A very busy intersection and so the parking lot is one way. Supposedly. This Starbucks has a different layout from ones I've seen before. I think it was a converted home. A very small downstairs sitting area with only two tables in addition to the usual counters and coolers with sandwiches and pastries. Upstairs seating area is a lot bigger, if you're okay with stairs. Staff seemed friendly enough and while I sat there with my coffee and breakfast sandwich, they took care of customers quickly while they kibbitzed. There is no drive through.

Odd experience in here today. One barista was being so loud that the other barista actually tried to settle them down. I appreciated the attempt. Overall, standard seven minute wait time and yummy Starbucks drinks.

This is my go to coffee place! The staff are all friendly and make you feel welcome! Eli, Ronnell and I believe his name is Tracey are FANTASTIC!!! Every time they see me they know who I am and they are always right on with my order! As long as they are there I will always be going back :D

I absolutely love the new staff @ this location! I go here frequently to get my venti java chip frapp. I love the coffee, the healthy treats and the sweets. I stepped in tonight. It's the 4th of July. The young male with a nice smile. I can't remember his name but, as I walk in the door he yells out my order. He knows it automatically. A new guy was behind the counter he asked what I wanted and the other guy was on it. Everyone here if very friendly great staff!

Good service. I've had my order messed up a couple times but was remedied. Can get busy and wait 10 mins or so. No drive thru but there is a nice lounge area upstairs that makes the trip worthwhile.

Pretty average Starbucks. I asked for an unsweetened, no ice, lemonade-iced tea. I received a full of sugar, iced tea. Not the end of the world but as the only person in line, I was hoping for a bit more attention to detail. The pastries were stale on a Sunday evening... If they're not fresh don't put them out!

One of the best Starbucks I have been to. They are very friendly and have a nice upstairs to work at. Only downside is parking is limited.

There isn't a lot to say about Starbucks so far as their offerings go, because they're pretty consistent across the chain. The only thing to comment on then is the service and the actual store. As for the Dresher store, something changed a couple of months ago and all of the faces I had become accustomed to seeing turned over in a time period of what seemed like overnight. The new people are efficient and nice, but they're a little less personable than the former employees. I have not had any issues with the service otherwise -- they've been prompt and accurate with my drink orders. As for the store itself, it's generally clean and there is ample seating upstairs. They have a variety of table sizes as well as the over sized armchairs, so sitting there during a lunch break reading or knitting is very inviting. People seem to "fight" over the outlets as there aren't many available. The parking is horrendous. People make their own spots and park in the handicapped spaces. I've even seen people drive up on the grass next to the dumpsters. Some people tend to camp out in their cars there and have phone conversations or check email -- this is not the place for that. People also don't abide by the "one way" directive, so that makes things worse. I would say one out of seven times I go there I give up on finding a spot and drive down the road to the Maple Glen location. The parking situation is what it is -- it's not a deterrent, but it's definitely an inconvenience.

This place is good when I can get in. Unfortunately the parking is awful so it's rare I can actually get in to this one. Once you're in don't leave because you don't know when another spot will be open.

It was so hard to park here. This Starbucks is fairly busy (especially on Sunday). Since the parking lot is on the corner of an intersection maneuvering around is a real pain. Besides that though this is a good Starbucks. Service is pretty quick and the building looks great. As long as you have the patience to find parking feel free to utilize this Starbucks.

Other than the very limited parking (as every other reviewer has noted) this is a great Starbucks. I've never had a problem with the staff and surprisingly never had my order messed up. The staff seems to be knowledgeable of all the new Starbucks products coming out and are very attentive to every customer. I'd say this is the product of a great manager, but I never actually see the manager around working with the staff, so it must just be great personalities on their part. I've never stuck around to lounge around in the upstairs but it does make a cozy workspace if one is needed. Stop by this Starbucks and you won't be disappointed.

A little better than your basic run of the mill Starbucks as there is good parking out front and a large and comfortable second floor lounge with natural light. Perfect for lounge lizarding, so be ye frog or toad you can raise your body temp with a nice latte and some sunlight on a chilly morning.

I really like this starbucks, the building is super cute, and the staff is very friendly. I've read some of the reviews and I cannot agree with them. I've never had a problem here and I frequent this starbucks because it is close to where I work. The coffee counter is downstairs but upstairs they have a separate floor with tables and sofas so it's great to sit, have a cup of coffee and read. My negative about this starbucks is that the parking lot tends to be full and its difficult to get out of it depending on what direction your heading since its a highly traveled road. I used to be a little bit against starbucks, but the coffee is decent and there aren't many places that serve coffee that is better in my area. If I lived in the city I wouldn't visit starbucks, but being from the burbs, its good enough!

Well worth a visit. You can sit out back by a stream and enjoy your coffee. Coffee was good and the clerk offered to warm up my cookie! Had never considered doing that. It was yummy.

The service here is one of the worst I've seen at Starbucks. They try to be so quick (even when it's not that busy - I guess they are rushing to take a break) that they miss the customer service part. I'm serious about customer service - some may say, it's just a cup a coffee - I would say, so is Folger's instant crystals, and when they have store and baristas, I will expect the same from them.

Cool building that this is in - refurbished farm-house style. But that's where the good news ends, I'm afraid. Staff looked at me like I was a unicorn - I'm not that odd of a guy, I promise. They just weren't all that friendly. Parking lot is a bear to get out of during morning rush - good luck turning left out of it.

For those looking to study, this Starbucks is a gem. The top floor precludes crying babies. It also has approx 9 round tables and 5 sofas which makes it choice to hit the books. I don't like Starbucks, but I like this particular one. Would be 4 stars except we dock 1 for a small, cramped bathroom.

This is my office away from home. As others have stated, parking is a mess. But I usually find something. The baristas seem nice enough. I've never had problems. Upstairs is great to kill time or get work done. On occasion, the music is really loud so people have asked to lower it. But overall, a good space.
