There are 2 Boulevard Restaurants in our local area. This review is for the Delmont location. This is one place where I know I can find something great to eat. We stopped here for Father's Day dinner. The special pork chop dinner was a big hit with my husband. I chose the chicken Parmesan. Both main course and side dishes were delicious. Although, some people say the service is slow, the server was attentive and friendly.

We love the Boulevard - they have a pretty extensive menu, good appetizer and drink specials for happy hour, and a nice staff in Delmont...plus its a pretty good atmosphere on game nights or weekends! Would recommend it.

Took future hubby here for his birthday his choice. It wasn't busy and we sat in the bar side at the bar. There may have been 3-4 other bar patrons and one booth was taken, so not busy. There were two bartenders working, honestly didn't seem necessary since it was, what I would call dead, but there were two. Now I have been here before and it's just meh, but this last time I was not happy at all. Mr ordered the ribs and a Margarita. According to him both were great, can't say I didn't try it and he isn't writing the review:) anyway, the service, though as I pointed out there were very few people there, was slow. I went safe, though I thought, with a cheeseburger. Now that would typically come with fries, but you can substitute something else for no additional charge. Now that I liked, because I went with the steamed veggies for a slightly more healthier choice to go with my fattening burger :) Can't help but love burgers!!! Anyways the bartenders did not bring the food out there was a food runner, who actually ran to us and put the plates down and ran off. No questions asked. Well I look down and realized that the "steamed veggies" were floating in a pool of oil or butter. UGH mainly because my burger was on the same plate sitting in the same pool! Who does that? I quickly grabbed my plate and tilted it to try and make the oil stay to the side of the plate while I stared down both bartenders for assistance. I was completely eyeballing the hell out of them with my plate half way up in the air! Come on seriously they just kept passing me and getting drinks. I finally yelled and said excuse me?! Again plate in the air 1 out of 5 people at the bar, I think you can recognize I am in a bad situation over here...He comes over, and I said can I get another plate this is a pool of butter and my burger was just sitting in it? He apologized and said "oh it never comes out like that, I don't know what happened?" Um this is probably not true, but whatever, I move the burger to the spare plate and ate some of the drowning veggies. I went for my burger, but as what I was trying to avoid was inevitable. The bun was completely full of butter soaked into it like a sponge. Totally gross my hands were just covered in grease, and it was inedible. The bartender noticed I wasn't happy and asked if I wanted a new bun? He should have just made me another burger, but at least he accommodated me with a dry bun. But by now the burger was cold because it been sitting in a butter filled bun, then transferred to a new bun. It was also very underwhelming. I guess they want to keep inventory tight! HA! Anyways, I gave two stars for the bartender "trying" just think he could have tried a lot harder. sorry this is so long, I just wanted you all to capture the experience... :) I have no plans to return unless the Mr. really twists my arm, but he might have to break it to return :}~

Totally dull, couldn't find a single thing on the menu that I even wanted to try.

While our server was great and exceptionally friendly, our food was nothing more than average. We had Reuben sandwiches which have varied between extra dry or extra greasy, and the sizes weren't really comparable between the two. One sandwich was packed full and on larger bread and the other was sort of medium sized. The prices are pretty fair, but the quality is meh. It is a good staple restaurant, but not one I rush back to when in town.
