We stopped at this place on a Friday night with a group of 6. We had called for a reservation not knowing if we needed one (we didn't ). This place is much bigger than it appears from the road. It's very rustic inside and not a typical Irish themed joint. Our food was good. All of us ordered prime rib and for the most part it was very good. They offered 8-10-12 oz sizes served with a spud of your choice, salad, warm bread. Overall it was a good experience and our group had fun. The restaurant overlooks acres of land with a nice pond. A nice setting. Our waitress was decent. I'd say she started out strong with attentive service and then tailed off at the end to the point we didn't see her hardly at all. It cost her a couple %% on her tip I'm afraid. Gotta finish strong! I'd go back as the food was worthy of a return visit.

It's over for this place. I cooked steaks on the grill years ago. Loved coming here. I made the transition but after many bad meals in a row. I'm done. We we here for sangria, sea bass and fish tacos. I misread the email. The fish tacos were a gray thin soup. Had heat but gross. Unappetizing dishwasher. The staff said the chef basically said he was too lazy to make tacos so he just ground it into a soup. What crap. The sangria was a white wine drink that wasn't good. This was misrepresented in the email. Slight portion of Sea bass was okay but over a sticky rice masquerading as risotto. I've had their bad risotto before. Just as bad as before. Yuck. Sadly, I'm done with giving this place my money. It's expensive and the food isn't up to it. Yet we like the environment. The service was good but confused about just about everything. No knowledge. If we'd listened carefully we'd have left without ordering anything but a beer. The beer was good. I'm not coming back.

Poor service, very long wait. The food us awsome but being vegan they messed up my salad with cheese and had to wait even longer for another when it had already been quite a wait. I usually am very patient but it was ridiculous. Took a while getting the check paid and instead of taking the cash of $20 and putting the rest on the card provided the waiter gave cash of $20 and put the entire bill on my friends card. Jeez Louise. Not impressed. And sadly the poor service I recall is why my family and I have not been back there for so many years. I used to have fond memories. Sure hope they can change.

Burger was almost tasteless. Bread was not worth eating. 4 measly beers on tap. Everything was overpriced. My only recommendation: try the white sauce with your fries.

En route to Cleveland from Toronto, we stopped in Crainsville for dinner. We were first time Crainsville visitors without any bars on our phone so we had to rely on the GPS to find a restaurant. It can be hit or miss - luckily it was the former. Service was excellent; the minute we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away. Crowley's has been around for over fifty years so they know the restaurant business. Our server was super attentive with waters and came by often to see how we were enjoying our food. When you first walk in, this place seems small, but it's quite spacious with heaps of tables. Pricing is average - on average, you can get a dinner entree for $12-15. The food is a-ok here; the menu is extensive and there's something for everyone. If you're in the area, why not check out Crowley's. Good for: dinner, big groups

Of the various restaurants in the surrounding area of where I live, this probably is probably my favorite. The atmosphere is comparable to a 1900's hunting lodge with a broad variety of choices on the menu. I've never really had a bad experience here and have been going for years. I personally recommend it if you happen to come across it. My recommendation: honey-dipped fried chicken

Everything about this place is great ! The service and the the food are always excellent . If there is something needing attention Charles and his staff will make it right . Ask for Nikki, she's a great waitress ! Highly recommended !

Sorry but I was very upset when I ate here last weekend! I am a diabetic and bring my own drinks with me because I can't have mostly any of the drinks. It was never a problem anywhere I went but here I couldn't drink it! WHO CARES! It's an un opened can that I brought in! Every other time I went here it was fine to have it! But this time it was a problem?? I don't think it really matters it is just a drink! If you won't let me drink that then you should have more options for people like me! I will never come back to this place. I feel mistreated just because I have type 1 diabetes! (The only thing good in our meal was the bread and the butter) I am very very upset! And even when I tried a diet drink it was flat! Very pathetic! I guess you don't get that every year more and more people and kids are getting diagnosed with diabetes and restaurants like these don't offer enough drink options!

I came here for all you can eat crab legs. I had never had crab legs before and I found them quite good. I would have given the crab legs, the salad with it's delicious vinaigrette dressing and bread sticks 4 stars if it had not been for my company. Unfortunately the people I was with take all you can eat very seriously. If you don't eat your $25 worth of crab legs you are an insult. That equates to eating bowl after bowl until you literally are at the fine line of should I puke or should I eat one more crab leg. I stopped eating because I was so disgusted watching everyone else shovel greasy laden crab legs down their mouths. I appreciate good food, but give me a break. I don't encourage bulimia or obesity.
