Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. The pizza and garlic knots are great but you have to order it and sit there and wait because every time I call in they lose my order.

If we were going on the food alone it would be 5 stars with no hesitation. The veal parm is to die for. The quality of the sauce is very very high and the veal itself is fantastic. The reason for only 2 stars is how absolutely terrible their customer service is. I can't put into words how frustrating it is dealing with them. The young girl that works behind the counter is so incredibly rude. I am a manager at a $4+ million a year restaurant and if I ever heard my staff speak to a guest like they do at joes they would be fired in a New York minute. I have been in the middle of giving my order and been hung up on because they thought I was finished. I battle all the time about if I want to eat there because of how terrible the service is. If you want good Italian food this is the place but if you get angry about HORRENDOUS customer service then stay clear of here. Hopefully they can get it taken care of soon because reading other reviews this is a commonality.

Saturday night we ran over to try Joes on our quest for great pizza. This was a fail. The pizza is too think for us and did not have the chewiness I expect and love. The sauce was bla too. There was plenty of cheese which is good for us. I think they might be good for the crazy cheese steak pizza and not so great for the regulars. Service was just average, as we the restaurant.

Stopped by Sunday, about 5pm. First time. The place was empty. Although the phone rang repeatedly; apparently with orders coming in. The guy behind the counter looks like he was hired this morning. Dirty street clothes. He spoke like my uncles, "Yo. What yousguyz need?" We didn't have a lot of time so we went with the pre-made slice option. My order was two slices of their deluxe: One was, "four cheese basil" and the other, "cheeseburger". Both were just okay. Old cheeseburger pizza is crispy on the bottom but soggy towards center. Old four cheese pizza is soggy all the way through. I would wait for a fresh pizza next time. A little pricy. Four slices and two bottled waters: $15.

Ordered a bruchetta pizza and was disappointed. Unfortunately the crust was so thin that the topping slid right off the pie when I picked up a slice. Maybe the regular cheese pizza might be good but at this point I'm not willing to try.

We go to Joe's a few times a month. They are very friendly and their service is always fast. The pizza, cheese steaks and hoagies are great. The atmosphere is casual and great for families.

Hour and a half delivery, pizza is cold. No discount, no apologies. Called and they just said "whatever, we're busy". Done.
