It's Olive Garden. The breadsticks are always good but some of ours were burnt. The scallops in my pasta were rubbery and overcooked, they were clearly not pan seared.

I've been here several times and this is the very first time I've been treated by the receptionist named Britney in not so polite and professional manner. She took us to our table and my friend wanted to sit in a different table and instead of just taking us the where my friend wants to sit which is very close to where she wants to sit us, she hesitated and said there's no server assigned to that table. She mentioned it again after she finally agreed to move us to a different table. Is it really a problem if a customer wants to sit in a different table? I want to hear other peoples opinion. Anyway, I gave it a one star bec Megan, our server is very prompt and attentive. There's a bit of an issue as well that's why I only gave Olive Garden a one star. There's hair in my soup which I didn't order in the first place but I ate it anyway. I ordered salad but I thought i'll try the soup. The soup tasted good but the hair was in it made me not to have another bowl(it was unlimited). I think Britney is the wrong person for that job. They should replace her with a pleasant personality and values customer service.

Stopped in for a late lunch, decent service but nothing special. Also not as generous with portions as I remember. Pieces of the salad had seen better days. There was a broken wooden coat rack in a corner behind our table, not sure why... If it was part of the decor the place needs a update. Finally the cappuccino arrives and the normal biscotti that usually accompanies it was laughable. The lunch service was rushed and they were bringing the check before we even decided on dessert so it was just the coffee.

The good was fine but the service was literally the worst I have ever seen. It was slow and the waitress didn't seem to care at all

Cannot recommend this location. OG's in general are not great, but this one is dirty and food and service were terrible.

4th of July Lunch with family, not a good place to come in a holiday because nobody likes working on a holiday... Food was ok.

Olive Garden in Easton always does a good job with my dinner. I keep it simple: either build your own pasta or Eggplant Parmesan. (I used to get Capellini Pomodoro: but sadly it's gone from the national menu!). The service is good, and if you pick off peak times it can be a relaxing place to eat dinner & drink some a Sangria for a reasonable price.

Food was typical OG, good but not great. Service was horrible. Took 12 minutes for our waitress to greet us and take our drink order and another 10 minutes for the drinks to show. We were stuffed all the way in the back, no one else in our area. Our waitress was non existent most of the night. Couldn't get a refill. Wish we had one of the other servers.

Olive Garden is ok for lunch once in a while - mainly the soup and salad. My family goes about twice a year to see what's new on the menu. It's been 3 or 4 stars some times. But last night was not good. Salmon was overcooked, no parmesan coating on the broccoli, the lemon shrimp appetizer was soggy and had no taste. Then the waiter bumped into the tray with our food and my son's meatballs bumped onto his jacket while we were all watching and they served it to us anyway. Finally my mango martini was brought out at the end of my meal. Here's the best - for 2 apps, 2 kids meals, 1 entree, 1 cocktail, 2 desserts and 2 mini-desserts plus tax and tip - came to $97. Olive Garden will no longer see us for dinner - we're done. I'll still go for lunch.

We ordered from their TO-GO menu for our office lunch.... My advice? FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! Definitely NOT accomodating and had multiple issues with the order even after the woman read us the order back for confirmation. One of us ordered a half a chicken parm sandwich (we were charged with a whole one and the person who picked it up had to tell them so at the counter) and then we had to wait for them to take it off the receipt and bring it back out. Another ordered a soup and salad combo with ceasar dressing instead of house and they were charged 7.25 for the salad and 3.25 for the soup ($3 more than the soup and salad combo) because of different dressing. When we called to ask why the salad was so much extra we were told it was because of the different dressing and "different lettuce." Boy, sure looked the same to us! Used to enjoy this place but do not believe I'll be going back simply based on the mere principle. You'd think a restaurant that has been around as long as they have would have a better system for order accuracy in place and learned a little more about accomodating customers.

I was in town for a night and this place was within walking distance of my hotel. I headed over for take out around 5 or 6 PM on a Saturday. That was a bad idea as it was super busy. But that should have been expected. I walked up to the bar, as that is where take out orders are placed. I had to stand in line for a minute or two, but my order was taken fairly promptly. There was nowhere to sit, so I tried to find a place to stand, which proved to be quite a task. I eventually stood against the wall and read a book. Then, a lady who was standing next to me was handed a drink by her husband. It was a berry sangria. It looked super delicious. So, after about 20 minutes of waiting, a chair opened up at the bar and I snatched it up. I could not resist, I just had to order a berry sangria. It was YUMMMMYYYYY!!! I sat there and read my book (studied) and drank my sangria. I was so tempted to get another one, but I wanted to keep the alcohol consumption to a minimum. I probably waited about 15 to 20 minutes longer, and my food was given to me. I paid and walked back to the hotel. Keeping in mind that this was carry out, the food was not super hot and fresh by the time I got to eat it. However, it was still tasty. I ordered grilled shrimp caprese and a lemon cream cake. Of course, it came with salad and breadsticks. Similar to all Olive Garden restaurants, the portions were huge. The salad and breadsticks were just as good as they always are. The pasta with shrimp was good for take out and the lemon cream cake was as good as a dessert should be.

Good Service, but the food was awful. What is happening to the "OG". The Zeppoli for desert was really good though.

Chicken Gnocci Soup & Breadstick and the Mixed Grill is typically what I get when i go to the Olive Garden. There normally isn't ever a problem. I've noticed however that they be skimping on the meals yo! jk. But really while the breadsticks may be endless they take much longer to bring them out and they also bring out two at time for a table of two. I remember mentioning I wanted more breadsticks but b/c she had already brought out the check - she explained to me that she would have to charge me more b/c we were going to take it to go. Granted this was another location... I'm sure it's a policy of theirs. I love how they make sure my soup has ample gnocci in it! I can go there just for the soup and salad. Price is very cheap!

I have tried this place several times; Every time that I am there the service gets worst. I do not recommend this place, being that carrabas is located less than a mile from here and offers much better service and food

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
