Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Dont go! Rude staff, below mediocre chinese food. My husband ordered lobster fried rice and when he came home to eat it, it was imitation crab. He returned it to them and the lady behind the counter told him not to order from them anymore. She also lied and said it was " small lobster " then said it was " crab ".... why lie about the ingredients? Don't advertise " lobster " when you are giving people imitation crab meat!!!!! Other chinese places give lobster. Just don't order from here. Their wontons taste like crap too.

My rating would be 2.5 stars but I'm rounding to 3 for the quick take out service and the friendly staff. We ordered for take out: 3 egg rolls 2/5 1 pork with snow peas 3/5 1 beef with mushrooms 3/5 1 Hunan style pork with vegetables 2/5 I thought the oil was old with the fried egg rolls and didn't have the flavor it should. The two others who ate the same thing liked them. All three entrées were very heavy with vegetables in proportion to meat. It would have been more accurate to describe the dishes as snow peas with pork, mushrooms with..., etc. The Hunan pork was good but it could have been much spicier--I specified very spicy--and it could have used less hot oil flavoring. Instead of using red pepper flakes or dried red peppers, they used the seasoned hot oil and it made the dish very oily/greasy. The woman gave us a cloth wall calendar as a New Year's gift. The staff was very pleasant. I guess I'm spoiled by living in a city that has a thriving Asian community with our Chinatown. This will have to do until I get back where I belong.

Excellent food. The best Chinese food I had so far. The service is fast the food will be ready when you come pick it up most of the time. It's really fast just go in and leave in about 1 min if theres no other person. The food taste better when I dine in probably because it's just cooked .
