A few month back we ate here and it was terrible, living in the area and eating here off and on for years we thought it was just an off night for the kitchen well it wasn't we tried again tonight and the food was just as nasty. The server had my wife's meal removed from the check because her crab cake was mushy/watery and my seafood combo was no better. Our server was great but looking around while waiting for our food that wasn't the case with all of the servers. Bottom line don't waste your time or money.

Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name...... Been here a tone of times since I turned 21 a while back and I usually run into someone I know. Even met my wife here. Don't go all that often anymore but I like the renovations they did and that recently the bar became nonsmoking. It's a good place to go and have a drink with friends, watch the game. Beer is always cold and the drinks are reasonably priced. The food however is just alright, stick with the bar food appetizers, wings, burgers, sandwiches, that kind of stuff. I will give this place 4 stars just b/c it's a good place to go hangout and I've never have had a bad time here.

The service is pretty good and the beer selection isn't bad either. They've got a great indoor section, and two outdoor seating arrangements which are comfortable and pretty large. That said, the clientele is of mixed quality, and you can usually count on a fight or two per night on the weekends (which explains why there's usually a cop car posted in the parking lot after about 9pm)... makes for some good entertainment if that's your kind of thing.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I went into eat with my boyfriend and two of our friends and had a horrible experience. Aside from the fact that our food was terrible, our waitress was so disrespectful. Disrespect on a level I've never seen before. When I left the restaurant thinking all was okay, I went to wawa to put gas in my car only to find out that my card was declined! How is that possible? Well, come to find out the waitress kept my customer copy and went back into their POS system and took money off my card without my consent. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, the second I told the hostess what it was about he magically just wasn't there all night. A little later I had drove back to Casey's to get a copy of my receipt and the lie they told me this time was that "They're not allowed to give out customer copies of receipts" you're messing with the wrong person here! I worked in a restaurant for a year and know that is absolutely, 100% false. When I called the next day to speak to a manager again and they found out what my name was, he wasn't in again. Shady? I THINK SO! You're all people who can make an educated decision about this restaurant but I'd advise you never to eat there, or at least check your credit card transactions immediately after!

please never go to caseys!!!!! this is a warning now! the food was terrible and our waitress was so rude and disrespectful so we chose not to tip her. in doing so we leave and check our online billing statement and noticed the waitress took 7.50 off my card as her own tip!! we keep trying to call the restaurant and get our money back but they keep ignoring our calls and saying there is no one to help us at the moment. so if anything is considering eating at caseys DONT GO! absolutely the worst experience at a restaurant.

Some of my favorite dishes at Casey's include the cheddar cheese burger, Caesar salad, and tortellini. I also enjoy the Sunset Wheat beer that they have on tap. I like this place even more now that it doesn't have that stale smoke smell. Because of its delicious food and quality service, I will continue to patron Casey's.

Used to be alot better - I think they changed owners. Portions have gotten smaller, and the food in general isn't that good anymore. Atmosphere is good, and the bar is good.

I'm giving this 3.5 stars and almost gave it 4 in fact. WOW people. 2 stars out of 5 reviews?? I mean what were you guys expecting here? Seems most of these low reviews are due to poor service which I am glad to say I did not experience. My waitress wasn't overly attention or nice, but she certainly got the job done in a timely matter. That's all I'm looking for in a place like this. Casey's is essentially a diner. It even has a nice little old school train car that you can eat in. That type of thing amuses me. Also, I would think it amuses younger kids too, as every other table had a child under 7 when I was there. Everyone was well behaved though. Anyways, food was solid. About as solid as you can expect from a diner type place with reasonable prices in this area. I had some shrimp gumbo, the soup du jour. It was so-so. Definitely lacked kick and was a little light on the okra. Lady friend got a tuna melt. Was solid, not amazing, but solid. I don't know if I'd "recommend" per se, but it probably won't disappoint either. I got a nice little turkey grill sandwich or something. Turkey was flavorful and hand carved. Also came with bacon, roasted red peppers, and provolone, all on sourdough. I liked it. So yeah, nothing mind blowing going on here, but I was pleased with the cost and quality.

Food is okay. Service okay. Not very clean and it smells like smoke even in nonsmoking section. Would not come back.

Some of the worst food I have ever eaten out. It wasn't disgusting, it was just not good. At all. We all agreed. Roast beef was like eating paper. Fish special was tasteless and dry. We didn't expect much, but we got less than we expected. I guess they stay in business because of the bar. Service, however, was good. It counts for something.

Burger somewhat edible. French onion that looked great but was tasteless. Ordered two roast beefs that tasted like roast beef deli meat from the supermarket across the street. Service ok. Wont be back.

Been here many times over the years. In this neck of the woods, there aren't many choices for a decent sit down meal. Food is so-so but overpriced.

I've eaten the typical bar food here (wings, quesadilla, moz sticks, onion rings, cheesesteak egg rolls) and have no complaints. Everything I have eaten was delicious. I frequent this establishment and it's a nice place to bs with friends on a chill Friday or Saturday night or to watch the Eagles games. Only issue is that there isn't much of a draft beer selection.

Casey's is close to home and a quick, easy place to visit for a casual dinner. My husband and I come every other week or so. Service varies depending on the staff on hand but for the most part is friendly and attentive. Food is consistent for the most part, modest selection, nothing too fancy. Diners have the option of sitting in the restaurant or bar, both of which have comfy booths and the service is usually quick regardless of where you choose to sit. There is also a nice outdoor patio and seating for the warmer months.

The food here has always been mediocre. Now with their "new menu" all that I can see they have done is increase their prices for the same mediocre food. They have also added hidden surcharges for almost everything. The Casey burger used to include your choice of toppings. Recently I ordered one to go and found that the list price of the burger had increased; plus they charged me an additional 35 cents because I requested my onions grilled instead of raw. The upcharged for adding a few onion rings instead of the homemade chips was something like 4 bucks. Really?!/ Way to nickel and dime your customers. At these prices, you ought at least attempt to cook the burger the way the customer requests it, instead of cooking everything well done. In addition, 2312 makes a far better burger, and now it costs less! Salads are okay but often have cheap, bland, nutritionless iceberg lettuce mixed in with the mixed greens advertised. And there's that dollar upcharge to blacken chicken. This place has a great location - wish they could do better!

Horrible, the service is inattentive, and blah. The bartenders and servers will leave your drinks empty, isn't it your goal to sell alcohol, do you not want to make more money.. Also, I've heard that they swap out their top shelf liquors, like belvedere, ketel one, etc. for cheaper liquors like Smirnoff. Put your money elsewhere.

Slow service. We were wondering what was taking so long when the waitress finally showed up with ALL OF OUR FOOD at the same time wings soup and entrees. The best I can say is that the food was edible...but not enjoyable. Taco salad had an overcooked chopped up burger not seasoned ground beef. There was zero taste. I picked through to eat the lettuce. French onion soup was onions cheese and watery broth. Blue cheese with the wings was watered down. I should have gone to yelp first but we were just driving by and it looked busy. Two stars because at least the bar looked full. Don't go for dinner.

We had our office Christmas party here a few weeks ago. Matt, the manager, was very helpful and attentive with planning the event. We were placed in the big room for our party which accommodated us nicely. The food was buffet style and served quickly. The food was traditional pub food and was tasty. My only gripe was that the waitress had to come back to fill drinks such as soda and iced tea. It would benefit them more to have pitcher readily available for parties. Over all I was pleased and hope to return for a burger and a beer.

Fellow Yelpers, Alert! Alert! This place may look inviting and fun, but looks can be deceiving. Having read the reviews, I thought trying out this place on a not-busy Sunday afternoon would mitigate some of the issues mentioned in others' reviews. But I was wrong. Service is horrible, as noted in others' reviews. Though I was quickly initially served, I was quickly forgotten sitting with an empty beer glass for over a half - hour, while ther servers/bartender were chatting with friends/off work fellow workers who were there as well, and came in well after me. I did try the chicken wings, which weren't anything special, and the celery & carrots which came with them were wilted & looked old, like they were prepared the previous day. Ech!! . There were only a few descent beers on tap, other than the big brands. I had wanted to try a sandwich for take-out, but I was too disgusted by the end of my stay, that I just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. OTOH, if you're a local HS graduate, or otherwise in the "Drexel Hill Club", you may see people you know, and may be able to get reasonable service. Otherwise, keep driving on......

The food was great. Just what it should be for a restaurant with local fare. If your looking for prime rib or something like that. You will not get it here.lots of food more then enough. I would come back.. the server was lost in space lol.

Oh Caseys.... I did go here for a private party. I've heard wonderful things about the owners, so in case they read this, please take this as areas for improvement. First off, the waitress who worked the party was a completely miserable person. That's the only nice way of putting it. She came in and threw our drinks down on the table and then ran out of the room and only came back it seemed when she really had to. She did NOT look marginally happy to be working this day. One member of the party was coming late. We asked the waitress if we could order his meal when he got there and she said no because the kitchen would be closed then. What? Is this not a restaurant? This isn't Eric Ripert 10 Arts we're talking about. Does the restaurant close down at 2 in the afternoon?? Nevertheless, we did order his meal when he arrived, a little later, and it came out hot and he seemed pleased. As for the cleanliness, some of the tables were sticky, and the windowsills were really dusty. There were also strands of hair on the windowsill with the dust. The food was probably 3 stars, about average for what I was expecting, but the server did not make the experience very pleasant. I was actually afraid to ask her for ketchup. Fortunately I was with good people and good company which made up for the miserable server.

Arrived at the Bar about 11:30 last night, expecting a good crowd, I had heard good things about Casey's, first off, a band in a place this small, not a good idea, sitting near them even worse. Where was the crowd? Perhaps the band being a Beatles band had something to do with it, or maybe not. First bartender right away came over greeted us served us, then did he go off shift? Trying to get the attention of the other bartender was difficult, plenty of bar backs who can't serve you (he went to get the bartender), so we decided when the band came back on to check out the deck upstairs, even worse service. The bartender there would rather chat up her group of friends/regulars with her back to us most of the time. So we went back downstairs to get a drink (thankful for the bar back) then back upstairs to avoid the loud band (I did say it is a small place). Next time ready for a drink upstairs, about to order, the bartender was standing next to us we turn, she walks from behind the bar & goes downstairs. Okay back downstairs, the band is done, we sit around talking next drink the bar tender actually came over with a bar back getting her attention (yeah) (hey we only get out once a month) and to run into this, no crowd to speak of, horrible service, you have to get someone elses attention to get the bartender's attention, where does everybody go? Apparently not here.

Horrible place, Horrible service, horrible staff. I have been here a few times with some friends to watch a game and have a few beers, The bartenders were slow , rude and just outright miserable, I waited a half hour just to get a refill on my beer, and the place wasn't even that busy. The owner was really stand offish, and unfriendly. The food was awful. I ordered a burger and the meat was tough, the lettuce, and tomato slice did not look fresh at all the fries we cold and flavorless. Needless to say I will not be going back again.

Local hangout. Has expanded over the years. Used to be a ratty bar restaurant but they added an upstairs and redid the bar downstairs. Bigger TVs, a stage, and new tables & chairs were added. Food is decent, beer is good. Service isn't great. Seems like some "I don't wanna be here" attitude happening by the staff. Bar manager just walks around and says "How ya doin?" but doesn't help you. He asked me that last night while I waited for my first drink. He walked away and asked other people how they're doing...meanwhile I had to wait for a beer for a few mins while the bartenders walked around. There were maybe 20 people in the bar and the bartenders seem to hang out with their friends more than serve customers...kind of inexcusable but I didn't really care that much last night. For the most part it's not bad but it can be some ghetto clientele. Can get packed...sometimes by a younger crowd but can be a mix too. Have live bands occasionally. It has potential especially since smoking is no longer allowed. Great for a snow day.

I've been in here a couple of times but only at the bar. In each case my drink has been fairly priced but the bartenders have been not even OK. They were different each time and acted bored and uninterested. I need some better reviews from my fellow yelpers to give me an incentive to return. Otherwise I'll just drive on by.

Absolutely awful. Food's awful. Waitress was awful. We came here on a whim. The host was extremely nice so we thought we were in for a good time. First off the menu is all over the place. The waitress said the fajitas were really good. They were not. Steak was bland and generic. The veggies were soggy and mushy like they had been sitting there all night. For 17 dollars it was highway robbery. My girlfriends hamburger was bad to. Just bland. The waitress was short with us and not very attentive. We had to grab her attention when ever we wanted something. She didn't even ask if we wanted our meals boxed up after we asked for the check. Finally the bus girl who was very pleasant asked us. Of course the food was so bad we didn't want it anyways. Maybe the waitress knew it was so bad that no one would bring it home. Bottom line stay away. The food is way too over priced for what they serve.

Inconsistent service and mediocre food. What makes this place even more strange are the regulars that sit at the bar facing the door (usually about three of them). They are not the most welcoming group...in fact when the bartenders get off they typically sit with them and start adding to the comments of every guest. If you want good service and don't like to see everyone put down I would find somewhere else.
