I'm not happy with my order today. when I originally called, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes, so when I hung up/called back, I was put on hold again, and finally someone came back and took my order. One of items was a turkey hoagie with mayo, no L, T or O, but add pickles. Then came the delivery issue. My order contained 7 items and I was told the wait was going to be 75 minutes. I got a call when they were supposed to be here saying there was a different delivery order that had to be delivered first and mine was on it's way, obviously making me feel someone else was most important. Then I get 3-4 calls from the delivery person who could not find our office building, then when he did, he went to the side door versus main entrance, then was in the wrong suite. It was a mess. Lastly, I opened up my turkey hoagie and found no cheese. So now I just have a huge chunk of bread, not enough turkey and pickles. I was really unsatisfied and I feel like a lot of it stemmed from the order taker on the phone at the beginning.

What horrible and rude service I encountered. I placed an order via phone and was told 20 minutes. I got there within 5 minutes because I was across the street and proceeded to sit outside In their chairs. Shortly after a mini can pulls up and takes up 4 parking spots and demands everyone of the chairs because it wasn't a "bus stop". He asked if I ordered and I said I placed a phone order so apparently I was allowed to sit. He then came back outside and accused me of not ordering and that they have no orders from phone or in person. I told him the number I called and he couldn't even tell me if it was the right one. He then started getting more heated and said I could order still iif I wanted to. Why would I order again? I already placed the order and clearly they got it wrong. This guy had no customer service manners, didn't know his own stores phone number and clearly thought his 2 chairs outside were made of gold even though he had no customers at all. And he got my name wrong. Don't go here if you want nice pleasant service.

My company has been getting hoagie trays from here for a while and at least the past handful of times the lettuce on all of the hoagies has been brown and half rotten. Appalling.

Just stopped at the Conshy location. The girl who answered the phone should try to read the menu and know what Primos offers I felt like I was speaking a different laguage. Also long hots burnt beyond belief you really have to mess up a long hot for me not to like it! I will avoid this location for now on. Whoever manages this location should shop his own company and see why his franchise is getting sloppy. I will mention that other than the long hots being burnt the food was on par with what I am used to getting with Primos. I recommend if you want the true Primos experience visit the 15th and Ritner location in Philly then you will see the difference in the burbs

The hoagies here are definitely superior to the hoagies at the other surrounding establishments. It is a chain but the quality of the meats and cheeses is excellent. They have just about every kind of hoagie you can think of, along with chicken sandwiches and the like. Try the Italian or the Italian Diablo, which is extra spicy due to the "Diablo" sauce and hot sorpressata. The bread is freshly baked everyday and delivered. I love the crunchy shell. They also offer low fat (and low carb wraps) options with light cheese and low sodium meats for the more health conscious. I have tried the Slim T (ham, turkey, cheese - all light), and found it to be surprisingly good. The service is very fast and efficient, which is very helpful when you're in a rush. A good place to grab a sandwich on a lunch break if you work in Conshy or Plymouth Meeting.

OK, so really craving a sandwich. Normally I get my Safeway deli sandwiches or in this case, Genuardi's, but was instructed to try Primo's. Ordered the "R" Special with lettuce, tomato, onions, and oil. Ate almost a fourth before I realized there was no lettuce, tomato, onions, or oil. Meat and bread. That's really gross. I was starving and just eating. There goes returning it. The pepper shooters, aren't like pepper shooters I've had. These are peppers and chunks of cheese cut up. Ghetto. For $6.75 I would have liked what I ask for. The sandwich was OK, but it could have been better, but the customer service was quite lacking. I was really disappointed. And their parking lot is a joke. Yes, it doesn't exist.

I was in my not-so-unusual hoagie mood for lunch so I decided to venture to this ever-popular hoagie chain. Now, I am not one to advocate going to chains for personal reasons, so this was a departure for me. I've been hearing a lot about Primo Hoagies so I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I know I am in the overwhelming minority here, but I don't see what all the hoopla is all about it. I ordered the humorously named "Whacked Chicken" which was good, not great, but good. The bread was a bit too doughy for my preference. It had a decent crusty outside outside but it was rather chewy in the middle. The chicken portion was extremely generous. Umm, four chicken breasts in one sandwich? Holy geezuz. I wasn't complaining. It was quite an assembly line behind that counter, I must admit. They were very efficient, especially with the busy lunch crowd that was pouring into the place. They knew exactly how to get 'em in and get 'em out. I give it a solid 3 stars. I think I'll have to go with the classic Italian hoagie the next time. Shame on me for being adventurous in choosing a sandwich with a funny name. :-)

Big fan of primo's. Hoagies are hoagies and primo's really is a step up. They may seem expensive to some, but for what you get it's well worth it. Don't even try to compare a hoagie from anywhere else to these guys. Primos is better and also probably one of the few places that slices everything to order. Liscio's bread need I say more? Unless you mumble or don't speak up they never get an order wrong. My gang stops here two to three times a week and orders 6-8 sandwiches. We have never been disappointed.

I decided to wait 2 days before I wrote this review to give me some time to reflect. Should I bash this particular store because of dishonesty or should I still give it a good rating because the hoagie was top notch. With a good amount of reflection I had to give it a 1 star rating. Your review isn't just based on the product but also the cleanliness off your establishment, the ease in ordering, and more importantly in this case, your employees. I've been to this Primo's before and others in Blue Bell(hell I even know the owner of one in Horsham) and they almost always put out a great product. They also have a sign saying, "If you do not receive a receipt at time of payment your hoagie is free". Since 99% of the time I pay with card and have to sign for it that is a no brainer. This day I decide to pay in cash at the same time the morning rush hits and the kid at the counter has to take a call. I sit down and don't realize until the 4th person pays for their stuff that he didn't give me my receipt with my cash. Cha-Ching. So I give him until he has to hand me my hoagie to at least try and get the receipt to me. Nope. Nothing. So, finally my name is called, and I present the employee with my lack of receipt. Employee: I did give you a receipt! Me: No You didn't, I've searched my pockets now you go and search your area. *Employee checks the stand, checks the sandwich bag them checks his pocket and pulls out a crumbled receipt with my name on it Employee: I tried to give you the receipt but you walked away. Me: Which one is it? Did you give me the receipt or did you TRY to give me the receipt. Also, where could I have walked and hidden from you? The store front is the size of a principals office. Employee: I'm telling you I wanted to give it to you but you walked away. Me: Alright now it's not even about the money. I won't even ask for the money, I just need you to admit that you fucked up. I'm not going to tell your manager, your supervisor, nothing. Just be honest and say you didn't give me the receipt because you got swamped and forgot. Employee: I can't do that. He literally looked like he was in between crying and wanting to fight me. I know you probably would have gotten the money docked out of your check or ripped on by your boss, BUT WHEN I GIVE YOU THE OUT, TAKE IT. Don't try and make up a lame excuse. It's still pretty simple. You STILL have the receipt in your hand, while I have my change in mine. Unfortunately I can't let it go, seeing as I waited two days to even write this and I'm still pissed. Like I've said before, they make a great hoagie when they get your order right but the bad outweighs the good so I won't be back.

I always get the Crusher and it's delicious!! The meat is fresh. The service is good. The parking is a little tricky but you'll survive. I love the samples and they will even throw things into your bag for free:-) Enjoy!

This Primo location is bigger inside than expected. I love the bar seating inside and they had some good specials. The parking lot is quick to get in and out of. The workers were nice, it smelled good, food was good. Nuff said. Never get the smallest size roll at Primo it's always two hard. Always get the medium size.

I do know the competition is fierce around this area for that great sandwich, this is why I love this area. Who is going to get who, or who is going to top who. Primo does make a good sandwich, a very filling sandwich to add. They do have great rolls they use, in which I am a fan of this by the way. It is all in the roll, to start off a great sandwich you need that great bread. Almost like a sarcone which has that nice not so hard outside with that soft inside. Follow this up with some oil, and balsamic now we just layered down the base. Fresh cut meats for you to fill this roll with Prosciutto, hot capacola , some dried cured capacola, sharp Provolone, with some sopressata. With long hots, onions, tomatoes added in this already packed sandwich with shooters on the side. Add another quick pass of oil and balsamic over top let it really saturate in, with some roasted peppers this is what we call my own creation. Now I did add some extra, to this beast and this is not a menu sandwich, this is my creation " The Nandino" . I did pay a little extra for this, but they make how I want . I did get a weird look from the lady, but what do you expect . If I am not going the "call your own " I normally go with the "Bada Bing" or mix it up with the "Nona". This is a small spot with parking towards the back, but they are sharing this with other stores located in this tiny strip. If the parking doesn't get you frustrated to the point of screaming , the traffic on Ridge will. Price wise they are up there , if they want to stay competitive they need to drop it down a few bucks. There is another location a block away from them that I just perused which is also amazing. Side note *** these guys deliver to better serve. Other than the price the quality is good, customer service is passable, and from what I have seen the shop is clean.

I'm not saying this is definitely the case, but I'm not ruling it out either: Primo's may be a front for a drug cartel. And I don't think they're even trying to hide it. You walk into a suspiciously large, wide open room adorned with little more than several curiously empty sandwich assembly stations, which could easily double as cocaine production lines, cooking up small mountains of Conshohocken booger sugar. And the parking lot is closer to being Ridge's shoulder than a comfortable place for your car. But even if my suspicions are true and their focus shifts from Italian hoagies to Colombian bam-bam by nightfall, the Bada Bing is a quality sandwich. Nicely coated in a delicate crust of fried bread crumbs, there's a great rich, toasty taste to the sandwich. The requisite broccoli rabe bitterness shines through, but the coldness of the greens dampens any potential greatness. Be warned that they're not messing around with the Diablo section, at least not with chicken cutlet with buffalo cheese and spice. Very simple and tasty, but not for the person who's ever cautiously inquired about a menu item's heat index. A very good sandwich place at slightly inflated prices.

Awesome hoagies, better than I can find up in Boston. Keeping this place on my list!

THE BEST HOAGIE OF MY LIFE!!!! This is not an exaggeration! It really is the best hoagie I'd ever had. I know I'm not from Philadelphia or even the Northeast for that matter, but I've traveled a lot and I've eaten a lot of sandwiches (natures perfect food!). So it is with no small amount of critical experience that I say this is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Much of the grandeur of this sandwich is owed to the bread: Sarcone's I believe. What can I say. It's perfect. Hearty crust with lots of toasty sesame seeds, and a soft flavorful crumb. When you split the bread down one side, it holds fast on the other side so that all the sandwich fillings are tightly bound between the bread. No splitting open and spilling the fillings everywhere. Perfectly formed. It's no small feat! The meats and cheeses are from Thumann's. I had not tried their meats before, but it was great! Salty goodness! Fresh veggies! Some mayo, some spicy mustard, a little oil & vinegar! Just awesome! They ship anywhere in the U.S. I'm seriously thinking I may place an overnight order. Why! Why! Why won't they open a franchise out west!?!??!? How about in Las Vegas!? It would do great there! I get to Vegas far more often than Philly! Or Phoenix, or Denver! We like good sandwiches out west to! ... sigh.

My favorite hoagie and fast food aside from Tony likes. Unreal quality of ingredients including meats, cheeses, and ROLLS! They have an insane selection too. Hard to choose from, I love so many. Cons: LITTLE pricey, I guess that comes with the territory (amazing). One time I called ahead for about 12 hoagies for a tailgate party. When I paid for it (cash) the cashier handed me my change and then proceeded to shake the tip jar!!!!! That is as ugly as it gets. I'm a tipper, but not for take out, usually. And definitely not after that ordeal.

I was craving Primos recently. Their turkey is fresh and plentiful and the bread is the perfect kind of crusty/cut-the-roof-of-your-mouth yet soft inside. So, I stopped by today and I probably won't be going back any time soon. It cost me $9.27 for a turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard Primo. You have to be kidding me. Sure, it is so huge that I am making i into a second lunch for tomorrow, but a sandwich for the same exact size at the ballpark costs less. I feel really ripped off, which is too bad. I don't remember them being nearly this expensive, as I haven't gone in about a year. Now I probably won't go back to the Conshy one, in favor of finding something newer and cheaper (besides Wawa.)

Hoagies here are disappointing. They have a ton of variety of different subs on the menu including spicy options. The sandwich come in small, medium, and large. I tried the spicy tuna with tomatoes, lettuce, and banana peppers. It didn't taste spicy at all and I was expecting a tuna salad-esque taste, but it just tasted like flat out white tuna. Very dry, not too flavorful, and expensive. $9+ for a medium hoagie! Lenny's Deli down the road has the same sized hoagies for $6.25. Lots of meat but generally tasteless. I was really disappointed overall.

although I'm new to the area, by far the best hoagie I've tried. Meat and cheese were great quality and they weren't shy about loading the thing up. Couldn't finish it in one sitting

Terrible customer service. Order three wraps and one was about two inches shorter then the others, when I mentioned this they told me I was wrong even though I held both up to show them. The one that was ordered was a buffalo chicken, when we unwrapped it we realized it was turkey with mayo. When I took it back to show them I was told everyone makes the same mistake and that's just how the buffalo chicken looks and that even thought it taste just like the turkey wrap its different and that the bleu cheese just smells and looks like mayo but it's not mayo and I just don't know what bleu cheese taste like. When I informed them I have had this exact same thing from another location and it was completely different (actually had buffalo chicken and bleu cheese) I was told I am wrong and he was done talking to me about this and there was nothing he could do if I don't know what buffalo chicken and bleu cheese taste like. I have never had a problem with Primos before going to this location in Conshohocken, I will never be going back to this location and the same goes for everyone I have talked to since it seems they act like this with everyone.
