The place is very strange when you first walk in but don't be alarmed. The quality, price and taste are fantastic! Can't wait to go back and try different stuff. Had the pad Thai, fresh rolls and their version of crab Rangoons. They call it thong something. It was all very good and the plating was surprising taking the look and feel of the place in consideration. You won't be disappointed

Amazing food!!! We saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to try it. I'm so glad we did. The Thai iced tea is very unusual it was too sweet for my liking but the food was so shockingly good.

Awesome authentic Thai. If you are looking for BS Thai like White Orchid at the Promenade, you should stay out of here. This is the real deal. My husband and I have eaten here over 50 times and it always is a pleasure.

This place is nice and cute. It's kind of hidden but once you find it, it's like a hidden gem. The food was great, especially liked their pad thai noodles. Love that they use the really small size noodles, it's soaks up the sauce really well. The staff was really friendly. If I'm in the area again I will be back.

Not my first time here and it won't be my last! Last night I had the Red Snapper. The presentation was awesome. Lightly tempura with fresh pineapple on a bed of greens and vegetables served with rice. The fish was prefect. Tender, moist and tasty. I've eaten here a few times and the food is always fresh and well prepared. The prices are extremely reasonable. The restaurant is back off the lobby of the building. Ok, that was different the first time I came. The only time I had to wait is when they were really busy. The servers are always polite and friendly. This"hidden gem" is not such a secret anymore! Found out the"old man" used to be the owner. I understand its the Thai culture to respect their elders so refusing him access to the restaurant would never cross they're minds.

This is hands down the best Thai Food in the Lehigh Valley. Awesome owner and great food to boot. I recommend any of the Thai Curries as they are all full of flavor. They just re-opened today and I must say the Chef hasn't lost his touch one bit. The food is so tasty and authentic here I guarantee you'll be addicted like my wife and I! We just can't be enough of this place! This restaurant is definitely one of the hidden gems of downtown Historic Easton. Come here to experience what REAL Thai Food is supposed to taste like!

Hidden gem. The prices are great. The food is great. That's basically all you need to know. ;) The spring rolls are excellent. Curries are fantastic and the pineapple fried rice has fresh pineapple in it (not canned). I only wish I would have started eating here sooner. I also wish I had room for dessert the last time I went here. The only complaint people could possibly have is the slow service... but get over it or eat somewhere else if you're in a rush. Definitely the best Thai restaurant in Easton... and all of eastern PA. I would come here instead of Phenom or Thai Thai II if you're looking for great Thai in that area. Don't be off-put by the sometimes dirty collection of fish tanks in the vestibule.

Never again. There was a creepy older gentleman hovering about in a motorized chair there that asked my date and I to leave mid way through our meal because he and the owner had a long drive home that night. The food was really good, but thanks to chair guy, I'll never set foot in that place again!!

Last evening we were driving by and decided to grab some takeout. Living in the area for many years this was / is one of our favorites. Last night - somewhat disappointed. We ordered the Spring Rolls, Chicken Cashew and Gang Keaw Wan (Green Curry and Chicken). The first bummer - spring roll dipping sauce now in mcdonalds type packaging?? What? They used to pack up what I thought was their own...springs were a bit over cooked although good flavor. The Flavors with the two entrees were standard touch of Thai excellence. The let down here - we ordered with chicken. If I found three little pieces that was it!! Seriously. Adding insult to injury one piece had a nice crunchy piece of cartilage. One of the few let downs here. May only come for dinner and skip the take out..

Just went to this place. Really good stuff. One of the better Thai places I've been. This place doesn't look like much, but don't let that deter you. The food is as good if not better than Thai Thai. The prices are better too. I've been there twice and enjoyed the pad thai, pad kee maw and the spring rolls. All are delicious and taste on par with some of the best thai restaurants I've been (Thai Thai, Bangkok Gardens in Columbia, MO).

Definitely a hidden gem. This has got to be the best thai food I have ever had. the thai iced tea is a little sweet, but the food is absolutely fantastic. Ambiance is a little dreary, but it really just doesn't matter. Their food speaks for itself.

We were on our way back home from upstate New York, it was getting late and we stopped here 30mins before they closed. The hostess was wonderful. We are vegetarian and she directed us patiently around the menus pointing out what had fish sauce and what didn't. The food was phenomenal. Spicy food was spicy and the mild was awesome. The flavors were awesome and the vegetables were very fresh. Highly recommend.

We decided to try this place after seeing it on Yelp. We like Thai food, but the only Thai place we've been to in the area (White Orchid at the Promenade) is flat out terrible. My wife and I shared the Curry Puffs, Green Papaya Salad, and the Fresh Rolls. The Curry Puffs were hand made and were very much like Chinese Ga Li Jiao. They were flaky, savory and with just the right combination of seasoning. The Green Papaya Salad was spectacular. The shredded papaya was crunchy and dressed with a tangy and fiery dressing that was sweet, salty and sour in just the right amounts with a generous amount of heat. The Fresh Rolls were great, over sized rolls with bean sprouts, basil, and fresh tofu accompanied by a refreshing sweet plum sauce with peanuts. For entrees, we had the Pad Thai and Pad Prik King with beef. The Pad Thai was delicious. The noodles were perfect in texture without being too sticky or too soft. The ingredients were in the the right proportions so every bite was a perfect blend of noodle, vegetable, and protein. The seasoning was outstanding. The Pad Prik King was also good, but a bit salty. The string beans were cooked well so that they were still crunchy and the beef was tender. The basil chili sauce had nice spice but was a tad salty. Not a big deal once eaten with rice. The older gentleman who was our waiter was also very nice, although there can be language challenges. The decor and atmosphere as indicated in earlier posts could be off-putting, but that all disappears after the first bite. The plating is also very nice. Overall, this is one the best Thai place I've been to in the area. With exception of some places near Univ of Penn, I'd be hard pressed to name a better Thai restaurant. The prices also can't be beat. We had all this food plus a Thai iced coffee for less than $40. Highly Recommend. It's legit. Update 7/6/14: I've had the Drunken Noodles w/beef 5-6 times now. It's the best Drunken Noodle I've had...ever. For folks not sure what it is, it's basically stir fried dry Chow Fun noodle (not sauced up) with baby bok choy, beef, egg, thai basil. It's crazy good, and if I had to choose between it and world peace, you people are screwed.

Great little Thai restaurant in Easton. Reasonably priced for quality Thai food. Don't let the location deter you. I had the chicken stay and pad see ewe which were both terrific. Don't forget BYOB!

Great quality food and reasonable prices. You can't go wrong. Must have: Tom yum with shrimp, gang dom curry with tofu, pad krawpik with chicken. Going back very soon!!

Hidden gem for sure! Went here for lunch while visiting my mom in Easton, PA. The good was fresh and delicious. Better than half the Thai places in have tried in NYC. I will definitely be back!

Lots of 're idea say it's been going downhill. I'm pretty surprised that the place had 4 stars. I went in and sitting right in front of the door was an old man that stared us down. We were not greeted and the place looked filthy. Don't bother going in.

The sleeper hit of our three-week cross-country journey. We pulled off the interstate in Easton simply because it was time for dinner, and feel really lucky that we did. It was a one-man operation when we were there -- making his ability to serve a family of 5 that much more impressive -- but I got the feeling it isn't always. A cast of characters came in and out and of dining room -- everybody seemed to know each other, and some came simply to chat, not to eat. We had drunken noodles, curry duck, fried rice, chicken sate and a couple more apps and the chef nailed everything. I begged for spicy-spicy-spicy noodles, and he really did it. (Usually Thai chefs don't trust gringos on their heat tolerance. But he took me at my word!) The skin on the duck was crisp, and the bang of the curry was downright exotic and all-hands-on-deck. First time I've had bamboo in a curry that didn't taste like a tin can. In fact, all of the veggies were fresh and crisp-tender. I don't know how he cooked it all so fast and timed everything together, but it was perfect. Even the kids, who were wary of the foreign menu, called it the best meal of the trip. If I'd known it was BYOB, I would have taken advantage. But alas, that is for next time. (And yes, I'd totally route my next vacation through Easton just to eat here again.)

So, this has been my favorite local Thai spot for years. Tonight we went with friends and our 20 month old son. It took half an hour for the server to take our order, which we let slide since they got hit with several tables at once. When we finally ordered, there was confusion about our order, which we attempted to ameliorate to little avail. After another 45 mins, (and no appetizers), the waiter came over and said he was confused, and asked if we were staying. He left the table. Another waiter (who spoke better english), said the other waiter thought we were leaving and never placed our order. Why would we be sitting for a hour if we were leaving? Needless to say, we left. Sad to say I won't be going back.

Excellent Thai food. Very authentic with explosive flavors and sauces. Thai iced tea is superb. I ordered the pad thai with pork, I know its a bit tame but to be honest there was such an array of different dishes on the menu I wanted to try I was a bit overwhelmed. I will certainly go back and when I do I will try something a bit more off the beaten path. Only drawback was the fact that I wanted to try the pork spring rolls badly after the recommendations of other reviewers and they were all out.

I've recently become a huge fan of Thai food, and I definitely enjoyed my meal here. My husband had a stir fry vegetable dish that was a HUGE portion, and I had pork pad thai. We shared the pork spring rolls. Our food was very good - we would probably go back. It's a tiny place and the service was good. There is only one chef from what we heard, so we did wait awhile for our food. But it's BYOB - so we enjoyed some wine while we waited. The pad thai was very good - probably my second favorite in the area. We also were talked into an ice cream dessert, which was different, but very good. Three gigantic scoops of ice cream (coconut, ginger and mango) each with great flavors. Next time I will try something a little different, but since there are other thai places closer to where we live that we enjoy more, it might be awhile.

I ordered takeout. The prices seemed a little high at first, but they included your choice of meat and the portions were very generous. I had the pad Thai and the coconut soup. Both were very delicious. I'll be back.

Moving from a city to the suburbs, we had a bit of culture shock in terms of lack of ethnic food. I have to say Touch of Thai is awesome. Decor is subtle, food is solid. Hands down, best Thai in the area!

I found this restaurant through Yelp (Having 5 stars) and boy can I tell you it has earned those stars. The food is tasty, the service is great, and it will not break the bank. I can't wait to go back and try something different. Don't forget to B.Y.O.B. if you want to have spirits with your meal.

My niece and I went her for lunch. We arrived at 12:00. Our springs rolls arrived at 12:30. While we waited we watched the waitress cutting flowers, pouring water into the vases and setting up. Shouldn't she have done this BEFORE people arrived? She also never asked what we wanted-nope-no drinks, no food nothing-nor did she really greet us, odd! I called her over, several times and she seemed shocked that I would do so! Hello lady-that's yer stinkin job, no? Spring rolls (i think vegetable) were not good. Wouldn't get those again. My niece ordered cashew chicken which was lukewarm at best but tasty and I ordered a curry thing with chicken and potatoes which my niece suggested. Mine was hot and tasty. also-I told her her website said the place opens at 4pm..she didn't seem to care. Also, there was an older umm..creepy type gentleman setting up aquariums in the vestibule before you enter the resturant! ODD..ODD.ODD! That beign said I would try it again..guess I'm a glutton. Plus like I said, my dish was good! lol

I absolutely adore this Thai place. The little old woman who operates it is simply the sweetest. Everything is made fresh to order so sometimes it takes a bit, as Crystal said. Order the spring rolls, enjoy your company and BYOB, it's worth it.

Unfortunately I cannot review their food because we ordered for pick up, got home and found my order completely wrong. Called, went back for the correct item, got home and even after verbally verifying the correct order, guess what? Wrong again. Went back for a THIRD time - for a refund. Needless to say, that was my first and last experience with Touch of Thai.

Fist time I went to Touch of Thai. Would not say that decor is elegant but instead, cozy and authentic . And that's how I would describe the food, cozy and authentic . New if you want the best Thai food in the area, this is the place to go.

The food here is pretty delicious. There were three of us and we started with the ribs, which were perfectly seasoned and presented. There were nearly enough ribs for us to have two each. For the main I ordered the duck red paste chefs special curry which had pineapple and cherry tomatoes in. It was tangy yet savory with more than enough of the tender, juicy fall of the bone duck to warrant paying the $17. My fellow companions both went for the pad see ewe. I tried some of there's and the noodles were piping hot, the meat was succulent and the broccoli was crisp. I also had the Thai iced tea, it was stronger than I normally like but still good. We went in at 8pm on a Wednesday evening and there were no other patrons other than ourselves. This isn't too surprising though seeing as though Easton is a smallish town. I liked the decor, it's very Thai inspired with Buddhas and elephants and bamboos. The guy serving us was lovely, he was polite and attentive. I would definitely visit again.

tom kha vegetable. still flavorful. broccoli, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, scallions, carrots. they did not have fresh rolls. I was sad has a bit of a language issue with the server. but we figured it out by doing a complicated mime routine while whistling the theme to the munsters. saturday night. 5 people. just come eat here.

I'm not even really sure how to articulate my experience here. I love Thai food and since I've moved closer to easton I wanted to check out some places closer to home. Let's begin first at the entrance. The entrance is truly something I haven't seen before. Walk in under kinda tacky lighted sign announcing the pace, past some dank fish tanks, down a hallway which looks like you are entering an apartment building, but probably more so a college dorm. Once you reach the door, you are met with somewhat cold, sterile, and dirty combination. So when you enter through the door, it looks as though you are in someone's house. The way the rooms are divided lends to the apartment building feel. Dark walls, crazy murals, etc. It took forever to someone to take our order, and she wasn't really helpful in answering about vegetarian dishes but I made do. We waited over a half hour for our appetizer, spring rolls, which were actually tasty . Waited like 20 min then dinner came out, heaping plates of Thai food. It wasn't amazing but it was pretty good and definitely better the next day. The couple who was sitting next to us never were provided with utensils or plates and had to track down a waitress for them, to which she gave a nasty look. In the end, my husband stood up and waited for the check and waited to pay as we felt like we would never leave at the rate we were going. Someone else came in to pick up takeout, which due to some miscommunication, wasn't ready at all, which caused quite a stir between the waitress and kitchen, resulting in yelling! I will probably stick to take out from here despite that, otherwise I will allot way more time for dinner if dining in.
