Really great pizza. I think the best in Easton but Antonio's Pizzeria is great as well. Really good chicken and veal parm sandwiches. Everything else is good but not excellent. IMHO... I want to give this 4.5 stars but it's new and has room to get better. Tough market for restaurants in Easton which is hard on owners but great for us! 5 stars for NY style pizza, 4 for the other options and overall.

I usually do not write reviews. My husband and I are new to the area and decided to try this place..Awful food, awful service. Saw an 8 year old run out of the kitchen covered in flour-maybe he microwaved my pizza; no sign of an actual brick oven much less the taste of one. $8 for 2 meatballs-one of which was cut open "so the chef could tell if it was done." Catanzareti's is 5 minutes up the street in the Giant shopping center. Save your money and go there for good and fresh food.

Close to Crayola Factory with off street parking. Reasonable prices, good food and coffee. Kid friendly menu. Highly recommended.

Excellent authentic italian food, everything is fresh and homemade. The chicken francese is the best Ive ever had and the meatballs are one of a kind... With the perfect red sauce. And the pizza is so so good! The service was wonderful and a very pleasant atmosphere! Highly recommended spot.

I have now been to this restaurant twice and felt like it needed a review. I am not going to focus on the service of this restaurant, only the food. The establishment is new, and they are still training their staff. It's not fair to grade them on the service because like all new businesses, they have kinks to work out. I will say the pizzaiolo was really bombarded the second time I went (Friday evening right after work) and he kept his cool the entire time. This poor guy was making pizzas and helping the cashiers check people out. He was definitely multitasking, and he was calm and pleasant the entire time. So, the food. Both times I got pizza. The first time I got an individual Margherita pie. Pizza was good, but I am not a huge fan of this stye. Next time around I ordered a regular large pie. Now the "hook" with this place is that they make their dough fresh daily, hand toss it when you order it, and they import their water from New York - yes, New York. They claim the water makes a difference in the dough (as many other folks do). Well, I don't know if the water makes the difference, but their crust was very good. The cornicione (thats the outer edge crust) was both crispy and chewy with a nice char. It had a very good taste, and was not bready. The rest of the crust was good as well, but I was hoping for a little bit firmer crust to match the cornicione. The sauce had a hint of sweetness, and is made using San Marzano tomatoes. The sauce is definitely high quality and works well with the cheese. They also use a high quality cheese on their pies. Overall this is probably one of the better pies in the Lehigh Valley, and I anticipate them getting better. The pizzaiolo seems to know what he's doing, but he definitely needs more help. I would recommend you visit during non prime times until they get the kinks worked out.

Great service had some problems with a new waitress the manager or owner took good care of us. And the server. The place is new so that's to be expected. But great the way management stepped up. Vodka sauce 2 as fantastic good size and made perfect. Lasagna was also done to perfection. The kids didn't finish their individual pizza so dad had to take care of it. Happy I did just got a plain pizza tonight and it's great

We'll never know what the food tasted like- they packed our to-go order and didn't seal the lids. Needless to say, I'll be cleaning Linguini with Clam Sauce off my kitchen floors tonight :-(

well i went over there for the all you can eat claims and we were waited on by a curly haired blonde who after we were served said we closing no more clams..REALLY !!! tacky, tacky tacky... the next time i ordered from them i ordered a shrimp parm hero that i came to pick-up and they had the audacity to charge me $18.05... for a hero !!! they gave me a side of fries with it, that i didn't ask for !!! i almost fell on the floor, as i stood there looking at the cashier "who was the owner's daughter" i asked her for a menu with the list of prices and was told the price list is on-line.... so i paid and drove the 2 minutes back to my house and immediately pulled there website up and saw a listing for shrimp parm plate with a side of pasta for $16.95... i called them back and spoke to the owner and said thats outrageous and he said next time i come back he'll refund me the $1.00 for the bread the hero's was on ??? go figure ! i thought all hero's come on italian bread that's why there called hero's... anyway i said pick a winner with the buck, you need it more then me i won't be coming back to your restaurant EVER !!! FYI about 50 feet away is sicily 2 a pizzera and they charge $8.50 for a shrimp hero and it comes with a salad it very good and always fresh..... the folks who own ravello's on sullivan trail, have no clue, no customer service, definitely not worth your time you will be ripped off !!!!! do your self a favor and go somewhere else !

Food is very good. Authentic italian. Very good meatballs which are the standard of which to evaluate good italian food. Pizza excellent. Had margharita pie. Husband had spaghetti with meat sauce. Salad average. Nice atmosphere-inviting. Not a 5 star because service not great. Clueless waitress. Very attentive owner. Will definitely return. Would recommend.

We were served two pieces of bread in a large basket for a family of four. Their chopped salad is merely a "tossed" salad. Hopefully they will work out the kinks of being a new restaurant and improve.

First time I tried the Pizza it was delicious, especially the sauce. The next two times I asked for extra cheese and barely had enough to qualify as a normal amount. I mentioned to the staff the importance of a constant product. The last Pizza I got was severely burnt. I called to complain and was told they were having trouble with their ovens. If you're having an issue like that wouldn't you think you might check the pie before it leaves. The person I spoke with seemed very unapologetic and unconcerned that their burnt Pizza ruined my Friday night dinner with my family after a long days work. They use quality ingredients, so when the pie is made correctly it's one of the better tasting Pizzas I've had in a while. Unfortunately, after trying five Pies; twice they scimped on cheese when I paid for extra and the burnt final pie sealed it. I won't give this place another opportunity to ruin another Friday night dinner with my family, I work to hard for my money.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
