crape on a menu in years. I ordered the salmon w/dill and it was perfect for a Sunday morning breakfast. I asked super well done home fries and that is exactly what I received. The service was fast and friendly. I will be back.

Food and service were much better when it was Penn's Table. Not even orange marmalade!!

This was a nice breakfast and lunch place. They have a full breakfast and lunch menu including a selection of crepes. We just wish there were more options with the crepes. We tried the chicken curry crepe and the smoked salmon crepe which were great! We also got the banana lime crepe which was okay. The lime flavor was just a little over powering. Next time we are in town we will definitely go back!

It's never acceptable to wait over 30 minutes for a crepe. We're here on a Wednesday morning with only 6 tables occupied. Dissapointing. Not sure of our food will ever arrive. 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, hash browns and a curry chicken crepe.
