I've been here a couple times over the past few months and have had consistently good service. I've never had a problem with the quality of their food and customer service has been fine.

I wish I would have checked Yelp first. Don't bother if you are considering this restaurant. Yuk.

I only came here because it was close to the auto shop while I waited for new tires. It was early and no one else was in the restaurant. After getting my food I doubt that it gets much busier. I ordered a sandwich and soup combo. I was given my soup first while waiting for the sandwich. The butternut squash soup was tasty but barely even room temperature. It took another 10+ minutes to get my half sandwich. NOT worth any wait.if there was more than an an ounce of chicken I'd be surprised. The bread was burnt on the ends and the 2 tiny tomatoes were hardly worth putting on the sandwich. It was dry and tasteless. And , as others have said, you can't get a cup of ice or a fountain drink, only bottled drinks. I normally give a restaurant 2 visits before a bad review but nothing about this place warrants a second chance. Save your money, this poor excuse for lunch cost over $11.

If you have ever been to a salad works you'll find that this one is just the same as any other. If you want a healthier option you'll be able to find/make it here. Staff was really helpful in ingredient checking. Salads were on par with other locations. Finding vegan food in this area is becoming easier but this location (right next to our hotel) was very convenient.

It only took seeing the poorly maintained salad station twice for me to make the decision not to come here anymore. I can understand how a stray piece of lettuce could get mixed up with the carrots or something before being cleaned up -- there isn't a heck of a lot of space for them to work back there, it seems. However, it is unacceptable for a customer to come to the counter on a slow night and see lettuce all over the place, dripped dressing in another dressing container (splashes of dark balsamic vinegar in white ranch dressing are pretty noticeable...), ingredients mixed with other ingredients, and an overall unkempt appearance which truly made me question the safety and quality of the food. I won't get into the friendliness or competence of the staff of young adults except to say that adult supervision seems to be lacking, and overall indifference is probably the reason for the above mentioned issues. I did submit a brief letter to management to make them aware of the dirty salad case after my visit; my letter was met with a generic, half-hearted response. A shame. This could be one of the better fast/convenience food locations in the area, if improvements were made.

If you're looking for unfriendly customer service, this is the place! Counter girl never made eye contact to acknowledge she had a customer in front of her. Figuring she was busy with inventory or whatnot I waited over a minute while she continued to look down and everywhere but at her customer. After the longest of awkward silences, she finally made it clear she knew I was there, and, still without looking up, asked what I wanted. Clearly I was wasting her time with my patronage, and so I got my salad...but I won't be back!

This place just opened up and I am glad, now I can have my own salad fix, my way :) The staff is friendly and patient, especially if your new to ordering the salads, I highly recommend it

ordered a cobb salad, the guy has all the ingredients together then says, "what do you want instead of avocado?" what? that's part of the point of a cobb salad. i get that restaurants run out of ingredients, and when i got to the end of the salad line( you know, the part AFTER they've made your salad), i saw a tiny sign that said there was a crop issue w/avocados. i really would have rather ordered something else, but the salad was made and i dislike wasting food. it wasn't great. how it's possible to take all the taste out of such colorful ingredients is beyond me. the chicken was cold and tough. chicken pot pie soup was decent. i seriously doubt i will ever eat here again. not because of the avocado issue, but just the general taste. it was blah.

They offer a wide variety of salads to choose from and the food very good. Expect to pay about $8-10 for a nice salad and drink. They offer soup and other extras as well...
