Food was delicious! We were out-of-towners looking for a good meal and left very satisfied.

Yummy! They catered our wedding rehearsal dinner. It's one our favorite places to visit when we are in town visiting family. Always tasty and the staff is super friendly!

Absolutely love this place. Have never had a bad meal. The owner, Pat Young, is an amazing chef and I always order the specials. He does a great job with fish and seafood. Order with confidence

We were in Chambersburg for a concert at the high school. Before we left home, we researched restaurants as we do not normally go to chain restaurants but prefer to look for locally owned restaurants. This restaurant came up as #2 on another site. What a disappointment! Ceasar salad dressing was not tasty and I ordered the Special that evening which was Mako with tarragon sauce...terrible. We then left and stopped at Ruby Tuesday for a drink and the place was packed. Wish we would have eaten there!!

***update, I sent this in August, allowing them ample time to get back before I actually rated them. They never replied.*** Our party was there last night, around the time the band started. My girlfriend came with 2 older friends first, and more of us joined later. Our waiter was AWESOME. He was great and quick about everything... Thin guy, shorter, very good service. Our problem though, is with the hostess that evening. She asked if we sat upstairs could we get service or not, as we have say there before and just went to the bar ourselves. Her reply was a very quick and rude "you don't need to sit upstairs." I'm glad I wasn't there immediately as that wouldn't have sat well as customer treatment. This has struck a chord with her as she was in the service industry and couldn't believe someone would be this rude. We figured we would message you first before we posted a review. Thanks. Steve

Scallops wrapped in bacon. Wasn't a big fan of this, Steak au poivre, a little too salty but meat was good. Red snapper special in sauce. Wine half off bottles on Wednesday! Good deal. Been there twice and both times haven't been too disappointed. I like the atmosphere. The lounge styles of seating.

This restaurant, which used to be known as Shoenberger's, was a very pleasant surprise. We entered through the lounge door and my first impression was, "Wow, we're back the '80s." Disco ball included. Then we were ushered into the dining room, a low-ceiling, windowless space with an odd assortment of artwork and mirrors on walls. It seemed like the kind of place your grandparents would like, so I had my doubts. But then the our martinis arrived, ice cold and served just right. Later, when I got my bill, I couldn't believe they charged only $4.50 for each. Next, we had the calamari appetizer, and being "calamari snobs" of sorts, we thought this a good test for the restaurant. The calamari can to table piping hot and piled high, tentacles in a little heap by themselves, which delighted my wife. Along with the squid was a slaw that had a kind of teryaki/ginger flavor that, well, went remarkably good with the very tender rings of calamari. There served the dish with a remoulade, too, but the spicey slaw accompaniment was my favorite. For main courses, we had the crab back, and the crab au gratin. The crab cake was all back fin and had virtually no filler, and the crab au gratin was rich, cheesy, delicious and generously proportioned. I didn't need any dessert after that, but since it was my wife's birthday, we shared a EJ sundae, two scoops of homemade ice cream in a cookie bowl, with whipped cream, etc. It was over the top, but so good, we cleaned our plate. To summarize, looks can be deceiving. This restaurant did everything well, and it was reasonably priced. We had two cocktails, one appetizer, two entrees, two glasses of wine, and one dessert, and with the generous tip, the bill was still less than $100.

The food was terrible and I saw cockroaches. This is a polished turd business that wouldn't do well outside of the town..The exterior is substandard and the interior is comparable to a fresh coat of paint on a 200 year old house. I don't understand why this restaurant has great reviews.
