Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

First, should've went with my gut instinct and walked out after having a coupon for $26.95 called in order counterperson did not say a single word until I came to pick up order and then says the price went up five dollars.Second, amount of food was so not worth the price. Third, food wasn't worth the price, tasteless and would have been better off even ordering dominos then this place-DONT EAT HERE- there lucky I can't give negative stars!

I've stopped here twice. The first time around noon. Not open, and no hours posted on the door, although signs on the window stated Breakfast, lunch, dinner. I called later in t e week and was told they opened at 12:30. What a weird time to open. The sign said breakfast, lunch, dinner. Stopped there today at 12:35. The door was locked and the workers were at a table eating. Nobody moved to open the door. They should have been ready since they stated open at 12:30. I will not be back. They owner must want this place to not succeed. Everything is in place for this to occur. NEVER going back.

Your average local Mexican place

We were a bit hesitant to try it out due to the other reviews but we found it to be better than expected. We had dinner here around 930 pm on a Friday. Downside first, keeping in mind there is an upside: I was really looking forward to having guacamole (after all it is a Mexican restaurant) however was disappointed to hear that they ran out AND pineapples making me choose a different meal being the pineapple for me was the selling point. Waitress did not ask if we wanted anything to drink which is a rarity. Upsides: the canrne asada soft taco was a 5 out of 5. Good amount of cilantro, steak grilled perfectly, the addition lime was superb. My husband ordered a ground beef burrito which was found to be mediocre but not bad. He asked for no beans but is still came with them inside. Advice: ask if they have all the ingredients to your dish first before you get comfortable.

Went to area for a training boot camp for 3 days. Used yelp for local Mexican place to find something other than your local fast food grease spot. Found this place with mixed reviews. Have to agree it us your average Mexican joint bordering on slightly above average. Had a beef empanada, and carne asada burrito. Beef empanada I rate a 4 and carne asada a 3. The steak not marinated enough for me. But overall for the area I would recommend to give it a try.
