Four stars for this place because it's exactly what it declares itself to be; an old school, short-order joint. I've been here several times. The breakfast menu is your standard eggs and pancakes fare. They are consistently fast in getting you seated and getting food out to the table, even when the place is crowded. The kielbasa scramble is very tasty, but my new fave for breakfast is the corn beef hash with eggs and rye toast. Friendly service, hot tasty food on a warmed plate, fast prep, fair prices. I'm becoming a regular.

I eat here pretty often. I really love the food (if you like home cooking, you'll love it) and everyone has always been friendly.

I like going to Lorie's for hot, hearty and very filling breakfast! I like their log cabin look and indoor decor. Good sandwich selection also. It's the kind of down home cooking place you're always looking for.

Been there a few times. It looks like the kitchen staff busts their ass while the servers stand around. The kitchen staff should get a raise for actually working hard and getting food out fast. That is if the servers come pick it up in a timely fashion

A cute little restaurant. We enjoyed our lunch and good service, however the food in my opinion was average. We eat much better back East where we come from. Still, I'd recommend this because of the atmosphere and friendly service.

Soggy Belgian waffles, cold home fries. Not sure what took so long for our waitress to take our order as she almost got one of them correct. bob evens meets a taxidermy shop and taxidermy better than food or service.

What you see is what you get at Lori's. Basic "stick to your ribs" food, served quickly at a reasonable price. Often a long line at dinner but they turn the tables quickly. The staff is very welcoming.

Food was good. Cracker Barrel-ish type menu, decor. Excellent service. A nice place for Sunday lunch with the family.

Stopped buy Lorie's Wildridge this morning for breakfast, at 7:30 am when my dad and I arrived they were not busy at all. We were immediately seated and the waitress poured our coffee and left us to decide what we wanted. We waited more than 8 minutes while a group of waitresses including ours stood around the counter chatting, laughing and having a good time amongst them selves. My dad kept looking at our waitress who wouldn't even look our direction because she was so caught up in conversations with the others. We decided to leave and eat at Cracker Barrel where we were promptly waited on and served. I've eaten at Lorie's in the past, the food is good and the service has been better, this time the service was the pits and I may not be back. There is no excuse for this kind of laziness from the emp;employees.

Lorie's has excellent hamburgers and milkshakes. You can get breakfast any time of the day, which is a big plus for breakfast lovers. It has an unique ambiance of dead animals on the wall that I could do without. Also they allow smoking at the 5-person bar area, which is right next to the non-smoking area. It doesn't get too overly smoky, but I think it should be separated. The smoking area in the back, 6 booths has terrible ventilation...so be prepared if you sit there. It's a good deal with good food.
