Ugh... coming here reminded me why I have had a self-imposed Saladworks ban for the last 5 years... I stopped in at this Saladworks one night after work. I was on my way to do some shopping and needed something really quick to eat so I wouldn't be hangry while running my errands. For some reason I thought there was a Chipotle/Qdoba at this location, but alas it was a Saladworks. I stopped in anyway because I didn't feel like driving around looking for another dinner option. I ordered a turkey cobb salad with green goddess dressing on the side, with a bottle of water. My total was $10. Let me pause here- a fast-casual salad and a water shouldn't be $10. Ugh, this is why I never eat here! Regardless, the salad was pretty tasty. So why one star? About 30 minutes after eating this salad, I started to get a really bad stomach ache and ended up getting sick in the bathroom at the Bed Bath and Beyond on Chemical Road. Since I had been feeling 100% OK before my meal, I am convinced that there was something that made me ill in the salad. Maybe it was a one time error (some bad lettuce? a piece of uncooked turkey?) but I will not chance another visit to this Saladworks!

Went for lunch today and the lady making salads was having a bad day. I was ordering multiethnic salads and she was down right rude. Food is good but her service was completely unacceptable. Everyone else we dealt with were super nice. That woman though wow!

It's only OK. Had a turkey melt panini and a Maryland crab soup. They asked if I wanted the combo (half a sandwich and a soup). Honestly, half a sandwich is only half a sandwich... I'm tiny, but I can eat more than half a sandwich and a small bowl of soup. Turkey melt was tasteless to be honest. It had bacon, cheddar cheese and slices of turkey. The crab soup was better than the panini. Hubby had an autumn harvest salad, which he enjoyed. Staff was not particularly friendly. Overall, just OK. Not sure if I'll return here.

Ughs, stomach ache after eating here. Great location, but never packed -- that should tell you something! Food is not fresh and you can taste it. For what you get, everything is overpriced. I'd skip this place and go across the street to Baja Fresh for a 200x better salad. It's unfortunate, because Saladworks actually has some enticing options. They just need to execute better and get a little more trendy and they'll be a hit.

I've had better salads. This is a convenient stop if you're looking for a healthy lunch and have no better option than the typical fast food chains. For $8.49, you can have a salad with up to 5 toppings. If you're someone who is protein-prone (i.e. you order shrimp, grilled chicken, etc.), this is a much better deal than the classic salads they have for about 20 cents less. You can ask for the dressing on the side and it comes with a warm fresh roll. I probably won't be back unless I'm on the road with little to no choice around me.

Ugh. How is Saladworks still in business with so many other great fast-casual salad and sandwich type places? Oh right, because there is nowhere else to eat in the burbs. Finding myself starving and in the Ridge Pike shopping area, I came here again for dinner. The only other options seem to be fast food or gross-looking Chinese. My salad (make your own) was OK... But half the ingredients they have out look like they've been there since last Tuesday. They aren't over generous on the toppings either. And one lady was pretty friendly, but the one who made my salad was pretty gruff. For nearly $10 for salad and a drink, I can get a way better meal elsewhere. Not to mention I wouldn't have to be subjected to soft 90s rock. Saladworks is like the Subway of salad/panini places. Sub-par food in terms of freshness, portions, taste and quality, but not at a low enough price point to justify the difference. Should have gone to Panera.

The salads are good and I love their roasted turkey and artichokes. They have the widest range of toppings, including corn salsa, roasted artichokes, and all kinds of seeds. The only downside is that the portions are tiny, and most salads are $8-9, which is pretty pricey. The pick 2 lunch combos are a good option, though, and are more filling than just a salad. Try the caprese panini with half Sophie's salad or the turkey continental with a Tivoli or Bentley. The soups are decent but aren't made from scratch (packaged and heated). The staff here are very friendly, too, and the seating area is very clean and spacious. Overall, a solid pick.

I had a 1/2 salad and a soup combination with a bottle of ice tea. The soup container was very small and the soup was salty. The autumn salad was nothing great in quantity and taste. I wrote them an email and I got back that my experience was not up to par and hope it would be better next time. I don't think so. By the way my lunch cost be over $11.00 and definitely was not worth it. My plan is Panera's for my lunch and not any Salad Works. The staff was not great other.

I'm conflicted because I really enjoy their soup, but the staff that I experienced was totally unpleasant. I wanted a little bit of cheese on top of my soup and got charged for it. No other saladworks has ever charged me for that. I was also charged for substituting apple chips instead of bread since I'm allergic. Again, no other salad works location has ever charged me for this. They were much more concerned with talking to each other then the customers. The food is consistently good but with staff like that I will not return to this location.

The line to order is a little confusing (salad first; soups, then sandwiches). But the service is really great - everyone is so nice! I am a big fan of the soup/half sandwich combo. The soups are excellent - my favorite is the corn & tomato bisque, but the Maryland crab is really good as well. The turkey & cheddar and caprese sandwiches are quite good. Parking can be challenging during the lunch hour, but if you need a quick, relatively healthy meal, this is a good place.

Salads are super fresh and tasty. I stopped in one day after work around 5. I know it's a chain, but I was impressed with how clean it was & how fresh all the ingredients looked. There was basically no one there though. Workers there weren't the friendliest but the food was good. I'll be coming back for sure. Salad are a little pricey. My salad was almost $8 but came with a roll. I couldn't finish my salad so it's a big portion.

I used to go to this Saladworks at least once a week but after an experience a few months ago, I will never return. I asked for a small substitution in my salad "Give me mostly egg whites and just a little of the yolks" I was flat out refused. I was told "We don't split toppings." What? I'm pretty sure that's exactly what you did earlier in the day when you put the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another. The girl then stood there and stared at me, not offering any alternatives like, I don't know, upgrade the salad for an additional charge to get both. That would have been fine. I would have paid to have it the way I wanted it as opposed to being put on the spot by this woman. I could tell it was not really what she wanted to be saying to me either. There was a stern looking woman glowering over her who I later learned was the owner. I almost cried on the spot being stared at like that. I have rarely felt so unwelcome and like such a nuisance to the employees/owner of a business in all my life. Even worse than this, when I tried to complain via the website, the message went to the franchisee, not corporate. I received a condescending email back from the owner saying that I must have mistaken what store I was in. Again, what? I know where I was. Not only did the picture of the owner match the description of the glowering woman, I've lived and worked in the area for the better part of 5 years. Don't pretend this is not your locations problem/fault. For a simple, small request to be denied when it had been accommodated countless times in the past and for how uncomfortable they made me feel, I will never return to this location. I should have walked out right then but I was just so astonished at the treatment I received, I dumfoundedly paid and left, never to return again. Remember, folks. This is a franchise. Don't boycott the business, just find a different location. I did. The one on Henry Ave (which is actually closer to my home) realizes that this is not a ridiculous request and does exactly what I ask every time, without question.

discount salad wednesdays! $6 instead of $8. every penny counts, so I appreciate a deal. the staff here had always been friendly and courteous. ingredients are always fresh and I see them switching them throughout the day. the counter set up does kind of suck, but it's not that bad once you know the lay of the land.

I always love going to salad works in Wayne but stopped for lunch in the conschy location and had a poor experience. My salad was not plentiful and was drenched in salad dressing...they need to review portions. Will not go there again
