I'm not sure why the reviews on this place are so harsh. The inside matches exactly what it is: a tiny corner dive bar. Yes, you can smoke in there and the crowd can get a little gruff, but it's a solid place to walk to and whet your whistle. I go here sometimes with my boyfriend because he lives really close, and I've had nothing but good experiences. I like the video games at the bar, and they have darts, skeeball, and some other games you can play. The bathroom is a little iffy, but it's not unbearable. The drink specials are dirt cheap and the bartenders are nice. If you choose to go here, don't expect a center city dive. Two different leagues altogether. If you don't mind the smoke and want some cheap beers with your buddies, stop in here. Otherwise, stick to Feyette St.

Carols is a great neighborhood bar! The beer is cold and cheap! A game is always on And there is a pool table and bubble hockey! $2 rolling rock and Pbr pints everyday, you can't beat it in conshohocken!

carols place is definitely one of the best bars. They have cheap drinks and always good specials. The bartenders are great and they have lots of games in the back room!

Carol's Place is, by far, my favorite dive bar. I have been a regular here for over a year now. If you don't like dive bars, THEN THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. Go back to Fayette Street. Carol's is a bar where you can smoke, bring your own food in (or have it delivered), and offers Rolling Rock pints for $2, all the time. They are also known for their $6 Long Island Iced Teas. They offer a variety of flavored vodkas, as well as your standard liquors. At least 6 different beers are offered on tap, with numerous other bottles. Six and Twelve packs are available for takeout, too. Bar amenities include free darts, an internet connected TouchTunes jukebox, a pool table, and a few other arcade games. Carol's also offers beer pong - just ask the bartender to bring out the table. Carol's also offers numerous televisions, and frequently broadcasts sports games & Pay Per View fights. Free wi-fi, too. Most importantly, Carol's is a place where no one thinks they are better than anyone else. Older people, younger people, difference races, different lifestyles, all in one bar. That is what really makes Carol's a special place.

It's the WORST bar! Their drinks SUCK!!!! Service SUCKS! Your typically low down dirty bar..just check out the bathroom and there's your answer on this bar #FOUL

A neighborhood "gem" with lots of potential. Dive bar at it's finest. Drinks are pricey for a dive. Lots of games and a pool table. Smoking is still allowed so not the cleanest of places. The crowd is all regulars and some obnoxious characters. Good place for a snow day.

Carol's is a divey watering hole nestled amongst Conshohocken residences. The bartender on-call (Diane) was friendly to me, getting me a water, as I was recovering from a bar crawl. (I also had a shot of something red, and something good, as someone had purchased a bunch.) Besides drink, Carol's has darts, a television, a photo match game, a pool table, a Touch Tunes jukebox, and a golf arcade game. This isn't a bad place to hang with friends, but you might not want to venture in here alone. But hey, if you're friendly, stop on in.

Looking for a place where you can chain smoke while drinking? Spend all your dollars in the jukebox (that is, when the bartenders aren't watching tv - which is usually the case) or in the megatouch game? Drink all the domestic beers you'd like? Drink cheap, but tiny shots using a less than stellar selection of liquor? Perhaps go to the bathroom using a stall without a door that closes? Well, I usually am. But that's because I don't have high standards for a watering hole within walking distance that I can go to in my comfy sweats.

Carole's Place is very... "local". It's a standard local dive bar in Conshocken, and to be honest the crowd was a little depressing for 11pm on a Saturday night. I only stopped in for one last quick drink with a bunch of friends before heading home, but the ambience (i.e. smoke) might have had something to do with how quick our visit actually was. They did have darts, pool, and a jukebox for entertainment, but I'll probably stick to Fayette St. in Conshy from now on.
