Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Loved the freshly made-that-day pasta. Loved the choices of pasta, sauce, and protein. The combo was a perfect sized lunch. A great addition to Peach Street options.

Really enjoyed the two pasta dishes I tried. First dish was whole wheat pasta with vodka sauce and meatballs; second was spirals with bolognese sauce. The small portion size was a bit too small, so I'd recommend the medium if you want to fill up. Breadsticks were also good and garlicky (2 for a buck). All in all a good value with a friendly staff. Will definitely be returning to try more of their great selection.

Went with a group of 4 co-workers at lunch time. It was not busy when we arrived. System for multiple orders appeared to need some modifications. Our orders were all to-go. It took about 25 minutes. A few errors in meal preperation were noted once we got back to work. Pasta was well done but good portion size . Salad was skimpy. Bread sticks were really bread knots with no seasoning. Would like to try it again after they have been open for a little longer.

We decided to try this place some time back because we were in the area and it looked interesting. I suppose that coming by at lunchtime and seeing the place completely void of customers should've been our first indicator. Yet, we went in for a meal anyway since it was what we had decided to check out. Yeah, it's great that the pasta is fresh cut and boiled to order, but the sheets of pasta are shipped in from another company, they're not even fresh made on premises... who knows how long previously the pasta had actually been made? I had a double order of spaghetti with bolognese sauce (which was very watery and most of it was at the bottom of the container) while my wife had a double fettuccine with alfredo sauce (which, likewise, most of the sauce ended up at the bottom of the container). The pasta was very dry tasting, the sauce was lacking, and we both left hungry (even though we ordered breadsticks and drinks in addition). For our money, it was most definitely not worth the trip or the price. Most entertaining for us was the fact that the person making the food was decked out in clothes boasting Stevo's Pizza (another local restaurant) logos. Will we be back to this location? No. Nothing at all could bring us back (unless prices were cut in half of what we were charged for what we were given).

Since I frequent the Target next to it, I had assumed by the extremely professional appearance of its sign that it was some new Italian chain restaurant making its way into the plaza. Today, I arrived five minutes before they opened and the employees invited me right in. In our conversation, I was pleased to discover that this was not a chain, but a locally-owned "fast" Italian restaurant. I witnessed the employees cutting the day's fresh pasta. Yes, this is not only "fast" Italian, but's it's also fresh. Overall, I was impressed. It's essentially taking the Chipotle model and applying it to Italian. Choose your size, choose your noodle, choose your sauce, choose your meat. They boiled the noodles right in front of me and had it to my table in about five minutes. I had the spinach fettuccine noodles with the three cheese sauce and it was flavorful. I sopped the remaining sauce up with my garlic-heavy (in a good way) breadsticks and left satisfied. Overall, consider it was fast Italian, I was impressed and I will definitely be back.

Not terribly impressed. $10.50 for my combo meal & I'm still hungry. Employees were nice and friendly, but portion sizes were small. I got the small cavatelli with marinara and they filled the small sized container less than half way. I could've gone to Olive Garden and gotten more for the money. Their sauce is a sweet sauce. My husband got the fettuccini with Alfredo sauce in the medium size (which was filled to the top of the container) & he loved it.

It is about time that erie has a new place to eat!! This place is a little small but the pasta was cooked to perfection! The attendant was really really nice and very helpful!!!! This is nice take on fast food pasta style. If you like a good fresh pasta this is a must try. Although I was a little disappointed that the pasta was not made in the shop. It comes in from Ohio but it tastes amazing!!!!!

I drove past and saw this place was open so I decided to give it a try. It wasn't busy at all since I don't think people know it is open. It's an interesting concept and the people working were happy to explain. You pick a size, then a pasta, then sauce, then extras. I picked a double order of cheese ravioli with Alfredo and topped with chicken. Yes, I'm aware it's a heart attack waiting to happen... anyways. They boil the pasta after you order it. So it takes a few minutes. The ravioli was pretty good. There was a good amount of filling in it. They were cooked a little further than I usually prefer. Maybe they are still working out the kinks. The Alfredo was ok... it wasn't the best I've ever had but wasn't the worst either. The chicken really wasn't good at all though. The taste wasn't great and there were lots of pieces of cartilage. I might go back and try it again after they establish a little more. They also had soups, breadsticks, and a pasta salad you could add what you wanted to. It's a neat concept hopefully they can perfect the execution
