This isn't the best Dunkin by a long shot BUT it is the only one in the area that will have a full inventory of bagels even after 6 pm. And ya know, sometimes you just want a damn bagel with cc for dinner (multigrain por favor) and it is heartbreaking when your Dunkin doesn't have the multigrain. Service is just ok and they have yet to get my usual order wrong (large iced coffee, half decaf, coconut, skim, half sugar...yes, I am very high maintenance). The drive-thru is a different story but it's decent if you order inside.

Rarely get order correct always very short with you. NEVER friendly. Last straw was today when they refused to correct my order got annoyed and charged me much more for my order than I would have been if I had stayed to argue with the already unfriendly woman at the counter. They seemed to get overwhelmed with even the slightest amount of business. Really rude bad service. Plus they rip you off. Go anyplace else. ANYWHERE! Not worth being talked to like you're an inconvience which is what you feel like as a customer here.

This location makes the best wake up wraps. They're always perfectly done and the drive thru is speedy and they're friendly. I think this is the best one around.

One time on Christmas Eve during a snow storm, my girlfriend and I were in a car accident on the Turn Pike. A tow truck driver brought us to this Dunkin Donuts location in Conshohocken. Visibly shaken and holding bags of Christmas Presents we nestled in a booth in the corner, near the bathroom. Our phones were slowly fading and needed to be charged so we could attempt to make it home. The management and workers looked at us angrily as my girlfriend tried to charge her phone. Horrified that they suspected we were stealing their electricity for nefarious deeds (after all Edison and Tesla did all that fine science so one day a Dunkin Donuts could hoard what they had over the needy and damned) I got up and ordered a coffee, the coffee was stale and old but it bought us enough time for my girlfriend's phone to be charged enough so we could get out of dodge. We did, by the way of a couple of Conshohocken natives who managed to drive us to the outskirts of the city, and a bus stop. I will forever be thankful to them, and forever horrified at the way this Dunkin Donuts treated us.

My wife swears by Dunkin iced coffee and it's funny that a company with the slogan "America runs on Dunkin" would treat their customers like shit. Every Sunday when I go to get some coffee it's the same shenanigans, one person ringing people up and a long ass line. Then you get rushed through your order which usually is happening before the other person is even moved out of the way. Then the food..... I will admit their iced coffee is on point but fuck the food gross. Every single time it's either cold in the middle because again rushing like mad men to pump out the orders or old and soggy. Never have I eaten there and been like "that hit the spot" it's more like "holy shit I just spend 14 bucks for this?!" I'm happy to say besides coffee I haven't given this greedy company any of my money in almost a year now. Hey Dunkin before America runs over your ass, hire more people and make consistency you're priority!

A disaster.. parking can be tricky, hope you have a good premium. A constant madhouse trying to get in and leaving while others are coming in good luck . When I finally made it in from the war zone of a parking lot I ordered a pumpkin spice coffee, 24 oz. I must have said it 3x in a polite manner about my order , and he still failed. Now I am about to burst and just find a bagel twist and crack him over the head with it and make my own coffee back there. If he was the manager he should have just stayed in the back and hide. It wasn't that hard.. pumpkin spice, cream and sugar and that's it. The donuts didn't look to appealing, even the crowd fav. Boston Cream looked like a hot mess They still got it wrong after all that . I will never come back in here , I should have just gone the extra half mile down the street to the WaWa where I know I could have gotten a pumpkin spice done right.

The red velvet coffee here is terrible. Plain and simple. The only reason I give it a 2 star is because the hash browns were normal

Old coffee , stale bagel, with a sticks worth of butter smushed in between the halves. The girl at the window was one word responsive over the intercom. Come to find out she was on her cell phone and not even a hands free. She totally had her iPhone up to her ear opposite the ear the headset was on.

Bad customer service! Don't go there, especially at night! There is mean old Indian lady who will scream at you if you talk too fast or loud!

Horrible parking lot and located in a really busy area. Terrible iced coffee, tastes burnt. They didn't put any sugar in either. Blueberry muffin tasted stale. Go inside for service, as the drive thru line gets long. Service wasn't bad.

My main issue with this dunkin donuts is that they never get my order correct... and I'm only asking for a medium french vanilla with milk. 50% of the time I get plain coffee. 2x this week alone they didn't get it right. This morning she repeated my order correctly, but when I got to the window, 4 employees were all joking around while I sat and waited to pay. They knew I was sitting there but continued to mess around. No doubt whomever was making my coffee was distracted by the other employees which is why I, yet again, ended up with plain coffee. On Saturday, when I got to the window, I even asked him, "French vanilla???" to make sure I wasn't going home with plain. "Yes yes" he says. Guess who went home with plain?
