Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

It took me longer than most to try Chipotle, but since I had my first bite in January 2015, I've been hooked. Their Doylestown location is great. The staff is really friendly, remembers your name if you're a regular, and the food... consistently extra delicious.

If you've read my review of the Chipolte in Neshaminy, your probably wondering why I would try this one. Well I know not every location will be the same as far as service and I was feeling "second chance-ish" (yeah I made that up) so I figured I'd try again since they seem to be all the rage with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) these days. Service is definitely better here and moves much more smoothly. Only drawback is that in a world of "too much of everything" you kind of run out of food choices after two or three visits. It fulfills your taco/burrito craving but that's about it. They seem to be doing well as it is always packed when I go. Parking is at a very minimum. It's too bad they couldn't get more space. They are building a bank right next door...even though there are two other banks within walking distance...so I think the space could ahve been better used for additional parking. They also have stiff competition with Sabrosa Taqueria, Empanada Mama's and Cafe Americana just a short drive into town. Lot's a Mexican cuisine available so will be interesting to see how they do long term.

I think I am losing faith in Chipotle....When I heard they were opening in D-town I was ecstatic, but after 6 trips in the last 4 months, I have come to the conclusion that the simplistic menu is actually bumming me out. How many times can I come up with a new combination of meat, veg and cheese that is somewhat exciting? Plus, when are they going to get carnitas back in stock? Come on already. Nice staff at this location, saving this rating from only 2 stars.,

Oh so disappointed. Inconsistent. Today's bowl looks like lettuce, rice and beans. Where is the Sofrito? Oh, I see a speck. Tastes like rice and beans. Was coming here frequently as I live nearby. Was great when they first opened. Now, it's a crap shoot. Today is so bad that I don't think I will be returning. And the rice had hard pieces in it. I'm going back to California Tortilla down the road at the other end of town. Never been disappointed with quality of food or service there!

Best Mexican food in the area. Great service by exceptional staff. Parking is limited.

Food, Service and Location GREAT!!!! Parking not so great. It's Chipotle so they have what everything that all other Chipotle's have. Inside was a industrial look with high top tables and booths. The service was tremendous!! As I see it the biggest issue will be with the limited parking around back. I wish the best of luck!

Food is not bad, its a Chipotle. But the staff here make the average worse. The staff is extremely unprofessional. I find the staff in this Doylestown location extremely annoying. They laugh and make fun of customers. Don't know if this location is being "managed"- it does not have the cool factor or professionalism in other Chipotle locations. There is this new latin girl. She is very mean. She always gets instructions incorrect and blames customer for it. Overall, if u like to be welcomed by a mean staff and slow service - go to this location. Parking is horrible too.

The last few times l have been here the service and quality of the food has been sub par ag best. Management needs to seriously step their game up. Also yall need more parking. When yall get busy it becomes taxing to even get in the restaurant.
