Were just passing through on our way back to Northern Virginia and happened onto Bruster's. Ordered the Hot Fudge Sundae w Brownie. Were embarrassed when handed this HUGE monstrosity of a All quality ingredients Sundae. We will stop again when up that way. Great!

Heaping portions of great tasting ice cream? Yes please! I've stopped here once on my travels from Virginia to Pennsylvania, and it was that memorable that I need to go again the next time I'm passing through. I really enjoyed the cookies and cream waffle cone I got. It was so large that I had to actually sit in the parking lot to eat it before proceeding on my trip. There were at least three or four scoops of ice cream packed inside, and I enjoyed every last bit of it. Definitely going to be planning a Bruster's stop every time I head past it from now on.

The flavor I picked, salted caramel with toffee, was too sweet for my tastes, so next time I'll try something else. My husband liked his peach cone, but after eating it a while, he thought it was too sweet as well. Definitely worth a second trip, though, maybe next time we're passing through.

Stopped by here in passing to try out their ice cream. They had a line so I thought to myself "this must be a good sign". What I loved most about this little gem is all the flavors that typically a person like me would want, they had. A great example is the chocolate Oreo. Gosh! How many times have I wanted chocolate and Oreo together? Too many to count, so I had to try it! I ordered a small cone and good thing I did, because the portions are massive!!! In a small serving, you actually get two scoops (which you are allowed to get two different flavors). I decided on one scoop of mint chocolate chip and one scoop of chocolate Oreo. It was so much, I asked the young lady if she could put it upside down in a cup for me. She said "thank you because it was falling over". The quality of the ice cream was great and the ladies working were wonderful. I ordered my scoops in a regular cake cone and it was fresh. Sorry, but I love, love, love a fresh cake cone. They have many many flavors to choose from, so I believe you will be able to find something to cater to your liking. The young lady offered us a loyalty card of some sort, but we declined as we were just passing through. If you are in the area or perhaps passing through, give them a try. The quality is good and the price is right.

I travel to NEPA several times a year to see family and I always stop at Bruster's both on the way up and on the way back home. Staff is friendly and the ice cream is always good. Ice cream selection ranges from the standard chocolate, vanilla, etc., to more exotic such as Tiramisu, which by the way is phenomenal!!

A large variety of delicious ice cream. What else do you want from a ice cream place? Get what you want, grab a seat and enjoy. The outside dining area isn't scenic or peaceful, but it beats getting ice cream on your car seats.

Best ice cream in the area. I like the chocolate peanut butter & graham central station best. Shakes are good, ditto the waffle cones. Service isn't the friendliest, but you only need to interact for a few seconds. Cute benches and tables on premises. Keep an eye out for their coupons - really makes it well-worth it.

These guys have the best ice cream and shakes I ever had. This is a must go to if you are traveling up in Pennsylvania!

Interesting flavors of ice cream plus some of the normal boring flavors. Ice cream always seems to be on the soft side tho. Just be careful if you pay with a credit/debit card. I bought two waffle cones and a pint to go. Bill came to just over $13. Gave the girl a $3 tip (more than 20%). When I got my statement I noticed it was for more than my receipt and tip was for. I guess the girl didn't think $3 was enough!

This place is soooo yummy! We were in the mood for ice cream on the way back to Northern Virginia and remembered that this place is right off Route 15, which is perfect since that was the way we were going home. We were not disappointed! They have tons of flavors to choose from and will let you try any that you want to. We both got one of their speciality sundaies (me: Peanut Butter Cup Sundae with Peanut Butter Chip Ice cream)(fiancee: Apple Dumplings Sundae with Cinnamon Ice Cream) Both were sooo delicious. And on a side note, this place was packed! Their line was well into their parking lot when we got there, but they move through the crowd pretty quickly.

Plenty of parking at this location, and it's right across the street from an Arbys' and a Gas station which makes it a great pit stop on the way home or the beginning of a road trip. This location isn't partnered with Nathans like the other Brusters' are so this place only does Ice Cream, no fries or hot dogs. Which is ok, what were you expecting, they have Ice cream, and more ice cream.
