Stay away! This place only exists because it's the only game in town for breakfast. They truly take their customers for granted.

Dinner on Saturday at 10 pm. Dry roast beef sandwich. Overcooked burger. Salad bar was a bit stale and dressings were watered down. Not recommended.

I love diners, in all their 24-hour glory. Places you can count on to provide sustenance when you most need it. But Andy's Diner & Pub didn't do it for me. The food was nothing special, and on the greasy side even for a diner. I'm guessing a meal there would vastly improve with copious amounts of booze. Speaking of adult beverages, when I ordered a bourbon and soda, the waiter brought back a bourbon and coke. Being from the south, I forget that other places call cokes sodas. Oops. But they were happy to fix my drink order gratis. Keep it simple, and you'll probably have a decent meal. I recommend keeping expectations in check.

Got sick after eating there, from both ends! Defiantly food poisoned. Had wings and French Opinion soup, wife had Gyro and had stomach Issues but nothing what I'm still going through a Day later. Been there before for breakfast, was Just ok and over priced. Ill never eat there again! Also sat for 15 minutes until we got our drinks. After leaving saw numerous children in and out Of rear of diner I'm assuming was kitchen area And they were employees children riding there Bikes into kitchen area. Never again!

I've been a regular customer at Andy's, where I've been here every weekend. Today was the first time and last time I will be a customer. I tried the buffet and it looked great, until I bit into a toothpick in my potatoes. After I ordered something new because the manager apologized and said "anything you want", he graciously didn't charge me for the buffet and took a few dollars of my new meal. Another manager offered me a discount card. I would have comped the $21.00 meal, but not the management at Andy's. Unfortunately they've lost a loyal customer.

Horrible horrible dinner. They need to stick to breakfast. Have been there many many times for the breakfast buffet. Was in town, unfortunately for a funeral. Went for dinner. They only took cash (credit card machine broken). Place was empty. Should have been a clue. Son ordered gyro sandwich. Dry and meat seemed old. Very little tsaski sauce. Aren't the owners Greek? Other son got open face turkey. Never again. Almost afraid to go back for breakfast. Server bad. Asked about something on menu. He didn't know. Had to ask for refills. Never around.

I was taken here by a friend who swears by the breakfast offered. Who am I to turn down a free breakfast. I figured he is the type that visits lots of places so I trusted his judgement that the food would be tasty. I wasn't disappointed. The breakfast was a buffet with an omelette station. I enjoyed that fruit, waffles, sausage, bacon, creamed chipped beef and a few other offerings were on the menu. I went back for seconds and all this if offered for $10.95. After reading the reviews, this place seems to run hot & cold, but I can only say - I enjoyed the breakfast and the service was adequate. Not sure if I would return for other meal times.

We live very close, so not only is it convenient, but the food is good. I'm not a buffet person, but their salad/soup bar is awesome. They have giant chunks of feta, yummy greek olives, grape leaves and other delicious items on the salad bar. And of course they serve drinks. Oh and if you like french toast, you must order it. Challah!! What more could you want.

Just getting right down to it... not overly impressed. It's not a terrible place to eat, AKA I wouldn't kick and scream in the parking lot because Outback (across the street) was closed... like it seems they usually are. BUT, I wouldn't drive more than 5 minutes to get there either. They have a very extensive menu, serve drinks and have clean dishes... but its always cold in there, the service is just okay, and honestly... I miss the Lonestar that it took over. Normal diner food, and unless you're in Jersey, who can be picky?

Omoro J.
I went specifically to try the breakfast buffet and was pretty disappointed. They kept running out of all the favorites so I spent half the time standing in line waiting for the refills. They didn't have scrambled eggs in the buffet (HUH?), but you could order them through your waiter. No idea why a breakfast buffet wouldn't have scrambled eggs as a feature... Anyway, the food was pretty good when I did manage to get some onto my plate.

Okay, so there's nothing glamorous about Andy's, but somehow it's still one of my favorite places ever, and not just because they're open 24/7. I'm probably being a little generous with my rating because I only ever go for their soup and salad bar (the matzo ball soup is perfection), except on weekends when I indulge in their very affordable brunch buffet replete with omelet bar. I can't really comment on their regular menu, but for what it's worth, the boyfriend usually orders one of their huge breakfasts and he won't share. The service has always been great, love the kitschy diner decor, and it's by far the best 24/7 diner for miles.

Solid diner for the area. Still have a sweet spot for my Jersey diners, but nothings perfect. Good breakfast, big buffet for the weekends. Service could be a little more attentive. Worth a stop if driving by.

Exceptional diner food 24/7. Eggs Benedict with homefries was very good. They are heavy handed on the hollandaise, but that's not a bad thing in my book. The bacon cheeseburger and fries plate is a sure winner too.

Good diner, great food. Little disorganized but everything soon got right. Eggs over medium, corned beef hash with toast and a side of bacon. Can't beat that

DO NOT GO FOR TAKE OUT IF YOUR HUNGRY. Paid almost 13$ for a turkey club that had a single thin layer of turkey (1/8th inch) about 3 inch of lettuce a huge slab of tomato and 2 strips of bacon....then a couple weeks later stopped in for a quick bacon egg and cheese to go before work, got 1 egg 1 slice of cheese 1 slice of bacon cut in half on a texas size kaiser (couldnt see anything on the sandwich, looked like a lone kaiser roll) and a terrible coffee for 12$. This place used to be great...dissappointing, im done.

Awesome diner! Came here on a Sunday late morning for brunch. They offered a breakfast buffet complete with an omelet station for just $10.95 (all you can eat). Waitress was friendly and attentive, got our drinks right away. This diner is particularly awesome because it's also a "pub" aka it serves alcohol, so there were lots of diners around us having drinks with their lunch. I got the stuffed French toast combo which was amazing-- French toast stuffed with sweet cream cheese topped with bananas, strawberries and whipped cream. Also came with two eggs any style, bacon and sausage. I cleaned my plate. My friends got the cheese blintzees and devoured them, as well as the florentine omelette with home fries. They loved it too. Some reviews really give this place a bad rap, but if you're expecting a five start lobster dinner when you go to a diner, then don't act sad when you don't get that. Food came out super fast and it was all good. Will absolutely come back again!

I'm a local to this place. Been there a bunch at others requests. Simple items like French fries are always terrible and smell (like they fry them in bad oil or the fries are bad). The breakfast buffet is affordable but nothing to write home about. Service is always terrible and the place isn't that clean if you really look around. They need a better diner in the area for sure.

Last night, I had a craving for waffles and suggested this diner to my friend after reading the reviews. I ordered waffles, bacon, and scrambled eggs; my food was delicious and I was satisfied. Tracy, our waitress was AWESOME!!! She was on point with everything i needed before even asking her. One thing i dislike is having one napkin the entire meal and she made sure we had extra napkins, condiments, refills on our beverages etc... Great Job Tracy!! She also made sure my eggs were scrambled with cheese. I hate when cooks place a thick slice of cheese on my eggs. If you're in the area and looking a decent breakfast, check out Andy's.

I gotta say, the reviews made me a little nervous, but I decided to try Andy's anyway. And I was not disappointed! The waiter was attentive and the restaurant clean. We were there for Christmas, so wasn't extremely crowded. The salad bar was decent, and the two soups I tried (chicken and shells, and bacon potato) were delicious. I ordered the pasta carbonara, which was a delicious and HUGE portion. I ate some leftovers today and still have enough for a third meal. The sauce was a little bit of an overkill with possibly 3 or 4 cups, but luckily I like that because it keeps the leftovers moist when reheating. The food did take a while to come, but we were chatting away and catching up, so it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom had paper towels all over the floor and could have been cleaner. All in all, I'll definitely be back. Looking forward to trying the other meals on the menu (and there are a TON).

The place looks ok but the food is TERRIBLE! it's nice that it's 24 hours, but if you wanna waste your time sitting at a table waiting for what you ordered this is the place to go. They are so slow and over priced. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

I was a little apprehensive with the reviews some left but my wife and I came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was awesome. The waitress was new but very friendly and on top of us and our needs. Food came out within 10 minutes, I ordered the farmers special and wife got eggs. Food tastes great! Great prices and large portions. Couldn't even finish it. I recommend it. It's worth it.

Where do I start? I guess advertising works because that's why I stopped here. The restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, the food was cold, the server forgot part of my order and when presented with the check, I was overcharged. Would I come back, probably not.

Very good food. Not sure why it only has 2.5 stars?? My family and I all agreed on the 4 stars. Didn't get their salad bar but it looks very good and it looks clean. Got the crepes and they are very good. Son got the chicken Caesar wrap, very good. Stuffed French toast comes with lots of fruit on top. Can't beat the free WiFi too. Great experience!

10 minutes to get seated, while looking at empty tables, 10 minutes to get drink order, 5 minutes to get drinks, waitress forgot drinks, food and drinks finally came out together. Food order was wrong, and missing mayo. Would never eat here again and tell people to avoid at all costs.

DON'T GO HERE!!!! FOOD IS TERRIBLE!!! BE FAIR WARNED!!! The food was terrible. I asked for a cup of soup got a bowl, decided I'd suck it up n keep it. It was French onion soup ($450/bowl) & it was bitter. I ordered a burger medium n fries. I got a burger well done & the end of bag fries. They were the size for of the tips of my fingers. We order Oreo cake & it tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for months. The waitress was very very nice wish I could remember her name. As for the female "Manager" that was on duty she was very rude. She sat 1/2 my party b4 I got out of the restroom & yell across the restaurant & point they are in the back. & when I told her at the register I wanted her to take the burger off bc the food was terrible she said why didn't I take a new one when she offered. I said it doesn't matter I'm not paying for it I didn't even take 1 bite. So be fair warned!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!

Fun diner. On any given day driving down Ridge passing by Andy's you'll see a lot full of cars. This family friendly and 50s themed place is a quick, clean and delicious place to grab a bite to eat. Breakfast menu is all I have ever seen but they have a nice diner selection. I got a hot tea and a number 4. The sunny side eggs were cooked perfectly, hash browns aren't my favorite because I really like them crunchy. Overall I enjoyed the traditional diner feel.

I am up and down for this place. It is really close to me and when they are doing well I can get in and out fast. But I have had some bad moments here too. Hair in TE food one time. Waiting for over 10 minutes to place my order. The food is good and like I said before they get it to you pretty quick. And you can't beat the prices. It's just the customer service is either good or poor, hit or miss.

The service is always decent, the food is hot and ready pretty quickly. It's an average dining experience, going for breakfast is best though. The decor is ridiculous and the place needs to be updated though. Robert Irvine would have a field day with this place!

Disaster from the start. They sat us at a table and forgot about us. I ordered a salad and there were pieces of eggshells left on the egg. My friend got three eggs and hash browns with onions in them. They brought out two eggs and plain hash browns then brought out the third egg and the onions when they realized they counted wrong and forgot an ingredient. When we left I asked for my milkshake to-go. They poured in into a smaller paper cup while spilling most of it on the table. I used to be in the restaurant industry so I am normally very forgiving, but not a single thing about that meal went right. I tried to explain the issues we encountered to the cashier and she brushed me off. They have no interest in learning from their mistakes.

Worst diner in the world of diners! My family and I decided to grab a late night meal before we headed home from work. It was either Uno's or Andy's Diner. Shamefully, I convinced everyone to eat at a diner where there will be more varieties to choose from. My brother and I entered first and saw the host/manager as we entered. He was standing to the side, watching TV. He looked down as we walked through the door and noticed us. Without even a hello or a nice greeting, he lifted his up to catch a few more glimpse of whatever was showing on the television. My brother and I suddenly thought that he was just another guest at the restaurant. Finally, he asked if it was just the 2 of us. There were 5 of us plus a 2yr old. He kind of gave us a half eye roll and shrug. The server came and was nice... But the worst of the worst hit us and it went straight down hill to hell after that... The food came out horrible. Bland, dry, overcooked... All the bad things that food can be, it was there. It was all right there, and the only thing missing from that point on was.............. Our waitress. We didnt eat any of our food. As we were about to leave, I had to use the Men's room. And that my friends was the moment. It was the glorious moment when I found the reason our waitesss was MIA... She was hanging by the bar the whooooooooooooooooooole time. Take the advice. Take the other reviews about this place seriously. Dont go here. I's that bad! Nuff' said...

I've been to Andy's for brunch on the weekends as well as late night dining after a night in Conshy. As far as brunch goes, I did have one negative incident where the wait staff must have completely forgotten about us, that my date and I left after waiting for 10 minutes without getting service. Our next trip, he was about to leave after a few minutes of waiting, but fortunately, I think the manager noticed and had a waitress come our way. Anyways, decent variety of food for their brunch buffet, as well as an omelette station. Late night dining is somewhat slow... but hey, I do feel for the staff having to deal with a bunch of drunks at 2am.

This place is pretty gross. Service is mediocre but food is greasy and mushy. Breakfast was busy and food is underwhelming and actually overpriced given that it's a diner! I will not return here.

Opted for Andy's Diner over other nearby eateries. Had never been here so wanted to give it a try. Mediocre, at best. First warning sign: fake coffee creamer with the coffee. And they don't have real cream or half-and-half if requested. Always a bad sign for a diner -- they're more interested in economizing, and don't care what the effect on food quality may be. You can almost be certain of powdered mashed potatoes and canned corned beef hash, too. Chipped beef was pasty, under-seasoned, lukewarm. Gyro omelette was ok, if a bit overcooked. Nothing was really hot. Home fried potatoes were virtually unsalted and not hot. And when they bus the tables, they sweep the crumbs and food bits onto the floor. Skeevy.

This place is suspect!! The exterior of the place looks very inviting, but that's where it ends. The people that either work at or own this place are horrible. Before we got seated we told the hostess that we needed saying for 2, she ended up bringing us one menu. I ended up waking up there to ask for a menu. The waitress just didn't look professional. Not very customer friendly, no eye contact, she was to busy worrying about, I believe the owner's son of the place. Then there was the hair in my buddy's "stuff French toast", which with stuff with regular cream cheese, not the sweet cream cheese, which the menu had claim to be what the French toast was full with. The bathroom was in poor condition. I guess that's what you get when the place is open 24hr. everyday. Wouldn't recommend this mess, called a diner dive!

I have got to say a diner that is 24/7 with a full bar to add is probably one of the greatest ideas out there . Andy's is one of those places that offers the customer these kind of accommodations . I came in after work in the morning for breakfast . A pretty big parking lot that I have ever seen even for a diner, also Andy's is very handicap friendly which makes it easy. When I walked through the double doors to the seating area(s), I had noticed nice sized fully stocked bar on your left with seating all around. This being a little after 7:30 in the morning there wasn't anyone making drinks, but I did notice they have Victory and Sammy A (Samuel Adams) on tap, yes please ! I was seated promptly , my waitress greeted me with a smile and immediately read my mind , and it was yelling for coffee. I perused over their breakfast menu , everything looked good at a very reasonable price. I had decided on going with a Supreme omelette along with a short stack. The Supreme definitely lived up to its name with ham, bacon , sausage in the mix with some jalapeno peppers cut up for an added kick. This full plate also comes with a side of home fries (sliced potatoes) which was ok. The pancakes were ok pretty big , some what fluffy that did take up the whole circumference of the plate. Pretty good breakfast they have, its not like another spot I know of that Miss. Danan had mentioned, which is a whole different level of good. Cheap, service is friendly , coffee was hot and fresh, never an empty cup. **Side note** They also offer a breakfast buffett on the weekends.

Horrible diner. The waitress, who appeared to be either drunk or high on pills, messed up both of our (simple) lunch orders, which tasted mediocre at best. The soda was flat. And the manager was fighting with the wait staff openly in front of diner guests. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time on this joint.

I have always been a huge fan of this place. Great food for a very reasonable price. However, they updated their menu prices about 2 weeks ago and are now charging 50% more for my favorite foods!!! Way too big of an increase and for the prices I might as well go to a restaurant rather than a diner. Unfortunately, I will be spending much less time at this spot. But the greasy, indulgent menu was great while it lasted.

I've visited numerous times for their weekend Brunch Buffet, most recently on Sunday, June 15th. I dined alone and sat at the counter/bar. Their Brunch Buffet features many assorted items, including french toast, waffles, bacon, sausage links, scrapple, breakfast potatoes, creamed chipped beef, and more. Fresh toast is offered from the kitchen, just tell your server what kind you'd like. There is an egg and omelet station, where a chef makes you eggs and omelets any way you'd like. I had a bacon and cheddar cheese omelet, which was very fresh and full of flavor. I was taken care of my a friendly woman named Lynn, who was quick to refill my soda, and brought me fresh toast from the kitchen. All in all, I paid $10.95, which included coffee or a soda. This is an outstanding value, and I look forward to returning again.

Three strikes and you're out. I really, really tried to like this place and left disappointed with the food and service every single time. Breakfast is okay, anything outside of that is actually horrible. I can't tell if they're under or just poorly staffed. Guess it doesn't really matter anyway as I'll never go back.

So I found out there is a diner closer to home. After my late night shift, I came here around 2 AM. It was full with patrons and mostly construction workers. I ordered a veggie omelette with home fries and rye toast. The plate came with a severe burnt toast. But the omelette was pretty decent and so did the home fries. This diner strives to be the 60s diner with odd and misplaced decors. But doesn't come close to it. Maybe because of the dull lighting. The reason I gave 3 stars is there is nothing special about this diner. Also the coffee was lukewarm.

Holy crap. Came in with my girlfriend and our five kids for breakfast while driving home. We waited 20 minutes to have our order taken and another 20 for the drinks to come. We have been here 50 minutes and still have not see our food. Skip this place if you expect to eat.

Pretty decent spot for a quick bite. Matzo ball soup had great flavor and matzo balls were light, but they didn't hold together well so that was disappointing. The turkey club was very tasty and I liked that they used oven roasted turkey for the club. It was very delicious

We went for breakfast on Easter Sunday. We do not celebrate Easter; however, we did expect a long wait. Boy were we wrong, there was no wait because this place is MASSIVE. It is a huge space and that is a bonus. The buffet had a little bit of everything, including not only an omelet station but also a chocolate fountain. It looked clean and fresh-- however, we opted to just go with off the menu items. My omelet was just scrambled eggs with veggies added. The potatoes were mushy (ew) and there was just nothing spectacular about any of it. My husband's sunny side up eggs were cooked :-( Let me repeat, the egg yolk was cooked through. That is not what you expect when you say sunny side up; rather, you expect goopey yolky goodness that you can dip bread into. This is really should be a 2 star review because they are diner. If they have to pick ONE thing to make well, its eggs and they failed. Somewhat a bummer because we live so close. The extra star is for our extremely nice waitress as well as the fact that I bet there is never a wait here because there are so many tables. Maybe we will try it again soon to see if our one time experience was a fluke.

My boss takes us here for lunch because he's cheap. Everytime I dread going because I can't say no because he really wants to talk about business (not lunch) I'd rather bring my own lunch and eat it here. Let me put it to you this way, I once attempted to reheat my entire uneaten meal taken to go (out of politeness) in the oven. it made my kitchen smell putrid. My wife complained and now we can't get rid of the lingering awfulness that is the smell of their bland mutant sized chicken portions. Again on the plus side its dirt cheap but man, I would never touch this places or their food if I didn't have to. I have no idea why people go here. I really, really, don't understand. It's one of the mysteries of the universe. Go to outback or drive up ridge pike, anywhere! PLEASE. It's really that bad. I'm not exaggerating.

As diners go, this wasn't bad. Nothing spectacular, just average. Prices were good, portions were good, service was good, all in all it was just an unmemorable place.

My girlfriend and I went here to get lunch while trying to waste time. The first thing we noticed is that it was not a dirty restaurant and had a diner style interior with a pub also inside which was an interesting concept. We also noticed the specialization in Greek type foods which attributes to the Greek owner. The Brooklyn Burger was good with swiss cheese, fried onions instead of mushrooms, and bacon. It was very big burger and filled me up quickly. My girlfriend had the Greek Chicken wrap which she enjoyed also. Overall, I give the restaurant 4-stars as I enjoyed the food and the clean environment. There is also a buffet but we never tried it.

It's your basic diner spot and diner food, but it's good, quick, and conveniently located off 476 between 76 and the turnpike entrance. A favorite spot for breakfast / lunch on the way home from a night in Philly.

Flavorless food, and definitely not fresh. I had the eggs benedict which is not the easiest meal to make, but they were not even close. The eggs were very runny and the hollandaise sauce was way off in it's flavor profile. My father's burger was okay, but it didn't satisfy him to the point where he would have to come back for the burger either. He said, "average". My mother's steamed muscles (we are not sure why she decided on muscles at a diner) were either closed or green. Now not all of them were an off color, but it was enough for Mom to call off the rest of her meal. My wife had a chicken panini with onions and peppers covered in mozzarella. The french fries were definitely of the frozen variety. They lacked flavor, but at least they were not greasy. The chicken itself was inedible. By inedible I mean it it was literally a rubber chicken. We suspect the chicken was precooked and reheated in the microwave. In short stay away from the food. Positives: The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The salad bar is large, and the soup was a big hit with Mom. Her exact compliment was "It tastes homemade". Sadly the rest of our dining experience didn't hit the mark set by the soup.

We checked out Andy's Diner for breakfast on a Sunday. The place was packed so we thought it would be good. We were very wrong. The environment just feels very disgusting. The food was okay, but definitely not worth the wait or price. We will not be going back here in the future.

I went to Andy's for breakfast this past Saturday with friends. We saw they had a buffet and for $11 figured it would do the trick. One of the worst breakfast I have ever had. The home fries and creamed chip beef (almost all cream, very little beef) had absolutely no seasoning, it was so bland. The pancakes were difficult to cut with a fork and knife, the waffles were cold and too chewy. the bacon was strange, something unbacony about it, and the sausages were the banquet sausages you get frozen at the supermarket for 6 for a $1 The icing on the cake, the 2 guys working the omelet station couldn't make 1 omelet between the 2 of them! We seriously watched one women wait 10 minutes for an omelet, how is that even possible? All 3 of us eventually just gave up on getting any eggs We would have been better off getting a breakfast burrito at McDonalds. just terrible The only positive was our waitress was good and filled our coffee promptly

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I associate diners with comfort food, and twice when I wanted comfort food, I stopped by Andy's. The first time, for breakfast, I ordered scrambled eggs with whole wheat toast. Within seconds of taking my order, the waiter turned around and asked whether I wanted white toast - I informed him, "No, whole wheat". I got whole wheat toast, with an egg "over" - not scrambled as requested. My tip on that occasion reflected the crummy service. More recently, I stopped by for supper. Having recently returned from a vacation in Greece, I figured I'd try some souvlaki. They were out of souvlaki. The other greek entry on the menu was pistachio, and I asked the waitress what that was....she didn't know either. So I ordered the baked lasagna. The portion was plentiful, but nearly devoid of taste. (How do you make tomato sauce tasteless?) Two visits to Andy's Diner; two crummy meals - there won't be a third visit

We came here for a quick bite today and I decided to get the brunch buffet with made-to-order omelettes and the soup/salad/breakfast bar. The omelettes were made on frying pans that were not cleaned after each creation and the toast was burnt. Most of items were either overcooked or left out for too long. The only good part was the chicken and orzo soup, which came with plenty of chicken and carrots and onions. The Andy's burger was pretty good, though, and the fries were hot and crispy. I suppose the food here is edible, for the most part, but do learn from my experience and stay away from the brunch buffet unless you want to survive on soup and hard-boiled eggs, simply because everything else looked like it wouldn't settle well in anyone's stomach. Our server was very sweet, though, and kept our coffee filled.

I love to come to this place for the salad bar. It offers a few different kinds of soup, lots of salad fixin's, an some picnicy salads (I really like the cucumber one). The service can be hit and miss, but is tolerable (compared to truly terrible service I've experienced in my lifetime). I've ordered standard diner fare off the menu a couple times and wasn't disappointed. If you're looking for a diner and this is on the way, stop in, but only if you can risk hanging out for a little while.

Andy's is really not good. If the service was passable, I probably would have given their food two stars, but the service has been so atrocious on a few occasions that I can't even do that. On our last visit, we waited 20 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge us and she wasn't even apologetic when she finally made it to our table. Things were forgotten on our orders, they came out at all different times and in the end, the food was terrible. On another occasion when I came late at night with a friend, I ordered a coffee and had no spoon at my place setting, when I asked for one, the waitress told me that they were running low on spoons (this is even though the place was almost empty at the time). What? I would definitely not recommend Andy's and I will not be returning.

The food was alright but nothing amazing. If you want good service I suggest going elsewhere. They are fast but that's the only upside. Bacon sucks but the pancakes are alright.

Faithful Dining Companion, Dearest Child and I went there for dinner on a Friday night. The decor is along the lines of 50's Hollywood, brightly lit with lots of granite to boot. We were seated promptly in a comfortably sized booth. Bonus for parents: they have things like MagnaDoodle boards for kids to play with. Nice touch. Service was a little uneven, though our waitress herself was a pro every time she came by. She just didn't have her timing down, meaning we waited longer than expected for her to greet us, bring drinks, and bring check. Not sure if they were short staffed. As others have posted, the menu is broad, making it possible for us to order Nachos, Chicken Parmesan and Slouvaki all at the same table. The Chicken Parm came with a salad bar and the Slouvaki came with a Greek Salad. First, the Nachos. Came out wayyyyy overdone with the chips burnt and the cheese like tar. Another server brought it to us, and didn't seem to know how to react when I asked her if the chips were supposed to be that particular shade of brown. "I don't know". Uh, look at it. She just kinda left. Then our regular waitress shows up, immediately says "that's completely overdone, i am getting you another one now" and voila! in like 5 minutes a generous, decently done Nacho platter shows up. Greek Salad was very good with huge chunks of fresh feta cheese. Salad Bar salad was, uh, wet. They need to find a salad spinner or a prep chef who knows how to dry lettuce. Chicken parm and kid's spaghetti (with ONE average-to-small meatball, come on y'all, one? ) were also served with pasta not drained well so both our dishes had watery bottoms. The parm itself was huge and not bad. They, along with a salad spinner, need to find a good strainer or at least someone who plates with a teeny bit more care to what they're serving. It was NOT slammin' busy. Prices are reasonable and portions generous. I'm not sure we'll go out of our way to eat here again though as I felt the attention to detail wasn't there from the kitchen.

Maybe I'm just overly picky but I find it hard to say I actually have a favorite diner. I have found that the food and service tend to be inconsistent. Andy's is good-- good enough that we frequent the establishment on the weekends. The food as well the service tend to be consistent. Although crowded, they are organized and seat you fairly quickly. The all you can eat breakfast buffet tends to be the crowd favorite. If you are a fan of eggs you will find the fresh omelet station included with the breakfast buffet to be quite satisfying. Overall, We find the drive from the city out to the burbs worth the trip. Plenty of parking, great food, and great service.

I guess when you walk in and your feet stick to the floor it is a bad sign. To even think that people would give this place more than one star is unimaginable! If I weren't meeting my mother and grandmother there, I would have just walked out... Wish I had! My grandmothers lox came out still frozen and looked like it had been that way for years. My pancakes had some kind of funky taste like they were cooked on a griddle that hadn't been cleaned for as long as the previously mentioned lox was frozen. Bacon, inedible. Water, maybe gotten from sewer line. Seriously people, it is that bad! Save yourselves!!!!

I do not understand why people don't like Andy's. The servers are a little wacky - but always polite... and I like wacky. It gives the place personality. The breakfast buffets are fresh and hot and delish. I have never had a bad breakfast, lunch, or dinner there and I bring new people there whenever I can. Food is well cooked, diner food. And if I'm going to a diner, I want a diner... darn it! However - we went last night for dinner and dessert and my friend's cake had green fuzzy mold between the cake and icing. When she pointed it out to the waiter, he said that it was, "the green stuff you put on cake sometimes." My cake was good, but it was a little unnerving. Go for all you can eat brunch. It comes out hot and fresh, fast and furious.

We had another great visit here last night. The service continues to be great, which is why they earned 4 stars from me. Ordered the soup and salad bar and they restocked it while we were there so everything was fresh and good. The employees that work there constantly always come over to say hi and chit-chat with us which is also great. We frequent this location probably every couple months or so, and always get good food and consistently great customer service. Two thumbs up for this diner! (I'd say 3 stars for food, but 4 stars for great service!)

Some of the worst diner food I've ever had. Our stuffed shells' pasta was not cooked through. The matzah balls were hard, gritty, and flavorless. And the chocolate pudding on the salad bar was awful - what I'd imagine getting in prison. Wow, not coming back here.

The diner changed management a few months ago. The food is not the same and the super waitresses they had were all let go. We loved the food and service but it has gone down hill. We were loyal weekly visitors . No more -another restaurant gone bad. Running out of good diners in the area.

A 24/7 diner with a full liquor license. It doesn't get much better than that! Diners with adult libations are rare in this part of PA. The lovely wife and I stopped in for lunch today. The parking lot is beyond huge. It's ginormous and that's convenient. The outside is quite good looking with lots of granite and stone. We were seated immediately by a pleasant host. Our waitress stopped by after two or three minutes. First impressions were not good as she couldn't answer two basic questions about the menu. Luckily in this case first impressions were wrong. She was great throughout the remainder of our meal. I tried a Cajun chicken wrap platter for $8.99. It was just fine with hot crispy steak fries and coleslaw. I ordered a Sam Adams draft. A 16 oz. frosty mug was $4.00. Not bad. The wife tried the weekend buffet for $10.99. The drink is included for that price and they will make your eggs any way you like. She created a large veggie omelet and pronounced it excellent. There were plenty of other mostly breakfast items to accompany it. When we are in the area we would happily stop by again.

I've eaten there twice. The first time I got a veggie omelette with toast and home fries. It was alright. Nothing seemed to have much flavor (it wasn't even seasoned with salt and pepper) but it wasn't actually bad. The homefries were just slices of plain white potato with no salt; not even crispy. The second time I went and got an omelette with mushrooms and spinach and it was just inedible. It was so undercooked that there was raw egg running all over the plate. I basically just ate the toast and some of the potatoes because I'm reluctant to send food back when I can't see the kitchen. So I won't be back, because seriously, how do you screw up an omelette?

Definitely going to be in Conshy for a long time. Not only is it just a plain good diner, it is open 24/7. Have made the stop at 3am and then at 9am on the same day. It has almost never disappointed. The selection is all diner food faves but they also have the bar leftover from the crappy H.I. Ribs and Crap. Hopefully this place will make 401 Diner close its "24/7" doors forever. Also it has a buffet on weekend mornings for 9.99. They also have a similarly priced Lumberjack breakfast that cannot be tamed.

Overall the food is decent~ The interior is a little tacky, and at the same time cute~ One member of our party had bad cheese in his club sandwich, and the waitress just took it back to the kitchen, and didn't even take it off the bill. They need a manager, ,or if there was one, a better manager. We spent over $200 at a freakin diner, and left the waitress a 20% tip, and we expect some better service the next time. At least an apology of some sorts for the rotten cheese. I'm not sure who's making the sandwhiches in the back, and who does inventory of their food, but they have to do a better job. Alcohol selection was decent and good, and the majority of the food was actually pretty good, but they need to work on their service when problems arise, as well as cooking their steaks better, mine was burnt...

Andy's just opened on Monday in the location that formerly housed the short-lived H.I. Rib (and Longhorn Steakhouse before that). I was unbelievably excited when I heard that we were getting a diner - and a 24-hour diner, at that! - near our neighborhood. Even though I generally have a policy of not trying a restaurant during the first couple of weeks that it's open (I learned that less with H.I. Rib), I was too excited to wait. My wife and I stopped in last night, and we had a good experience (especially scaled to the fact that it was pretty much their first night open). My first litmus test comes early on in the experience: the quality of the iced tea (this is a big deal for me). Good Iced tea: check. Huge menu with choices ranging from a scrambled egg through a treasure trove of seafood (not that I would order the latter): check. After perusing the huge menu, contemplating our choices carefully, then reevaluating their opportunity costs, we had our choices: cheeseburger and a BLT. Both were very good, but the fries really stole the show. They were awesome. The waitress was very nice, and I liked that fact that, when I paid the bill up at the counter (like you do at most diners), other members of the waitstaff stopped and made small talk with me. I thought that was nice. Anyway, Andy's looks very promising, and I am thrilled that they are in the neighborhood. Oh, wait, one more thing...they have a bar. Sweet.

Good solid diner, above average for PA. I had family in town for a wedding and they only had time to grab a quick Sunday brunch before they headed out of town. I originally made plans elsewhere but they were stressed about the time. We found Andy's through Yelp and it was a great call. Server was super helpful and friendly, although she was REALLY pushing the breakfast buffet. Coffee was good and although she was busy she kept the glasses full. My wife got the buffet - pancakes, french toast, waffles, bacon, sausage, fruit, guy making omelettes, danish. She liked it - she got her omelette and was able to have something for her sweet tooth as well. My cousin and I each got the gyro omelette with provolone - original take on a classic. Good stuff. Price was good, we will be returning. Good stuff. Looking forward to going for lunch or dinner sometime, having a burger and a few brews.

I had such a horrible experience my last visit to this location. We have gone here plenty of times and I have never been so embarrassed by an establishment. I entered midafternoon to the the normal response of how many and to be seated. On our journey to the table, the host turns to us and looks at me and tells me I walked out on a check last week sitting at the bar. I have never sat at the bar. I explained it wasn't me since I haven't been there for 3 weeks. He continued to insist that I/ we did not pay a prior bill. This continued for another 5 minutes. He accused in such a manner that 15 people seated around us began to stare as he persisted and began to alter his story that is was maybe 3 weeks ago. Yet I have never sat at the bar. I have never been so offended by an establishment.

Think of your local diner with everything imaginable on the menu. Now add to that a full bar. Really this place isn't that special. But the food is generous in portion size and decent meal. I'm on a matzo ball soup kick and Andy's is pretty decent. The salads will feed a small army for days. And on the weekends there is a breakfast buffet for about 10 bucks that is a pretty sweet deal. All you can eat bacon? Yes please. If you are looking for a solid place to have brunch on the weekend this is it. But be prepared for the post church crowd on Sunday mornings!

I see Ida G., whose reviews I like, gave this five stars -- but my experience was poor. Andy's has everything you need for a great diner. Nice building, parking, open 24 hrs, big space, big menu. But the food was not good. And the coffee got cold so fast in my beautiful but apparently impractical red mug. I really think you would do better in the Burger King a couple doors away.

I have only had breakfast and Andy's and it was ok. I wouldn't make a special trip to eat at Andy's but if I was in the area its not a bad option for a quick meal.

My friend and I came here for sandwiches. We placed our order and received it promptly. But that is where the service ended. Our waiter never came back to check on us and never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. He then came back with our bill and said he would take it when we were ready. We were busy talking away and he kept walking by, looking over at us. And came back several times to say he would take our money when we were ready. We were still thinking about getting coffee and maybe dessert. Finally my friend asked him if he was finished his shift and he replied yes so we told him we would go pay our bill. He came back to the table where I gave him his tip. We told him we might want something else. He then told us the other waitress on duty would come and get us anything else we needed. She never came by, we didn't know where she was. We waited and were so busy talking and catching up and within that whole time no one came around. When they did walk by, they just looked over and stared and just didn't seem very friendly. Needless to say, we became frustrated and ended up leaving. The staff did not seem customer friendly at all and made us feel very uneasy. We were very disappointed.

I don't understand how this place gets such good reviews. I went here twice while staying in town out of pure desperation. The first time I ordered a Rueben. Fairly straightforward stuff, but the sandwich was so tough that it was inedible. To top it off, our waitress was remarkably slow. If the place were busy I'd understand, but she was one of two, with only about four booths full. Went back again because I knew of nothing else open. Had a turkey melt. At least this was passable food...hard to screw up a turkey melt (which is why I ordered it). It was completely lacking in any flavor but at least I could eat it. The down side...same useless waitress. The same horrible service. The only plus side is I like the look of the place. It screams diner. Now, I know better than to expect much from a place like this. I'm perfectly happy to get a 60 year old hag in curlers who sounds like she's been smoking for 120 years and calls me "hun" to wait on me (in fact that's part of the charm), so long as the food is edible and I don't have to wait 10 minutes for a bill. Sadly I got the exact opposite here. Stay away.

Great place to grab some food late night in the area! Food isn't bad at all. They give you a lot with the appetizers. Mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers really hit the spot after a long night. Service is quick, but maybe not the friendliest, but then again I wouldn't be the happiest fellow serving a bunch of intoxicated people at 3 am either. When all the food spots shut down around 11 in Chestnut Hill, I think I'll definitely be making my way out here for some grub again! I'll update after a few more stops in here.

I haven't been writing reviews lately, but I really had to take the few minutes to write this one. Andy's Diner is amazing, it goes above and beyond your expectations for a diner that I consider it a top notch restaurant. What sold me was the selection of Greek food, the all day breakfast, the soup/salad bar and....the amazing dessert cakes and pies baked fresh daily. I did not expect the steak and seafood to even be on the menu, but it was and it was so delicious for such a low price. I will keep coming back here over and over again!!!

T and I stopped here for breakfast on Saturday in an effort to branch out and try new and exciting places for our favorite meal of the day. Classic diner. Decorated in an old Hollywood theme of black, white and red. The hostess along with half the waitstaff still have their fresh-off-the-boat Greek accents. I need to ask my grandmother for some phrases so we can have an "in" with the diner owners! I ordered the classic, eggs with toast, hash browns and an English muffin. T got an omelet with broccoli (vile weed!), cheddar and jalapenos. He really enjoyed his omelet. It was STUFFED with broccoli and yummy cheese and peppers. Luckily he likes things hot and spicy. My eggs were good, still a bit gooey which I kind of hate but not too bad. The potatoes ... they weren't bad but they had an odd taste to them. They might have been put on the flat top right after something. They weren't BAD but they definitely didn't taste like hash browns usually do. Either way it was a great new place for breakfast. They had TVs set up so I got to watch some of the beginning of the Penn State game (I don't want to talk about the rest of it ...). When we were done we took a little tour of the bakery (mile high cakes) and the salad bar which included kalamata olives and dolmades (stuffed grape leaves). I know T wants to come back and put a hurting on those offerings ... I'd love to come back and try some of the classic Greek stuff. I bet it's delish.

I was eager to try this place, as there is a lack of diner options in the area. I had never been to this restaurant in its former incarnation, so I had no mental conception of what it would be. The decor was a little heavy on the marble. As in, there is marble everywhere. The place-mats are even ads for a marble business. It was pretty busy when I was there, so my DC and I sat in the bar area. We didnt realize the bartender would be our waiter as well. While he did a decent job, he was obviously occupied with bar-tending, as well as physically separated from us by the bar. The food was ok. Portions were generous. Prices were reasonable. The selection is almost overwhelming, so you are likely to find whatever you might be looking for. I came back for a second visit about two months later. We were strongly encouraged to sit in the bar area, and we said no. We were instead given a very forgetful waitress. She seemed scattered and inefficient. I had a greek salad and a gyro platter. Given the marble decor, I thought Greek food would be a good bet. I was right. The meat was tender and seasoned. The tzatziki sauce was creamy and cool. My only qualm was with the pita slices placed under the meat and fries, soaking up some grease. DC had chicken marsala. This came with soup, salad bar, bread, and a vegetable. On top of that, the entree was large enough that he saved half for lunch the next day. Overall, this is a pretty nice place. It's big. The menu is massive. The food is good. The prices are fair. The help could use a little refinement, but it IS a diner.

I've tried out this place several times as I live in Conshohocken and I'm kind of on the fence here. The food is decent, whether you are getting a breakfast plate or lunch sandwich, and the price is better than almost any other Conshy breakfast place. But, you pay for what you get and this doesn't have the 'made for you' feel. I'll still go here, but more often than not I'll support one of the other non-chain diners/eateries in the area.

Boy, has Conshy been in need of something like this. Let me just start by saying that I was in love with this place as soon as they knocked down H.I. Rib N' Stuff. That place was god awful. And like the previous poster, I also like to wait until a place has been open for a week or so. But seriously, a 24 hour diner that doesn't start with the numbers 401 (crappy diner in Conshy that claims to be 24 hrs, but is not). My girlfriend and I had to check this out immediately. Anyway, it didn't really matter that it was the second night open. There is a ton of parking and the place is huge, so we were seated right away. The bar section looks pretty cool, but we didn't sit there. HELPFUL INFO! domestic drafts $3, Imports $4, wells $5. Not too shabby. The decor is well done. It screams "diner" with it's massive amount of granite, but creates a lounge atmosphere with it's olive shaped wallpaper. Pictures of Elvis, James Dean, and several loose instruments coat the walls as well. Anyway, to the food! I ordered the Brooklyn Burger. Burger with swiss, shrooms, and bacon. It was pretty darn tasty! Just what I would expect from a Diner. The fries are steak fries, which made me and the little lady very happy. Hard to find good steak fries these days. We split mozz sticks (why are they always so damn expensive?). They were delicious. Ma' gal pal had the chicken fingers with fries. HELPFUL INFO!! Chicken fingers are sold separate from fries, so expect to pay extra if you order this. The chicken fingers were a little overdone and they forgot to bring honey mustard. They were not the frozen type of chicken fingers, so if you like the frozen type as opposed to the homemade breaded type, don't bother. I think you chicken finger maniacs know what I'm talking about. I would have given it a five, had we not noticed an trashy smell while we were leaving. If anyone has worked in or near a kitchen, you might know what I mean. Something that has to do with the dirt and trash a kitchen collects throughout the day. If they are able to address this problem in the future, I could change my rating. Maybe I just need a seat further away from the kitchen next time. Overall, It has everything I look for in a diner. -24 hrs -Sugar dispenser -decent coffee -Menu with a ridiculous amount of options -reasonably priced breakfast (2 eggs, hash browns, toast, and a meat: just under $7) -Overpriced entres that you hope are made from scratch -scrapple option -Salad Bar *Bonus--Bar I plan to go back frequently and try out the massive menu. Hope this helps!

Oddly decent diner with a large variety. Of all the weird places to have a decent vodka penne, this was the place. Also they have a neat little soup and salad bar that isn't half bad at all. Nice bowl of matzo ball soup and a lot of fresh fruit. Jewish..... cuisine.... in a diner?

We went here at 10pm for dessert and a coffee. Not much else open. First time at the diner. Very clean and modern atmosphere. I didn't check out the menu, just wanted dessert. Cannoli was good but was not filled as much as id like. Coffee was above average for a diner. My wife asked for a slice of pecan pie that wasn't previously cut. Lots of fresh choices here. And although she pronounced pecan wrong, she got the biggest slice ever. Waiter/Bartender was perfect. I'm big on good service, so that is a major compliment. He came back with an extra cool whip serving after noticing we were running low. Impressive. I will def have to go back and see if their food is decent.

Wow...this place is subpar. It does have a bar that is open all night though. Take the good with the bad. The night I was here the bartender/server's kids were seated in the bar area waiting for her late night shift to end. In addition, the chicken wrap had more lettuce in it than chicken. Interesting place

This place has the most extensive menu of any diner that I've been to. The food is always consistently good and tastes very fresh. With that said, the food takes awfully long to come out but if that's the sacrifice for good diner food then it's alright by me. The interior is pretty spiffy for a diner and every time I've been there, the place has been spotless. They have some outdoor seating if you are inclined to eat al fresco. They also have a bar and some pretty good happy hour specials during the week. Without a doubt the best diner in the area.

I give this two starts only because the yellow layer cake with chocolate icing was moist and really good. But, we ordered it to go because we wanted to quickly escape the memory of our dinner. Chicken soup tasted like MSG laden dishwater. Spaghetti was so institutional bad, even my husband didn't like it and he has a particular affection for what we he calls "good crappy pasta". Salad bar dismal. French fries not edible. When we stumbled upon this place were were stoked to find a new diner with wi-ci open till midnight. Now, we would like to erase the memory of our meal.

we stopped going to Andy's some time ago. The portions got smaller and the prices kept going up. We liked the servers there but the manager who they have there at nights doesn't even thank you for coming in when you pay him the bill.

The front door layout is terrible. Bumping into people at the front of the restaurant, in order to pay is a pain, and the cold air let in by their poor design is very annoying. I had a California Turkey Wrap and it was terrible. The turkey had some sort of crust on it or gristle, I don't even know, so I gave up. Fortunately it was cheap, so I didn't waste a lot of money on their bad food and poor layout.

Had a really bad experience here. We stopped by after the fireworks to check out a dollar sunday that was being advertised on the net. When we arrived no one came to seat us. After a five minute wait we sat down at an empty table next to the entrance After a while a very cranky waitress came by, we asked about the sunday and she said she did not know what we were talking about. We told her we just wanted dessert did she have a dessert menu, She rolled her eyes and pointed to a case with pies and said whatever was in there, What do you do if you are not sitting near the case walk over? We asked for a few scoops of ice cream with chocolate syrup .I picked out a slice of apple crumb pie. She cut a slice and took it away I thought to heat it up. Wrong. almost 15 minutes later 2 small cups of chocolate ice cream along with my cold pie with soggy crust arrived. A cup of tea in a plastic cup with no refill of hot water topped off this disaster. When we went to pay the bill the the fellow at the register asked was everything OK, when I told him he said he knew that they were mentioning the sunday deal on the radio show that was being broadcast from that very restaurant that night, but also said they never made sundays there. Did not offer to reduce the $1.80 charge for the scoop of ice cream to a $1.00 . Never again. Glad we did not waste money on a meal there.

The parking lot looks packed all the time (mysteriously, so does the parking lot at Cracker Barrel, on Chemical Road... I've stopped trying to figure that one out). Despite that, we were seated quickly. Food and drink orders came out quickly too. Service was good (attentive). Menu was as extensive as other diners of that size -- but they need to add a 2-2-2 type of special like the 401 Diner -- meaning that you can get pancakes and eggs and breakfast meat in one order. They do have a breakfast buffet for 10.99 on the weekends, but it's not the same. Shrimp bisque was not that great (who orders shrimp bisque, or any seafood for that matter, at a diner?). Chicken wrap and chicken sandwich were okay. My main reason that Andy's gets 2 stars instead of 3 -- the price. $27 before tip for 2 diet pepsis, a cup of shrimp bisque, a "deluxe" grilled chicken sandwich (addtl $2 for deluxe; they give you a paper cup of cole slaw and fries), and a chicken caesar wrap. Seems pretty pricey for diner lunch, with the $5 tip too.

When in the Conshy area, Andy's Diner is my breakfast place. It is a rather large place and my first time I was confused that it was the place next door. I enjoy that this place is also a pub so the drinking can continue long into the night. And, sometimes, you just need to follow those nights up with some pancakes.

Went for breakfast. Ordered eggs, scrambled, pancakes, french toast and bacon to share. The bacon was the best part of the meal. The french toast was tasteless, the pancakes were dry and while the eggs were fine I cant imagine how you you screw that up. Really a disappointment.

I give Andy's a solid 3 stars. I like Andy's. I don't know why people always cry about it. For ten dollars you can eat enough to feed a small family. I've only ever eaten a gyro sandwich there but it's a good gyro sandwich and it comes with a greek salad for less than ten bucks?! Last night my uncle got penne with vodka sauce and the pasta was a bit over cooked but the sauce was good and the salad bar made him happy. The salad bar also includes soup (matza ball and others) and pudding. Our waitress would have jumped through a fire ringed hoop to make us happy. I say go there if you are just trying to have a normal meal. It is a diner for God's sake what can you possibly be expecting.

Came here late night after bowling a while ago. We were the only two people in the place. It took our waitress about 20 minutes to come to the table and over an hour for two milkshakes, an omelette, and a Greek dish. Our waitress was completely full of it an couldn't stop scratching her arms etc. The state our waitress was in was SO sad. My omelette was awful, containing all sorts of pig product...I just wanted plain big ol' bacon/ cheese omelette, and vanilla shake:(. My date liked his dish, but he has olfactory issues, and admits to not being able to taste most things. I think he had moussaka? The manager on duty seemed cool, but having worked in the biz....I tend to believe what the customer is saying( the customers state pretty nasty harassment). If that's the case get a grip, just stop giving people hours...don't harass them. I know plenty of girls who've been on the receiving end of that nonsense. It's just makes you and your business look worse.

I think this is a great diner for this area. I grew up in this area and we never had any good diners, let alone one that is open 24/7. Every time I visit Lafayette Hill from NYC, there are never many late night places with a good menu. Their menu has something for everybody and it's a great selection. Their pricing is fair, especially for large portions of food and the staff and waitress/waiters are always friendly. This is a pretty safe bet if you're hungry and there isn't much to choose from. The restaurant is very clean, the decor is cute for a diner, and the parking lot always has close by spots.

Well 3 strikes and this place got me to create my yelp profile. On to the countdown, strike 1- went for dinner for the first time to try the place out because my parents said it was good. I ordered the seafood sampler and it wasn't bad just the scallops were alittle undercooked. Service was great as the waitress reminded me of a nutty aunt and she did her job well. Strike 2- my wife and I went back a month later and I don't remember what I ordered but she had the chicken tortellini, she only wanted the chicken fried instead of baked. They still gave her the baked chicken and it was undercooked but she just pushed it to the side and still ate the tortellini. Strike 3- to continue the downward spiral of my review, I just returned from dinner at what I am reluctant to call a restaurant now and not just an over glorified bar. I ordered the broiled tilapia which honestly wasn't bad just kind of bland. Now for the fun part and why I'll never be returning here, my wife ordered the filet mignon. When it came to our table my wife cut into it, mind you she ordered it medium-rare, to find that it was cold and PURPLE inside. We sent it back to the kitchen to be properly replaced and they server came back out with it looking burnt. Okay my wife decided to try again and cut into it again and still cold and purple on the inside. Where did this cook learn to make steaks? Okay now for the final attempt, we sent the steak back yet again and when it returns to our table it's covered white a bowl and by this time my wife is out front having a cigarette from not having her hopes of a steak for valentines sated. I lift the bowl and I swear to god that they switched out the thick filet for a scrawny strip steak. Last straw, I sent the steak back saying I've given up on it and don't want the steak. Okay now my wife comes back to table and I explain to her how unacceptable the steak was and she agreed not having eaten any of it. So she settled on what she ate from the salad/soup bar. Now the check comes and the filet is still on it, so I argue the point how it was an unacceptable steak and my wife didn't eat any of it. Then they start arguing back at me how I'm the only complaint they've had all day and night after serving 1000's of customers and that I was still responsible for paying for the steak. I got pissed off and the server tried saying that he would call the police if I didn't pay. I told him to call the police and his attitude changed completely for some odd reason. The manager then calms down and takes the steak off the bill. So to say, yes I'm alittle infuriated over tonight's debacle with the staff of this restaurant and will not be returning to or referring this BAR to anyone I know. In fact I warn anyone listening to stay away.

This food is expensive and sucks!! I would NOT feed it to my dog. Salad bar looked and tasted old and you could hit a home run w/ the bread it was so stale. I do NOT recommend !

I would say the food is "diner quality" good but what makes this place 4 star worthy is excellent customer service, generous food portions and reasonable pricing. The staff are super friendly, responsive and go out of their way to please their customers. We've made the trip here a handful of times and waitstaff are always accommodating and friendly. The food portions are crazy large.

i live down the street, and everytime i pass this place, it's packed. i've been here a handful of imes. between myself and the people i've come with, we've tried burgers, wraps, gyro (my first ever), soup, wings, dessert. the menu is your basic diner fare, but there's a lot of greek items as well. the french onion soup wasn't very good; too much bread and not enough soup or cheese. wings were so-so...not very crispy, but the sauce was good. burger was average. wraps and gyro are awesome, though. those i would absolutely order again. they have a full bar here too, and they make a mean bloody mary-lots of horse radish, just the way i like it. we had some cannoli's from there, and they weren't so good. didn't have much taste and the shells were soggy.i wish i could have wasted the calories on something else. but the cakes and pies look great, so i will have to sample some of them. service here is normally good; the wait staff is normally friendly and will joke around with you. some of the servers are not as friendly, but as long as i get my food quick and hot, i can deal with that. if you're coming on a sunday, they have a breakfast buffet. i never had it b/c diner buffets skeeve me out, but this one looked ok and had a lot of food to choose from-soups, breads, omlettes, sweets.

This is my go to sober up spot. Out of the 20 times I have been here, probably only around 5 times have been before they stopped serving alcohol. O yea, this place is 24 hours, with a bar that stays open til 2. Yea, it's the bee's knees. I probably have tried half the menu by now, since they are like a bagillion items that they serve at any point in time. This place does lunch and breakfast the best, sunday brunch isn't to bad, and the dinner is just okay. Best deal has to be 2 pancakes, 2 french toast, 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon for only $9.50. I heard a while back they were gonna change the taps up and bring in some for micro's, that hasn't happened yet, but if It ever does I could def. see myself coming here for a brew or 2. The bartenders are competent, just do go asking for anything to crazy. Only reason not 5 stars is because the wait staff can take long sometimes come around and make sure everything is alright.

HORRIBLE!!! I had a western omlet that was pretty retched. The pepers werent even cooked and crispy, there were TOO many of them and the eggs had NO taste. The home fries also had no taste and were very bland. Even syrup didnt help them. Toast was soggy and the butter came out clumped and not even melted. I would never go back. Took like 10 minutes to pay the bill. I can only inagine the money this place spent on a liquor license and all the granite table tops. Longhorn and the Rib house didnt work in that location and I dont see this place working out any better, not with that food. If you want "diner" food your better off going to the 401, although thats if your desperate for diner food.

I have been giving only 1-star reviews lately, but that finally changes with Andy's. This reminds me of one of those roadside BIG diners you see when you're going gross-country and your tum-tum gets in the mood for some good ole hearty breakfast. A BIG menu and fair prices, plus outdoor seating, bottomless coffee, and an all-you-can-eat omelet and sausage and biscuits bar, and this place deserves some re-trying. I have only been here once, but I'll be back. Can you get my review to 5 stars, Andy?

I always end up here late at night when I don't feel like cooking and when I hope things may have changed, Last night I ordered Chicken Francese expecting something at least close to the Italian meal i grew up with, and yes I know I shouldn't have expected disappointment from a diner. I guess they put their Greek spin on it. I got 2 pieces of chicken that were properly dipped in egg and flour but no lemon no wine. Just two pieces of chicken plopped on top of yellow rice with peas and carrots. The chicken was garnished with roasted red pepper. I don't know if this is a Greek tradition but the menu stated "Chicken breast in an egg batter with lemon and wine sauce" so i only assumes I'd be getting something close to the Italian standard. My bf ordered a chicken salad sandwich which tasted like Elmer's glue. I've been disappointed before in the past but last night did it for me. i won't be going back. My server never refilled our drinks never checked up. The service is horrible. You have to wait forever to be seated them forever for a server. and god forbid they greet you properly. but once again, i know it's a diner. Save your money and go somewhere better

I am truly baffled by all the bad reviews about Andy's. It is the definition of a great local dinner. It's open 24/7, their menu is huge, their portions are generous, their prices are cheap, and the staff is competent and friendly. Every meal that I've ordered here has been great and I've never had a bad experience with a waitress. Their decor fits the vintage diner look and the atmosphere is friendly. I take any visiting friends or family to Andys for at least one meal.

This is a GREAT diner, especially for a basic business breakfast. The food is awesome. I have been there a bunch of times already, always consistently good - the wait staff are really nice, the managers are even nicer. They are HAPPY to have you eat there - no greasy spoons here - this place is great - highly recommend it for breakfast.

Huge Burgers, and a cool little outside area. Friendly service and all in all a great little place. Just nothing really special to talk about. But definately would go back.

This is so what I needed and was previously missing from the area. The place is open 24/7; food is cheap and surprisingly very good; they serve alcohol; the wait-staff is great and very friendly; its big and tables are usually available right away; outdoor seating; free WiFi. I love this place and cannot think of one negative.

Used to go here a few times a month, but it's gone considerably downhill. Saturday was the last straw. We went for the breakfast buffet, and were dotted in the bar area, which was not a problem, but the bartender waS an abnormally slow server. It took 10 minutes to put in our order for the buffet, then after getting back from filling our plates, we had no utensils, we had to ask twice! The man cooking the omlets cook not cook eggs sunny side up... He burnt them. I could have forgiven Andy's and thought that this was an off day, but when I told my concern to the restaurant manager, all he could muster was an "if you don't like your service don't tip." plus the last two times the service was just as bad. I really enjoyed Andy's but I have to throw in the towel.

Solid diner. Finally tried this place with the kids yesterday. It was packed, but we were seated immediately. Our waitress was a real pro, and the food was exactly what you'd expect at a good diner. My wife's Rueben was a bit odd (served open-face, and the corned beef had been griddled and then arranged in a flat layer over the sauerkraut - is that "Greek-style Rueben"?), but she said is was tasty, nonetheless. I had a giant salad, and although I don't consider romaine and iceberg "mixed field greens", it was fresh and otherwise exactly as described on the menu. Kids had chicken fingers (I was jealous - they looked pretty awesome), and a pretty decent looking pancake. Given the dearth of decent diners in the area, I will be going back to this place. The location is convenient if you're heading to the Conshohocken IKEA or Giant Dick's Old Navy Party City (Plymouth Meeting Big Box stores).

We went to Andy's Diner for dinner and was very disappointed. Based on the other reviews earlier this year, it seems the place has gone down hill quickly after they opened. This newly opened diner looked great from the outside, but average food at best, unfriendly and slow service, and a flea or a fruit fly buzzing over our food. Regretted going there, but thankful for learning not to take any guests there. Will not be returning.

The owners of this restaurant are worried more about quantity than quality. I live 2 miles from this restaurant and when it first opened, I was going 3-4/week, whether it be breakfast or lunch. They started out well in my opinion and have since fallen off significantly. The last time I was there I made the manager aware that the kitchen had added the wrong ingredients in my omelet my last 3 visits (the first 2 times I just sent it back to the kitchen). The manager proceeded to tell me that I should have paid a dollar more and just gotten my omelet from the buffet. Of note, my family is in small business and I wasn't asking for money back or any compensation for that matter, I was simply trying to make the manager aware of the repeated mistake I had experienced, seeing that I am a very frequent costumer. Needless to say I was not happy when he told me it was my fault for not ordering it off the buffet. To put it simply, I will not be going back there again, which is unfortunate because it was so convenient for me.

(3)Angie D.
(5)Gretchen S.
(3)Omoro J.
(2)Ida G.
(5)K. B.
Solid diner for the area. Still have a sweet spot for my Jersey diners, but nothings perfect. Good breakfast, big buffet for the weekends. Service could be a little more attentive. Worth a stop if driving by.
(3)Benjamin P.
Exceptional diner food 24/7. Eggs Benedict with homefries was very good. They are heavy handed on the hollandaise, but that's not a bad thing in my book. The bacon cheeseburger and fries plate is a sure winner too.
(5)Lee W.
Good diner, great food. Little disorganized but everything soon got right. Eggs over medium, corned beef hash with toast and a side of bacon. Can't beat that
(3)Walter M.
Excellent breakfast bar with huge omelets... Service wasn't the best today but usually is pretty good.
(5)Ron K.
(1)Kristin L.
(5)Jay Q.
(1)Enric C.
(5)Emily T.
(4)Ben W.
The place looks ok but the food is TERRIBLE! it's nice that it's 24 hours, but if you wanna waste your time sitting at a table waiting for what you ordered this is the place to go. They are so slow and over priced. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
(1)Mike C.
(4)Joe w.
Where do I start? I guess advertising works because that's why I stopped here. The restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, the food was cold, the server forgot part of my order and when presented with the check, I was overcharged. Would I come back, probably not.
(2)Lori S.
(4)Joe K.
10 minutes to get seated, while looking at empty tables, 10 minutes to get drink order, 5 minutes to get drinks, waitress forgot drinks, food and drinks finally came out together. Food order was wrong, and missing mayo. Would never eat here again and tell people to avoid at all costs.
(1)Sarkis P.
Great cheesecake! A must try, could use the staff not hitting on my wife though. I'm pretty sure it was the owners son. Poor form to say the least
(3)Heather I.

(4)Shawn H.
(3)Kara S.
The service is always decent, the food is hot and ready pretty quickly. It's an average dining experience, going for breakfast is best though. The decor is ridiculous and the place needs to be updated though. Robert Irvine would have a field day with this place!
(3)Lee F.
Great food. The omelette bar was fantastic! Very friendly staff and there was no wait. If you like the friendly diner feel, this place is great. I highly recommend this place! My waiters name was John. He was real cool and very friendlt
(4)Doug D.

(1)Jane V.
(3)Brian W.
This place is pretty gross. Service is mediocre but food is greasy and mushy. Breakfast was busy and food is underwhelming and actually overpriced given that it's a diner! I will not return here.
(2)Moish G.
Skeevy.
(2)P T.
(1)Nando F.

(1)Mike W.

(1)Nathan V.
As diners go, this wasn't bad. Nothing spectacular, just average. Prices were good, portions were good, service was good, all in all it was just an unmemorable place.
(3)Shannon M.
Kind of pricey for diner food. Gets crowded very quickly and service isn't the best all the time.
(2)Jay G.
(4)Alyssa C.
It's your basic diner spot and diner food, but it's good, quick, and conveniently located off 476 between 76 and the turnpike entrance. A favorite spot for breakfast / lunch on the way home from a night in Philly.
(3)Christopher N.
(1)Julie P.
The first and second time was great but the third was awful...the waiter didn't seemed to care and the food was gross. The salad bar was the only thing that kept me going in the beginning but not anymore since it was crappy.
(2)Abigail J.
We checked out Andy's Diner for breakfast on a Sunday. The place was packed so we thought it would be good. We were very wrong. The environment just feels very disgusting. The food was okay, but definitely not worth the wait or price. We will not be going back here in the future.
(2)Derick K.
Taste simple, unoriginal, bland. Service wasn't awful but not anything approaching good. Messy, greasy, unseasoned food.
(1)Mike I.

(2)Danan R.
(2)Kimmy S.
(3)Katie M.
(1)Laura N.

(1)Niki K.
(3)Jamie M.
(4)Aliza S.
Some of the worst diner food I've ever had. Our stuffed shells' pasta was not cooked through. The matzah balls were hard, gritty, and flavorless. And the chocolate pudding on the salad bar was awful - what I'd imagine getting in prison. Wow, not coming back here.
(1)Fran R.
The diner changed management a few months ago. The food is not the same and the super waitresses they had were all let go. We loved the food and service but it has gone down hill. We were loyal weekly visitors . No more -another restaurant gone bad. Running out of good diners in the area.
(2)Steven B.
(3)Anna R.
(2)Seve' M.
(4)Sophia L.

(3)Michael W.
(2)Zach V.
I have only had breakfast and Andy's and it was ok. I wouldn't make a special trip to eat at Andy's but if I was in the area its not a bad option for a quick meal.
(2)Lauren G.

Stay away.
(1)James S.
(3)Jillian L.

When it originally opened I only giave this place 2 stars, as it wsa good for breakfast, but really sucked otherwise... they have since, REALLY changed the quality of their food. VERY VERY good Diner fare, staff is friendly as well Nice job
(4)Daniel H.
Oddly decent diner with a large variety. Of all the weird places to have a decent vodka penne, this was the place. Also they have a neat little soup and salad bar that isn't half bad at all. Nice bowl of matzo ball soup and a lot of fresh fruit. Jewish..... cuisine.... in a diner?
(4)Ryan M.

(1)Lucinda D.
Perfectly typical diner, though the ugliest you'll find anywhere.
(3)Mark R.

(4)Kate D.

(3)Eric P.
One of the better diners around.

Had breakfast with my sister here. Short stack french toast was incredible! Very generous with homefries and bacon. Waitress continuously refilled coffee. I would eat here again.

Skip this place. Unappetizing burger and fries! Poor service! Unpleasant atmosphere. Went to Andy's on Roosevelt Blvd. in the NE.

(4)Tiffany M.

(3)Mike D.
This is so what I needed and was previously missing from the area. The place is open 24/7; food is cheap and surprisingly very good; they serve alcohol; the wait-staff is great and very friendly; its big and tables are usually available right away; outdoor seating; free WiFi. I love this place and cannot think of one negative.

we first went to andys it was so good my greek combo was so good and my partner had a stuffed chicken breast with pasta it was huge were pleased the waitress was awesome very friendly i are second time there a few weeks latter was not a good as first the deserts there are stale i meam nasty stale the third time we both had the stuffed eggplant it was so gross and again had the coconut cake so stale i love this type of cake butt this was not good. i dont thin we will not be return to this dinner but there greek dishes are very good.
