Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Can't beat Italian delight for pizza or a sandwich! Ive been coming here for 15 plus years!!! Best ingredients bar none. Crust is always perfect. Bread for sandwiches is always perfect. Food is inexpensive. Great service as well! Best in Doylestown!!! Nats pizza is trash!!!

Love this local pizza shop. It has the best pizza steak around!! The hoagie roll is fresh. Toasted then filled with shaved steak. I recommend the pizza steak over the cheesesteak. The pizza steak is topped with lots of marinara and mozzarella cheese. Can't beat $7. Very tasty and filling. The wings are awesome too. Fried extra crispy. They come with the sauce on the side. 10 wings for $6.

Terrific NY style pizza. Crust is perfect, the only problem is that it's hard to find a similarly good pizza elsewhere!

Best pizza in Doylestown! This is the only place my family will go for the pizza. The food is delicious and the service is always great, even when they are super busy! The prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a place with great service and even better food, this is your place!

I eat here almost all the time! The pizza is great! Love the chicken wings and pasta dishes. Hoagies are also good.

This is a great pizza shop but the steak sandwiches are not to be missed. In my opinion the best steak sandwiches in the area. I always accompany my sandwich with FF extra crispy and the guys in the shop do them just as I like them every time. The staff is friendly and efficient. the atmosphere is pizza shop comfortable so come as you are. On Fridays you can meet most of the neighbors. the atmosphere is casual and friendly and a great place to gather. Either eat in or take out.

The owner wasn't there the night this happened. Ordered a large stromboli, charged for a large one, got home it was small. Screw that, I'm done here

The food is basic pizza place food, it's fine. My disappointment is my recent visit. I ordered a pizza, paid for it with my card and started to leave. I remembered my wife wanted a fountain soda and asked for 2 . When I tried to pay for them with my card he said 5.00 minimum. Having no cash I ask if I could write a check. He said no. I have been going there on a weekly basis for over a year buying all different things for my family of 5 and his repsonse was to point me towards the ATM in the store. I told him just charge me the 5.00 because the ATM charge would be more. So he happily took my card to over charge me for 2 small sodas and some other guy said I could grab a soda out of the cooler. I did even though I didn't want it but they could both see how frustrated I was over the whole thing. So for for the cost of 2 sodas they were willing to loose a customer. I didn't go in looking for a freebie, butvitvwould have been the right thing to do. So now Pina's, Capri's, Nat's, Jule's, Baked on Main or Allesio can have my money. I guess if you are special you can treat people like that but you can't swing a dead cat in Doylestown without hitting a Pizzeria.

Generic pizza place with other italian food. Quality pizza, but nothing special. I know what to expect when I come here.

This used to be my favorite. They now have either a new owner or new management and the place is now subpar. Pizza is just ok and you can forget about any kind of customer service your lucky if they say hello or thank you. Sad to see

Italian Delight really does make a nice pizza. Not a holy grail - but they offer alot of choices like Tomato Pie, galic knots (that are not too greasy) and a really crispy chicken (or veal - real veal) parm sandwich. NOTE: We went again on May 9, 2009 and spilt a chicken parm sandwich (HUGE) and it was terrific. We go there on occaision with my parents and 4 year old - and they treat us well. And the 5 (or 6) of us can get out of there for very little money. Can't wait to try the pasta dishes. NOTE to parents; They do not have any milk or juices - only sodas and "junk" beverages - so bring your own.

Great for the nights when you just want a pizza. Nothing fancy, but some great options like fresh mushrooms and the pesto sauce. Fast and friendly service.

For Bucks County: Best pizza, crusty thin greasy bottom, like it should be. Cheestakes are up there two. The People behind the counter: Super.

I'm only speaking on behalf of their cheese steaks. Fresh Toasted roll. Extra cheese and sauce is the way to go. I've been getting them for 15 years. Perfection as far as I'm concerned.
