Some things to know: They don't bake the pizzas here, so if you get there, and the pizza is sold, you are out of luck. This store is more of an outpost for the other locations, it seems. It might be best to call the day before to ensure your pizza will be there, or go early, like for lunch. The cool thing about the storied tomato pie is that you can buy it in quarters, with different toppings. Vegans, you will need to ask them to leave off the sprinkling of parmesan.

Absolutely one of the best places around for sandwiches, bakery items, and tomato pies. Welcoming atmosphere, and DELICIOUS food. One of my favorites for italian subs, since they use some top quality meats. The bread they use is freshly baked, and absolutely phenomenal.

If you want good home made Italian rolls and FRESH Boars Head cold cuts this is your local spot. I tried some other stuff here and was not impressed. Clean deli area .Lacking vision and perhaps some know how. I am always blown away by the wasted retail space here. If they only sold Italian breads and rolls it would be 5 stars.

I agree with the gentleman below, I've walked in several times on Sunday at 1pm and been told they are out of rolls, and we should order earlier in the day. To me it is poor customer service, if you are open for a set number of hours per day you should bake enough product to statisfy your customers. I feel like the business philosophy of that particular store is a little out of whack. The food can't be beat, but that type of service is terrible.

This is a neat place! The operator is really friendly and accommodating! The bakery is to live for! LOL! The tomato pie is to me unique...great tasting and their sandwiches excellent. On one occasion we celebrated my grandsons B-Day and the pasties, sandwiches and Pie were all wonderful! Big sandwiches and big Tomato Pies plus the other pizzas were terrific!

This place should be a staple in your places to go. Family owned franchise that has locations up the 422 corridor (Norristown, Royersford & Douglasville). The service is fantastic at all of them, and to put in in perspective my coworkers (and I) go crazy for their tomato pie, as a matter of fact we will always bring it in for a food day. The last time I was there to pick up a pie I called the day before to make sure one would be ready when they open at 7 am. The next day when I walked into the place it was sitting at the register just like he had said. I am anxious to try their hoagies, because if they are half as good as the tomato pies then they will be amazing. I know what you are thinking if you are not Italian, why would I want a tomato pie without cheese? First of all there is a powdered cheese sprinkled over it. Secondly the sauce is on the sweeter side, which is delicious anytime. For $12-$13 a large tomato pie will be a great addition to a party (I believe you get close to 40 pieces or so) whatever the count it is a fantastic bang for your buck! They also sell quarter sized sheets if you need a smaller size. I plan on going back again and again. I will edit this review after I try the hoagies.

Very good small Italian market. Good hoagies and sandwiches, great prices on Boar's Head lunch meats. But the star is the tomato pie. That's what you come here for. Find the sauciest one, take it home, heat it up, be liberal with sprinkling on the Parmesan cheese, and enjoy.

I am coming from Philly where we love some hoagies and cheese stakes. I thought that I was never going to find a deli that could come close to what I got at home. I was was so tired of the WAWA sandwiches. Then I found Corropolese, and I have told everybody I know about them! I just will not go anywhere else!
